Great sequence, and I really like the teacher/student structure of the lesson. It helps to define position and placement very clearly. Thanks for all your work.

this isn't directly related to this video, however i wanted to send my thank you's and blessings. you have really helped me to use all my muscles, helping to gain more strength quickly and properly, as well i helped me to be in the different postures correctly. there is no half-asting because the class is moving too quick or not being given good direction.
you make my morning yoga rewarding in every way. thank you thank you thank you!

Love it, 8 minutes I can manage and sometimes follow with the 8:55 minute flexibility Hatha yoga class. Great start to the day.

Namaste Esther. Wonderful sequence. I especially liked your instructions on proper shoulder alignment before we go into a plank. The muscles in my upper body are overall quite weak and hence I experienced tightness in my neck and shoulders after doing the sequence. Any suggestions on some stretches following this sequence on loosening them up or suggestions to any particular videos where I could find the stretches. Thank you. Farah

Do you have a video for developing leg strength and endurance? My upper body is in a much better shape than legs and am looking to balance, preferably through yoga practice.

GREAT SEQUENCE. FOR SAFETY REASONS IN REGARDS TO THE SHOULDER'S INSTABILITY I ALWAYS HAVE MY STUDENTS TURN THE FOREARM PARALLEL TO THE TOP OF THE MAT TO PROVIDE BETTER BALANCE...JUST A THOUGHT

If it was only meant for women she would have mentioned it. This works for everyone, although since it's relatively low-impact don't expect to become a tank doing this routine alone.
