Ive been learning the beginning poses from you for a couple weeks now and recruited my daughters a few days ago...lol the practice ive had has done greatly as they are still finding it difficult to hold these poses....thank you!!

The first time I did this, I could barely do a few of the poses, but after doing a few more practises on your beginner's lessons, I am more or less getting the hang of it. It really helped doing it at night in the sun room too, since all the windows had my reflections so I could tell if I was doing the right angles or not. Anyways, thanks so much for these videos, they are very helpful. I have, and will continue to spread the word on yogatics. Cheers!

I like this yoga workout. Is it normal that I always feel my right leg working more than my left leg. When both legs are engaged, I do my best to balance the strength equaly but it's hard. And when only one leg is working, I feel the "heat" in the right leg but not in the left one... I might do something wrong.

Hey, so, when I'm doing this yoga especially in the moves like where you have your hands in front of your chest and are trying to make a horizontal shape with your leg extended in the air-- my legs go totally numb. Like all pins and needles instantly and i stumble over, and they stay like that for some time afterward. does anyone know why this is happening?

i wonder if there is yoga for amputees....
I got a lot out of it! I just wish she would stop talking so, so much throughout the whole video. I understand she is trying to make sure you are holding the correct postures, but it's a bit annoying just how much she talks, and doesn't allow you to get into it/meditate while doing the postures... But, overall, it was efficient! My butt was killing me afterward!:-) Loved it! Once I memorize the poses, there's no need to follow along. THANK YOU, sincerely!! Despite my initial "bitching", I did get a lot out of it, and I AM truly appreciative.:-)
