- Saving fuel a lot with wmo and natural gas or propane
Hello my friends here’s my wagon.
Still surviving at 400k miles check my reaction at the beginning , also guys I’m using wmo and automatic transmission fluid for fuel plus propane and water methanol .
Trying to use what we have as alternative fuel

Great your system. I bought an 02 jetta with 195k miles about a month ago. It's been great
I ran it 60/40 waste motor oil/ stale gas most of the time. I've mixed in more diesel because I was loosing power after 1000 miles. I think the filter on the firewall next to the engine was clogging up or possibly the injectors were coking up. It's running great again after mixing in some diesel and diesel kleen.
I've seen some really bad videos of clogged egr and manifolds so
I'm gonna pull the egr out and clean the intake manifold.
Can you do a video of your whole engine bay?
I noticed the extra filter but then there's something next to it, and I would also like to know more about your crankcase vent

@@AverageJoesracingteam hey do you have snapchat? I just got a 2000 tdi golf and I was considering running wmo as well. Have you found out if anything got clogged up or coaked up just off the short amout of time you ran the wmo/ gas mix?
@@chancefluke7833 on another guy's channel , he's says he replaces his fuel filter every other fuel fill up. That's about when I started having the issue
I cleaned the oem fuel filter, ran 4 gallons of diesel and some diesel clean , now it runs great again. Since then I've ran 50/50
I have being using this for like a year and as long you properly filtered I have not issues getting clogged. I opened the up and it was clean Far. 🤷♂️

All I see is chatter that ARP hardware is unobtainable / backordered and not likely to be shipping again until Q3.

hello I have 1.9 SDI engine AQW ...can I run on 80 percent wmo and 20 percent diesel ? can I destroy engine with this mix ? thx
Not instantly but eventually yes you will clogged the system with the syrup you making , but BUT you can extend the life by doing this mix but intermittently like fuel tank for oil mixed and one or 2 tanks diesel only
What is the best fuel mileage that you have gotten running propane? I’m assuming your mileage is down since your running waste motor oil? I just ordered the same propane kit and will be installing this weekend.
The propane only added me 200 more miles range so the max was 1300 miles And I’m not running straight wmo is mixed with diesel and additives
Where exactly did you plum into for your coolant lines? Trying to tell in the video is hard.

@@taco8v yea I see the the coolant lines you used look smaller than the npt fittings the supplied me. Just trying to figure out if you had an easier way the run those lines instead of going to a T fitting in the larger heater core hose. I have a BEW so I’m not sure if ours is a little different or not. Your just looks really clean.

I have a BEW Jetta wagon with 382k miles on it. There’s no sign of the engine getting tired anytime soon but the body has the cancer really bad. 😢
Yes i can but it takes money and time a d many custom built parts to fit you truck

I thought you where looking to swap your existing automatic transmission for a good one because I thought yours where bad right now lol.
I honestly can recommend a transmission out of the same car. Just look around for a 2005 Passat 2.0 Tdi and get all the parts from the same car. I believe they are 6 speed now

I’m not sure what car you can get it, you need more than just the transmission I will suggest you to try to find the ones it came in a car like yours that’s all I can said man. Sorry
