Honestly I feel the whole setting with a team made hellboy far more a relatable character vastly superior to the new hellboy. It made a more well rounded cast, the on and off relationship between hellboy and the fire chick with the fish dude and scrub boy it was all well put together to make hellboy not the only character people cared about, personally I can't get over the big revolver for his weapon with special bullets for monsters. The whole theme of desire to be accepted made him much more human, not to mention his attachment to father and his love for the fire chick gave real reason to fight for humanity.
+anne Donovan Feel sorry for the guy whose locker that is. Come down and see a big ol HB faceprint in it? HB must keep the maintenance guys real busy there. Fixing doors, walls, lockers......
I STILL laugh at 'fockused'. I use it at work sometimes. My new boss was confused until I had him call up this clip and he saw it for himself. He cracked up at it too and doesn't question me about it any more.
This Hellboy duology weren't among the best comic book films, but they were still really cool. I guess a part of that was because Del Toro is so unpredictable in his visuals and what happens in the film. You could tell that Del Toro understood who this character is. And Ron Perlman nails it. So do all the other actors. The mix of practical effects and CGI also look really cool. They could've easily sucked due to the time period they were released in but they look really good. I wish we got the third film, as it seemed like the films were building up to some kind of cool prophecy with Hellboy. I would've loved to see Del Toro finish what he started. I think that while Del Toro isn't a bad director, he tries to work on so many projects at once that he ends up not being able to do that much at the end of the day. The way Pacific Rim Uprising and Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark were in quality was partly cause Del Toro left during pre-production. And we got a crappy hellboy reboot cause (from what I looked up) he seemed too busy for a third hellboy film. I admire the Del Toro for his ambition and skill as a director, but he should really form a plan on which projects he wants to do and when he'll make them.
Hellboy 1, 2, Hellboy the board game collectors edition, Hellboy in Injustice 2 and Hellboy comics are great. They always help with my stressful work days.
Ron Perlman's physical acting and facial expressions in this scene are just too good. The offended look of disbelief when he gets hit in the face by the first locker, his bewildered recoiling and stumbling from each of the subsequent strikes, the look of resignation when he realizes his beer is gone. Gets me every time 😂
I love how Guillermo makes movies out of these underrated characters such as Blade and Hellboy it's amazing, just wish that people looked at them more..
I just wish the Hellboy movies weren't 90% Men In Black and 10% Hellboy, and that movie Hellboy didn't act like a moody teenager, that that movie Abe wasn't a wimpy exposition guy.
I like how he still didn't have any negative feelings towards Hellboy after the fact he just busted his suit. Taught Hellboy a lesson that he's not all that strong against everything and the consequences of not controlling his temper.
Saw Hellboy 2019 in theaters with my gf at the time. Unforgettable if unpleasant experience. GDT’s Version deserves more credit for spreading the character to a wider audience. Guillermo and Mike compliment each other better.

it makes me laugh
+Jackeymitchel johnson ( mario voice ) nope, go fuck yourself
get out of here or else I'll block you
+Jackeymitchel johnson I normally wouldn't laugh, but you had that coming.
Looks like hell boy can take punches but not criticism
Honestly I feel the whole setting with a team made hellboy far more a relatable character vastly superior to the new hellboy. It made a more well rounded cast, the on and off relationship between hellboy and the fire chick with the fish dude and scrub boy it was all well put together to make hellboy not the only character people cared about, personally I can't get over the big revolver for his weapon with special bullets for monsters. The whole theme of desire to be accepted made him much more human, not to mention his attachment to father and his love for the fire chick gave real reason to fight for humanity.
Stay Foc-used. LOL!
***** As I said at work I refer to the Fock-us whenever possible.
best enlish ever!

Captain America: "Language!"
I cracked up at this scene when I first saw this.
DoctorZombie I love when the locker door smashes into his face and leave an impression. HB's reaction? 'Ow'.
+anne Donovan Feel sorry for the guy whose locker that is. Come down and see a big ol HB faceprint in it?
HB must keep the maintenance guys real busy there. Fixing doors, walls, lockers......
i laugh at " fockused "
I STILL laugh at 'fockused'. I use it at work sometimes. My new boss was confused until I had him call up this clip and he saw it for himself. He cracked up at it too and doesn't question me about it any more.
anne Donovan hahaha I did the same on my boss
I admire the Del Toro for his ambition and skill as a director, but he should really form a plan on which projects he wants to do and when he'll make them.
don't mess with Johann
Don't mess with the Johan
truth be getting told or else you will get you beat by lockers
you dont mess with the zohan
Damn looking back at this making me feel old
turn on the ceiling fan?
Roll in the industrial
Or get out of the lockers
0:19 XD love it
Me: To bad this movie was the last one with hellboy.
Friends: Actually there is a new ...
Me: IT ... DIED ... end of story.
Literally!
@Broly The Sarcastic Savage I thought the reboot was great. I enjoyed it.
@@brainwashedliberals blasphemy
You’re wrong though...
The animated movies were actually pretty good
There was a new one doe so -_-
Is that Seth McFarlane?
Which guy?
matt reilly the smoke man :-)
It's not I believe.. got a different name from the description.
It's a different actor playing the actual man in the suit, bur McFarlene is the voice. If You FUCKUS it sort of sounds like a german Stewie.
Lmao definitely him sound exactly like his German characters that pop up in family guy cut aways
Hellboy 1, 2, Hellboy the board game collectors edition, Hellboy in Injustice 2 and Hellboy comics are great. They always help with my stressful work days.
2:05 that’s how I get my uncle to stop drinking
Hellboy: **kills his boss**
Also Hellboy: Damn
The locker: **opens and injures him**
Hellboy: Ow
Me: Wow
You can hear stewie when he says, "I sink I can take you"
A German Stewie.
seeing how well Johann works on screen makes me want to see Mysterio in the next spiderman flick!!!!
Highland-Ninja Woah
Hellboy Vs Lockers
Lockers win
When I first saw this on DVD I had to pause it after this scene because I was laughing so hard 🤣🤣🤣 this is definitely the highlight of the movie 😂
2:19 LOL I've always loved that effect
Seth Macfarlane did such a great job of being Johann in this movie. I didn’t even realise it was him. Very talented.
The fact we didn't get a 3rd Hellboy film for this series sucks so hard! I loved these movies so much!
*You will learn to obey me, follow protocol and stay fockused at all times!* - Johann 2008
DeadSilent Gaming "Oh that word, fockused. Yeah, with your accent, I wouldn't use it that much." - Hellboy 2008
He got hit 26 times 😂😂😂😂
19
Thats pretty good! I counted 22, but man he does get hit a lot in a short amount of time😂
LIGHT ECLIPSE yeah.
I lost count 😂
DIB MEMBRANE then instead of counting locker hits. count how many times Johann swears in german.
I like how he still didn't have any negative feelings towards Hellboy after the fact he just busted his suit.
Taught Hellboy a lesson that he's not all that strong against everything and the consequences of not controlling his temper.
"Glasshole"?
+radiozoto2006 Since he has no "physical" humanoid body any more, he no longer eats, or drinks as far as I know so instead of asshole....glasshole.
Gran Wuuf Thanks for your explanation, but I've already understood the pun
Gotcha nice to know.
Oh good someone said it first glad i dont need to say it
Wuuf that rhymes
1:55 - 2:22
My reaction to the 2019 Hellboy trailer.
I don't get it.
@@larrypoppins6273 he hates it basically
I like both.
Saw Hellboy 2019 in theaters with my gf at the time. Unforgettable if unpleasant experience. GDT’s Version deserves more credit for spreading the character to a wider audience. Guillermo and Mike compliment each other better.
1:23 Does any else hear Johan saying “Oh Lord”
Around the 1:22 1:23 mark, just barely.
0:01 that beers probably warm from sitting in a locker for awhile.
What a happy coincidence for Johann that half the locker doors open right to left and half open left to right.
I’ve watched this movie at least 50 times just for this scene, never gets old
0:21 Dat accent sounds like he's saying 'stay fxxx you'st at all times' lol
That's literally the whole point 🤣
"Why is there an Hellboy face shaped hole in my locker?"
who knew a possessed locker is hellboys kryptonite
Uhh its nice to enjoy a comic book movie such as this without the cancerous interference of DC or Marvel fanboys...
not sure what you mean by that
smolder breath Go to any DC or Marvel trailer, review, matchup, and any comparisons comment section and come back to me...
yes. omg yes.
*cradles self in corner after looking*
smolder breath I shouldn't of told you the horrid truth if only we could all be in denial as you were before and think everyone gets along and has some maturity but that just isn't the case D:
