Is the Quince lifetime warranty new? I was looking at bags back in May, 2024 and it didn’t say anything about a lifetime warranty. It just said they had the standard return policy. I ended up buying a Heys bag (which my daughter does like), but probably would’ve gone with Quince had I realized they had a lifetime warranty.

I have been flying Breeze Airways lately, and their dimensions for a personal item is 17X13X8. I am wondering if the 1/2 inch extra for the height and width would cause a problem or not. 🤔

Hi sweet Lauren ❤ thanks for making this video! I just purchased 4 July essential carryons, one for each member of the family. I couldn’t decide…I like the monos a lot, but hated the fact that their customer service is the worst. So I went with July as it has better customer service ratings and has more fun colors. I have 2 boys and a husband, they all loved the fun colors and I really, really hope these don’t scuff as did your July essential did. I guess I could still return them, but I don’t think I will 😅 since I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and I really don’t want to stress myself out for trying to pick another brand. 😊

Is the expandable version still within the guidelines for the airlines w small restrictions??

When I overpack my monos, like sit on it to close, and like shoes are against that handle, I find it won't slide up

Loved this video! I love my Monos luggage but I have had problems with the handles and also I have a huge dent in my large bag. It's only the size of a 5 cent coin but it's so deep that it's almost a hole. Was very disappointed about that. I have done lots of trips over the last 2 years though.

I've been debating between Monos and Quince and you've convinced me on the amazingness of Quince! What packing cubes are using in this video?

My concern with this is are these all sponsored or have affiliate links? They never review Samsonite luggage. We have two Samsonite roller bags. They have been all over the world. Trips to Asia. Multiple cruises. Multiple trips in the United States. Sometimes checked sometimes carried on. Both of them are seven or eight years old. They still look great. Very few marks on the outside. Nothing has failed. The wheels work the handles work the zippers work. So no, you don’t have to spend $350 to get a good piece of luggage. This is just not true.

Love this! Please do the same for personal items!

Thanks for this fun video! I currently use a Muji, but their handle durability isn't the best and I couldn't find replacement parts even in Japan. I travel to Japan more than any place and I've gotten used to the wheel brake, so I just carry after market handles when I travel. I thought the Aer took a beating for one carry on trip, but I am a long time Aer customer and if they put some texture or something on the shell to hide the scratches, I think that I would try that suitcase. I think I should look more into Quice though. Compression is not a big issue for me because I always check a bag.

Great video and comparison. I bought the mint green Monos bag and took it on our one month trip to Indonesia. 15 flights and who knows how many cars and taxis. It was great. Obviously, it was dirty and scuffed, but everything came off with the little scrubby it came with. Love the compression part, works so great. No problem with the handles. Just love this carry on.

My ideal interior clamshell luggage would have the zippered flap on the same side as the rods. I agree it's best to have a zippered mesh pocket on the flap

I had never traveled carry on before but tried it with my new Quince! The group traveling with me, struggled with their carry-on luggage, and mine glided smooth throughout the trip. I love my Quince!

Clamshell are affordable for those who don’t travel a lot.

The gold Monos trunk behind you is stunning. I have the Monos zippered and love it. I would get the trunk but I need to be able to lift it into the overhead. I'm not sure that I'm capable of that sort of power lifting... I think I would just tip over.

I got the 21” quince in lavender, the Quince neoprene duffel in Thistle and some of their compression cubes. I’ve been using travelpro platinum elite for about five years now with no complaints, with the occasional add-on of the Nomad Lane bento bag. But this is going to be my challenge to travel carry-on only for our cruise in about a month. FINGERS CROSSED!
