Welp, that about says it all.
Dayton really tried to move away. Applied to school in Arizona then Robyn uproots 20 people (give or take) from their homes all the way to Arizona. Kid couldn’t even go out of state, because she needed access and control over him. Dayton was the most likely out of all of her kids to go to his bio-dad and she just couldn’t let him. Punished him for it. Dayton needs to get out of that trailer and be with his real father.
Is he working now? I think he has his degrees. He needs to move away.
He is too old to live with either parent. His dad is very ill, and has a whole other family. He lost years....now it would be a father/son friendship.
I have always remembered that situation in the series too because it was frustrating to me and just weird as F*k. It felt like there must be a lot more to the story, but nothing was ever clarified.
My understanding is that Dayton is living with his father in Montana. That is why he hasn’t been on the show for several years.

What she did to the brown children, a.k.a., Christine’s son, Maddie, and Hunter, they were all devastated, I know children are resilient, but Robin was always behind the scenes, or underneath the sheets giving Cody, his honeymoon experience, which we all know was another highly manipulative way for Cody to go along with Robin. It breaks my heart that Cody was so enamored with the diesel gene model, Robin, that he couldn’t fulfill his role as a father, especially with his older children. I don't believe for a minute that happened naturally. Meri was always so obedient to Kody that she blindly followed his orders in every situation.
Meri did not seek out Robyn for Kody. It was revealed sometime ago that Robyn had set her sights on Kody and the family as she knew they were going to be on a TV show. She always wanted to be an actress.
Kody and Robyn were seeing each other before Meri even knew. The whole thing about Kody and Meri running into her at a party was a set up. But yes, Meri did a lot to please Kody as that is how she was raised (brain washed) even agreeing to divorcing him so as she thought, they could keep Robyn's children in the Brown family. So that Robyn's ex-husband couldn't take them.
Meri wasn't responsible, no matter if she introduced Robyn to Kody, which I don't believe.
Robyn stalked them when her Aunt told her about the family and the upcoming Show.
Even if Meri did introduce them, Meri would have had no idea that Robyn was as manipulative as she was. Meri always saw the best in people.

I've seen comments that Kody and Robyn were involved with each other years before the show started. At least 2 times I've seen people state that they thought Breanna was actually Kody's child. That they met at one of his shows - though another person reported they met online. Breanna does look different than Dayton and Aurora - lighter hair and no dimple/cleft chin like Dayton and Aurora - which is a dominant trait.. Dayton looks just like Robyn and Aurora looks just like Preston. Christine has a small cleft chin - as do her children. Kody and Robyn have lied so much - first kiss in car, first kiss at engagement - still kissing while Christine is in labor knowing that it was hurtful to Christine. So sick.
Robyn did not want to be the only wife, she wanted to the favorite wife. Now that she’s stuck with Kody on her own, it’s not going to be what she wanted.
It's been obvious that Robyn entering the family and running the show from day one is what caused the complete breakdown of the family. That's why she is so unliked by most of the older boys. They all had her number!

I’ve yet to see any gratitude for the assistance and lifestyle the three other wives helped to provide her, while their own children didn’t have basic health insurance or college money, they had to budget with larger families and go without a lot of comforts.
Again, I’m not armchair diagnosing. There are many layers and reasons apparently, for her behaviors.

When Kody made the public announcement that he wasn't attracted to Christine, that was a prime example of trying to rock her confidence and put her in her place. How humiliating. The look on Robyn's face was pure satisfaction. I will always be convinced Robyn put Kody up to it.

It always appeared that Robyn was an opportunist. It was really sad to watch all the other kids have to be moved all over the place with no regard to how they felt about it. Robyn held it against the other kids when they didn't rejoice over her pregnancy. Robyn always said awful things about the other kids even calling them a bully. None of the adults stopped her and she had a problem with all the kids. None of the other moms ever spoke badly about her kids. Robyn always felt above the other wives. I'm sure she had a lot to do with Meris catfish as well.

Evidently tlc has already started season 19 filming including kody & sobyn. But hopefully that will be it for those 2. A lot of the public have made it known they don't want them on. Unless it shows them paying back the OG3 for paying for that mega-mansion which is unlikely. Maybe they won't feature them after that. I’m starting to think that they can’t. TLC is good for writing up contracts that they think will benefit them even 7-10 years in the future. Kind of like how Jim Bob still had control of all of his kids’ contracted appearances, despite the older children being married and all of the nastiness that came out about his oldest son. I was told by some close to the crew of Sister Wives that Kody divorced Meri during a break in filming. She wasn’t the one that filed for divorce. When TLC found out they concocted this storyline where it was all Meri’s idea to divorce Kody so he could adopt the kids. That part was true…it is what Kody fed to all three wives. He knew exactly what he was doing. You know Robyn speaks Kody because she knows exactly how to manipulate him to get what she wants. She could careless who she steps on to get what she wants…and she stepped all over Meri. Meri was broken when she lost him to Robyn. You could see the pain of her face during this whole thing play out. They were both truly cruel to Meri.

As soon as I saw that she had family in Vegas I have said that I believed she was the driving force behind the move and there was no real investigation or need.

The kids were made to believe they were about to be arrested in Utah. Even grown Gwen said that on her watch back videos she used to post. She still believed it.
There were a lot of rumors going around for years that polygamists never are arrested just for polygamy and there was no basis for the fear and move. It was all for the show. Lately I have read some articles that they were under investigation because of the show. Articles and interviews were from Utah law enforcement. So, I don't know.
What's funny is my ex-husband married a woman who looks identical to Robyn, and she acted the same way. Telling him that I was being mean and bullying her, which was a total lie. It is crazy!!!

Neither Kody nor Robyn have aged well. We all know that people who carry a lot of stress age prematurely. Stress plays a significant role in developing physical and mental health issues, including dementia. We see that deterioration on Kody's on Robyn's faces, and, of course we see it in the behavior and hear it in their words.
Kody and Robyn have earned every bit of backlash they're receiving...it's all consequences of their choices - their lies, manipulations, intentionally destroying relationships, corrupt financial dealings ...they own it all.

I always felt bad for the kids when they left Vegas. It just seemed so selfish. It felt very dysfunctional.They left for Robyn.She really tore the whole family apart. ..... but it was a blessing in disguise. They are free now..I wish them all good lives. And healing.
So Robyn’s whole family in Vegas didn’t want her either (probably wanted them to bow down to her and they wouldn’t) so she got Kody to move to Arizona coyote pass……. Got it now!!!
Flagstaff is also where Dayton was going to college. She had them uproot all the other kids to be near her child.
When Robyn “married” Kody in Utah, that took away the excuse of why she couldn’t live in the Lehi house. She never showed that she wanted to live in one house with the others wives. Living in Janelle’s side wouldn’t work for her. I think that’s because Robyn could never get anything over in Janelle. Fleeing was a ploy to get out of that. IMO
She has changed so much she looks so evil as this program has continued

I enjoy the thought of Robyn and Kody watching this video, while her children watch the video in another room. Maybe Robyn and Kody will release a statement about how unfair this video is. I challenge R and K to do a REAL interview. I'm waiting for a REAL tell all.

Seeing the pictures of Cody and Robyn at the beginning of the series I can’t help but notice that they were both so attractive. Now years down the road I can see that looking nice on the outside doesn’t necessarily translate to being nice in spirit.

I have always said, that Robyn started from the beginning, telling the family that the kids could choose to live with their father, if they were not happy in this family, as a reason for adoption.

Their religion, or way of life bugs me. I’m Irish. In my family, the woman rules the roost. The man brings the income and does outside work. It’s more modern now, but my family has been run like this for centuries. What other Irish families do, I don’t speak for them. But that’s how mine is run, too.

I have a younger brother who used to do exactly what Robyn did by getting us to do something we’re not supposed to as kids and then go tattle on us before we got caught so he didn’t get in trouble but we did and he would deny any part of it! He’s now a 42 yo narcissist who is still living comfortably and completely off our parents, won’t work and blows through money like it’s water.
I have an older sibling who did the same thing when we were little. Now, big surprise, they’re a narcissist and a raving lunatic. Drained my mom her life savings, abused her verbally, financially, and physically. THESE are the type of people who deserve jail and limited contact with others.

Robyn and Kody pick and choose what part of their religious doctrine they are going to abide by to fit their narrative. When Robyn first arrived in the scene, she was said time and time again that she wanted to be part of the family to ensure a place in the heavenly kingdom. I wonder what their god(s) think about people who destroy families to where they now don’t have the family dynamics to insure their place? Where is all of their rhetoric are they being entitled and blessed for what they did? Or is the an odd numbered month that makes them not care about their religious beliefs?

It’s interesting because if Robyn had her niece as a nanny to win favor with Lisa, then I wonder if having Mykelti live with her was her way to win favor with Christine. She couldn’t handle Christine not liking her or being her friend. She proved that with her snarky and angry comments about her after Christine left Kody.
