bro as i know 3 phase is used for powerful devices that want 660volt + from normally 220V (europe) while what u do is u use 3 phase and converted it to 1 phase for each floor

This has major flaws. You don't have copper to earth grounding for the green to draw a line to earth. The white neutral is a return but your colors are wrong.
