    As the neutral wire is passing through the RCCB it will be tripped for sure. You must bypass the RCCB when only inverter is running.

      @@ElectricalTechnician I didn't get your point .
      RCD works on the principle of balanced current flowing from both poles . If it recognises a difference of current more than it's sensibility then it surely does trip . I've tested it manually . Suppose you get line output supply from the inverter and the neutral supply is passing through RCD , and that surely means the current (more than it's sensibility) is passing only from a single pole of RCD which means a sure imbalance of current ( more than sensibility ) , resulting in RCD trip .
      If I'm wrong , prove it practically . It will help me too .

      Haan to jo line laga hoga na ac switch laga hoga fridge chal raha hoga usko bhaag ke off karna padega nahi toh overload batayega ma face kar chuka hu wo problem separate lining is best.. Aap bina ac freeze tv wale ho to chal jayega...

      Supply will handle by inverter itself, it will use live supply if it's available and it will battery backup if live supply not available.

    I think there should be NEUTRAL + LIVE wire connected to Inverter from MAIN, without neutral appliance won't work in power outage.

    Here, one fan and one light load of each room is always on inverter and only one light in each room is on mains. That means battery & inverter are always loaded. What I've done in my building ten years back that I've used one contactor after rccb and just before mcb distribution box for changing over the supply from mains to inverter and all loads have been connected with mcb distribution. No separate inverter line has gone to each room. When main supply is available all loads are on mains and when main supply fails all loads are on inverter through change over contactor. Thus inverter is loaded only when there is no mains power. For this purpose I've made separate lines for high loads like ac, fridge and microwaves etc. They are no way connected to light fan load to avoid overload of inverter. It is running flawlessly for last 10 years.

    Still some doubt
    1.) Where is the main input to inverter to charge battery
    2.) To run fans you connected only inverter wire then how main supply interchange (at which place the other wire from Electricity board to be connected along with inverter wire)
    3.) Suppose it runs with inverter with no mains then battery will drastically drain.! Were is the charging solution...?

      I have use one to to connect the cable to the inverter it's for charging
      2nd . There is a bypass switch inside the Inverter which change the power supply

    As per my knowledge, phase connections should not have any joints, but the inverter phase connections you have explained is having four joints which is never advised.

      @@magnas3807 Sir, I'm not a electrical engineer. I've commented on the particular topic as per my general knowledge. So again as per my knowledge, in case of any hazard, the phase connections get heated and may catch fire. But neutral connections override that possibility. You can have a common neutral or joints with a connector . Pls correct me if I'm wrong, so that I can learn something new. Thks.

    In the circuit, battery power still goes after tripping of RCCB.
    If using with inverter, Two RCCB need to be used. One after isolator and another after inverter. Need to take both line and neutral wires from inverter output.

    In most of the places we separately we do separate wiring for power drawing plugs like fridge and ac then it connected to a separate MCB. All other MCB expect that separate connected to output of inverter and inverter input connected to output of RCCB it makes circuit more simple.

    NOT MENTION THE WIRE SIZE 1:29 3:29OR 7:29 which size wire should use in different place rooms .any video related wire size plz share if not then mak it.

      For light and fans not needed any more than 3.29 cable....for getting heavy load like iron,any motor like water supply motor or 2 phase,3 phase we should use 7.29 cable at least or 6mm...hope u get the answer..

      For fan and light you can use 1.5 mm2 cable. And for 15 amp socket and any appiances use 2.5 mm2 . For main wire from meter to Main board use 4mm2.

      when main power supply is available then inverter will bypass by its relay so that same power will flow to equipments.
      sir, please connect inverter output neutral wire to neutral bus.. otherwise cercuit not close, when input plug is open condition.

    Nice explanation.. However my doubt is if common neutral is used for both main supply and inverter, electronic energy meters would still record energy consumption even when power is drawn from the battery/inverter as it would detect the neutral current flowing back to the meter and subsequently to the utility earthing.

      No need bro. Beacuse main supply is coming through inverter when there is main power availabe. If main power goes off then inverter start working and it's start working and taking power from battery

    It would be better to use different nutral supply for inverter as sometimes while repairing service line outside, the nutral line and fase line gets mingled then nutral becomes fase and fase becomes nutral. In that condition same nutral line for inverter and direct line would be dangerous.
