Hello! Our schedule varies through the year but this is our current hybrid split: Total body lift weights Monday/Wednesday/Friday for about an hour, and we run Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday and occasionally Sunday. Runs are anywhere from 30 minutes long to 1.5 hours long at the moment. We are working on upping those Saturday long run miles 🤘🏽
