@@ItsTheKellys Hi! You know I actually have been looking for a nice messenger bag or a nice back pack / or personal item that could be used for multiple purposes like the gym or work and travel 🧳. I have been eyeing the Aer fitpack 3 bc it has a shoe compartment . But the bag sits sideways on a suitcase. The struggle is real lol 🤣 For work I am a professional hair stylist. As far as packing ....my husband and I are going to Providence RI in the fall (October) and it will be cooler. Maybe a video on fall travel for men too ? 😀 what do you think of the dopp kits for men? Do you think they are too bulky?
My husband travels for work several times a year which require 1 to 2 suits. I have been able to pack him in a carryon using the Eagle Creek packing envelope.

I roll clothes for packing cubes too. To get more room I use hair ties to keep them super small rolled. A friend used rubber bands but I had a ton of hair ties and figured they wouldn't pull or damage fabric.
I do that with my bathing suits or for my flowy dresses that won’t stay rolled!

@ItsTheKellys went really well! I was happy to be the lightest traveler and had fun when everyone asked how it was possible to go on a week long vacation with a wedding in between and still pack so lightly. I was able to take my carry-on on board with me in all but one flight. They made me check it on the way back home, which was no big deal. However the monos does get scuffed easily and the handle is a bit wobbly now... :/ should I consider returning?

Thank you Susan! Truthfully, he wouldn’t wear a suit on a cruise. The collared shirts are enough, I feel. But you know there’s always those people in ballgowns!

I wish my roommate would do this when we cruise. He always feels we need a checked bag because of his shoes and I tell him no he doesn’t. Hopefully our next cruise for me will be carryon because I hate waiting for luggage at the airport!

Thanks for the men's packing. I bought a pair of black/black Allbirds and they pack down very flat. Never had a problem with them not being formal enough and they can also work as a comfortable walking shoe. Just back from a 11 day Japan tour with a carryon and a small backpack. One thing I found very helpful, and the first time I had used one, was a cross-body bag. Great for airport items ie. passports, phones, charges, snacks and can stuff it in the top of backpack when getting on plane. Also, great for tours with room for lots and a small water bottle. Could even fit in a small daypack folded up in case I bought stuff.

Amazingly simple way to pack that l have never thought of, l always stuff my bag to capacity but now l realise l am doing it all wrong.

Another great video! I was all packed to go on my trip to Vegas last weekend, got to the airport and was left stranded there because Allegiant canceled all their flights out that night. Very annoyed at Allegiant as they were the only airline that canceled. No notice and no explanation. That will teach me for buying a cheap ticket...

This is making me think I should practice packing. I end up overpacking because I'm anxious about forgetting something. Also -- the shoe thing -- I'm getting better at this but it's still difficult to narrow it down if I'm doing fancier things. :)
Overpacking is always about anxiety. Make a packing list and a capsule wardrobe and you’ll be fine
This is very helpful, l am a last minute packer and not very good at it. I love the idea of turning my suites inside out .

I have this exact bag and I love it. I have used it twice overseas and it was great. I took it to Italy last year with all my tripped travel gear compression cubes. Worked like a charm. I am going to buy the Beis for my trip overseas this year because it will expand when I come home with some goodies from Italy/Greece cruise in September. I

@@ItsTheKellys No, it was great for the overhead. I did fly business class over there so they may have been a little more lenient than if i was in economy but i had the thing jammed packed. It was almost 40+ lbs. I am a very good packer LOL. And I did fly Lufthansa as well. The bag fit with no problem in the overhead bin. I did check it on the way home from italy due to i had a bunch of glass and liquid stuff I picked up. I take a small bag foldable bag that 2 of my packing cubes fit in and check that bag as well. It works great. I pack the glass or fragile things in my clothes that is left and have had no problem every time so far.

Hi! Have you traveled with AirFrance/KLM using this Monos Carry On? Does it meet the size requirements? I’m between this one and the level8 textured but I don’t know…wich one would recommend me?
Level8 Will fit it, dimension wise. The Monos plus is too big. (The Monos regular is ok) but it all comes down to weight with Air France (if they make you weigh it) and Monos weighs less than level 8.

How differently would you pack this with the pro bag? Also how different are the regular and plus monos bags? I'm also a large man but I don't want to worry about not being able to carry it on whatever flight I'm taking
Hi Nicolas. Stay tuned because on Saturday I review this plus bag and compare it to the regular size. The clothes unpacked were all 3x and size 44 shorts, and size 13 shoes. I still had some room, and know I could do it in the regular Monos size.
On Monday, I’m launching a video where I take all of the Monos suitcases to the sizers to show what suitcases fit on what airline, and show the plus, the regular, the pro. And the hybrid
The difference with the pro is that it takes an inch of depth out of the inside. To me, I prefer the regular suitcases because I will always travel with my laptop in my personal item.
