I’ve been 2.5 years strict carnivore. I noticed 80% more health improvements after getting rid of the last 20% of plants. No comparison in my opinion. My wife and I will never eat plants again. Fit, lean, strong, energetic grandparents at 63 years. A clear mind, skin, digestive track. Buildings muscle looking better than 95% of men my age. No medicine, don’t get sick often, great sun tan. Life is good, try it.
Seeing people in stores is honestly like THE TWILIGHT ZONE! Everyone’s walking/limping around, fat with pimples! ITS SO SAD! I just have to remember I was them at one point! I have to keep being the EXAMPLE for them! I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT IT! Even pull out my pictures! lol😆 I’m praying for all of us! ✌❤🥩
Yeah! You're looking great! I watched your video on your garden, "Becoming A Carnivore: Is Our Garden In Trouble?" about 6 months ago, since my husband and I are gardeners and turned carnivore. I've learned a lot. Best wishes on your journey.
Pete I love your channel man great information I'm glad you're feeling better. May the good Lord bring in a new year of prosperity and great health for you and your wife. Peace my friend.
Hey Pete, just found your channel. I'm a homestead fan and follow Kerry Mann , before he was carnivore by the way! Our carnivore health benefits are very similar, like many others who have stuck to the diet. Just subbed looking forward to more great vids. 👍
So, I begrudingly went mostly carnivore (key word mostly) after your first coming out video. I still drink beer and have some occasional fruit. That was in July. Before that just like you I would get too many pains in my joints and ligaments to lift weights for any length of time. But a couple of months ago I started lifting weights again and, surpise surprise --> No more pains. I built an orchard/garden to your specifications. And now, it feels like a complete waste. I plowed up the blackberry and raspberry patches, and covered over all of the vegitable and trellis beds. I am however going to continue to plant and eat plenty of watermelon, cantelope and honeydew. They are low in oxalates and I think I would rather die than to not indulge on those. The price of eggs is getting out of control, so one use for the orchard might be the largest chicken run known to man. Next year I might build a coop and then utilize the rest of the space for that.
You can use some of your old garden area to grow greens for your future chickens. That's what I did when I went carnivore. They love all kinds of greens like collards, kale, cabbage as well as cucumbers and melons.
I feel the same way about all the gardening we did here all those years and in the end, all the veggies we ate made us sick with inflammation. Just think of it as a learning experience and a costly one at that.
THE CARNIVORE DIET HAS RESTORED MY HEALTH ACHES AND PAINS ARTHRITIS GONE AWAY.AT 68 YEARS OLD IVE NOT FELT THIS GOOD SINCE MY EARLY 30s IM 68 YEARS OLD.THIS JOURNEY IM ON I FEEL SOMEWHAT LIKE A HERMIT ESPECIALLY WHEN TO STORE MOST PEOPLE I SEE ARE OVERWEIGHT THEY BUY GARBAGE FULL SHOPPING CARTS FILLED WITH CARBS AN SUGAR FOODS.I USED TO BE THAT WAY.I TRY TO SHARE BUT PEOPLE ARE NOT ATUNE TO REASON
You should start watching physical theripist videos. The ones that promote lifting weights. You need to bring your elbows in when doing bench. The way you were benching is terrible for your rotator cuffs
When you get older a lot of the information you learn doesn't apply. I do exercises most would consider horrible for my joints - but it's actually the only way to avoid the pain. Workouts change dramatically when you get older. Having you elbows wide sometimes is the only way to avoid pain. He's been working out for years - he knows what he's doing.
My neighbor was on that carnivor diet for a while..he felt very good and strong cleaned my horses paddock up...with his skid steer... a few weeks later, I went in the hospital for hip replacement surgery. While in rehab, I called him and his wife answered his cell phone..I told her who I was , and she told me that he had passed away 4 days ago, cause of death was sepsis...???? She said he started having shortness of breath and pains in his stomach 911 was called and on his way to the hospital...he passed, so I have know idea what took place.....please be very cautious about this diet...
Why would you think the diet would have anything to do with sepsis ? Sepsis is a systemic infection caused by any number of things. Without knowing the source, this statement is without merit.

It's hilarious when people eat horrible for decades and then blame carnivore when they die after being on the diet for "a while".
@yes. It's also hilarious when people eat terrible all their life and blame vegetables. Insane.smarterworkout
