    This was super helpful! I have my first 1/2 marathon in August and then have my eyes set on transitioning into 50 km training to achieve this (race or personal adventure) by the end of the year!
    Love to hear this from another full time worker who just enjoys getting outside. I can’t always get on trail but definitely 1-2x per week.

    I hope you’ll take us along on vlogs for your next ultra training block! I just found your channel and subd immediately. I loved Sarah Place’s ultra channel but she doesn’t really post anymore and I’ve been on the search for more women to follow that have to balance life and training. Hello from a southerner living in northern New England! Can’t wait for more trail running content!

    Did you walk any during the race....did you have a walk / run ratio plan or anything like that? Such an awesome video. Keep making Ultra videos!

      Definitely power hiked the climbs. Trail running is a lot of hiking so I made sure to practice climbing and power hiking during my training. Towards the end I was walk/jogging to service roads just because I was so tired but the last 2 miles I ran 🤘🏽 thank you! Will do 😊
