Last piece and...it fits! A great feeling! Regarding the other corner I've come around to what the guy says on a handyman channel, "A little caulk, a little paint, makes a carpenter what he ain't". That doesn't mean slipshod work, just making sure the final look is good.
I've been told the reason for the gaps and thin plywood was to allow the trailer to "flex" as it goes down the road....but I also have enough grey in my hair to call BS to marketing schemes. Shoddy workmanship is shoddy workmanship. Thoughts? Yes, 1/2" plywood will add rigidity - does the trailer need that or is it hurting it's ability to flex
I've had the plywood on it for about 3 years and it has only added to the rigidity. Before I could slightly push on it and it would give. With the plywood if something shifted or fell on the walls I knew the trailer would still be okay. Hope that answers your question.
Maybe a rookie question, but what kind of screws did you use to mount these to the structure that was there on the walls before you paneled? (The sort of "studs", but I know that's not *really* what was there, it was more of a metal frame.)
What did u use 2 drill in2 the ribs an what size screws bolt s lol i just got my trailer an have no idea what 2 use 2 drill lol an where im assuming in the ribs please help

Id like to know too.
Me too
I’m thinking tapping screws
What about the heat in the summer?
How long are the screws your using to attach the wood like 1”?
I used 1 inch, yes.
Nice creative solution for the front. But curious why you didn't consider insulating while the cargo walls were exposed?
I agree. That's a lot of work to not and insulation while your doing it.
You should consider painting the walls white to help with lighting
Great idea!

I am a total rookie...sorry. what kind of screws do into the studs? That is metal.
I used sheet metal screws and they are holding solid so far. Hope that helps.
Ok awesome thank you
Also, would u add insulation btwn the plywood and particle wood? Im making a travel boutique.
looks to be OSB - not plywood - no?
Keep it up every day learn something new , just try plan a little more next time
