      @@mopar_shawn939 Can’t beat that! They are such a great resource and have many options in their Alupoly ACM. Thanks for watching and good luck on your build!

    How did you trim out the metal after application? Thanks in advance for your advice and help.

    What type of screws did you use to attach the panels to the walls and ceilings and size please.

      Hi @CourtneyUglow I used white lathe screws 3/4” to attached the panels and used pvc edge banding to cover the seams. amzn.to/46iODc5

    What trim did you used for the top that connects to the side walls

    • @ShouldBeGood
      @ShouldBeGood  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I used 1"x1" angle aluminum from trim on the top and bottom of the walls. If i did this again I would use the stock .040 aluminum that trailer manufacturers use though and cut my walls about 2" shorter so I would have easier access for the wiring.

      Sorry I should have been more specific, what type of trim did you use on the ceiling seams?

    Did you use this SKU number of panels material that you’re using because I went to the website and I found this one they don’t have the all white on both side the number I found was SKU: MM843MMS, 4 x 8 Mirrored Silver / White is this the one you use

      SKU: MM843MWLT, 4 ' x 8 '. Max Metal Lite.
      I’ve switched to Alupoly for all my ACM material though, it’s better quality and less expensive. www.piedmontplastics.com/resources/literatures/piedmont-sign-gradeR-alupolyR

    What screws did you use to attach the panels? Also what trim where two panels but together? I watched a few of the videos and can't figure those out. Thank you.

      @ShouldBeGood This PCV tape makes sense for the laps. Its quite genious actually. What about the corners (90 degrees)?@@ShouldBeGood
      EDIT: I think, I see you bend the pieces for angles, so you didn't have any corners only laps. Nice idea.

    Did you insulate the walls on this project?

    • @ShouldBeGood
      @ShouldBeGood  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, I insulated all walls and the ceiling. 1” foam insulation works great.

    What type of plywood do you use on the walls?

    • @ShouldBeGood
      @ShouldBeGood  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I just put back up the plywood from the factory. I think it was 1/4”

    What is the name of wall material

    • @ShouldBeGood
      @ShouldBeGood  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Ronald, the wall panel is 3mm ACM. (Aluminum Composite Material) There are many different brand names and most plastic and metal supply companies stock it. Polycor, Alupoly, dibond, e-panel, maxmetal, alucobond are some of the brand names.
