Hey All...apologies for the 'hissing' in some parts of the video...working on fixing the sound issues! I think I have figured out what it is and it should be fixed in the next video!
@@kristis4147 incorrect words like "futuristically" instead of "in the future". That word is often used for sci-fi which I guess could be appropriate considering how weird this whole thing has been.
When she says, "I understand", she really just means that she's ready for him to shut up so she can move on to defending herself or listing another complaint. I know this because I've raised 3 children, and Sarah has the mentality of a child.
If she would have spent her time a lot more wisely, instead of writing unhinged letters to the judge, she should have been learning basic court terminology and vocabulary.
Ah, but that wouldn't have gotten her so much attention. It would have been a lot smarter though...you are absolutely right. I wonder if she regrets it now?
I admire this judge. To be as mature and resolute as he is when talking to this demented, narcissist has got to be a challenge. He also quotes legal precedents for his decisions constantly, in order to head off many of Sarah's manifold distractions as possible.
Hi again, Robert! I admire him as well. At the moment Judge Boyce from the Daybell trial is at the top of my list of awesome judges, but by the end of Sarah's trial, I think Judge Kraynick may take the gold!
Hi, my name is Sandy and I am from Cincinnati. I was referred to you by Katie, cool lady, and I am thoroughly enjoying your videos. You’re dry humor is great, and much appreciated. Please excuse any typos or weird words, as I am using the speaker function due to poor eyesight.
Me either, I’ve watched and read everything I can about this case!! It’s crazy to me that someone this difficult could even function somewhat in life!!!
@@lindsaydellavecchia9574 Weirder still, she was able to get (carefully chosen) people to either fall in love with her, or at the least take care of her. She must have been an intriguing person to some, and her neediness combined with need for control did apparently attract some people.
Welcome aboard! I'm so glad you liked the video. Sarah certainly offers plenty of words to analyze! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Ma’am your content is great. What Sarah was saying was so convoluted i couldnt tell exactly what she was after and you broke it down to where it made sense. Thank you
You are very welcome, Cynthia! It's a lot of fun. I admit I struggled with this particular one because she was so all over the place, I wasn't sure how to organize the info. Glad it made sense! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Hi @hollyjolly2066! A million subscribers...wow! I'm totally floored by the number I have already. I never expected the channel to grow so fast, and I'm so grateful for everyone's warm welcome. Thanks for watching and commenting! 😊 Chris
I just love these videos which address Boone's language, written and spoken. It is SO bizarre, and so specifically bizarre. It gives the best insight into how her mind works. Or fails to work. In her writing, we often see her starting a sentence with the idea of making some point, but then she can't stop herself from instead foisting into the sentence several repeated complaints, then she decides it is time to look intelligent, so she throws in her strings of multi syllabic words. By then she has lost track of what the point of the sentence was meant to have been, they often don't even have a subject (in grammar terms) anymore, and they fizzle out with the repetition of another old complaint. Then there are the tortured and meaningless poetic devices eg. that famous "designated clock of unfairness". A clock of unfairness? A clock of, well, ANYTHING is strange. I suppose one could say "A clock of the time in Nome Alaska". And it's not merely this strange thing, a clock of unfairness, it is a DESIGNATED clock of unfairness. Designated how? By whom? For what purpose? How does anyone designate any clock, a clock of anything? I notice in court she wanted to re-use this not metaphorical metaphor, but completely lost track of everything, so she came out with "delegated date of ....(something or other)". She clearly intended to say "designated" again (and in this case, it might have been correct, for one CAN designate a date), but her understanding of English is so flimsy that she confused designated and delegated. I love the idea of a Delegated Date. It sounds more like someone really didn't want to take Sarah to a dance, and instead delegated the role of "date" to some other poor bastard.
@@u.synlig It is amazing. Very very few of her sentences actually make sense. I especially enjoy all incorrect use of her Big Words. My current favourite is her, wholly incorrect, constant use of "futuristically". She clearly thinks it's a fancy way of saying "in the future". It's not. I cannot stop myself from laughing each time she uses it.
Somebody made a comment this judge has really high emotional intelligence. Nice job putting it into words. I really admire him, that's how I wish I could be.
That’s a noble thought but this judge must(!) deal with her since this is his job. There would be no reason for people in the world to otherwise elect to interact with Boone and, let’s not forget, she’s not just nuts, she’s dangerous.
He seems like a well seasoned and skilled judge, and he will need all that experience and skill for this circus! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
GREAT analysis. Thank you. Sarah is enjoying bantering with the court in front of cameras. She has created the "Sarah Show" and she very much wants to have a trial where she can be on display. In the meantime, she will work hard to delay the trial so she can maximize her hearings and extend her viewing time for her audience. Once her trial is over, the "Sarah Show" is over and she becomes irrelevant. To her, that is unbearable now that she has a TH-cam audience.
She definitely loves the attention. And that's a great point about why she may be delaying and maximizing hearings. She will fade away pretty fast. Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
I actually think she doesn't like the attention. The way she tried to keep evidence hidden from the media makes me think this. She's remarked on the media presence in the courtroom a few times since this began. I think she's afraid "the world" will see just how phony she is, not smart, etc. We already know this but she doesn't realize that. I think she knows there's something in the evidence that hasn't been revealed to the public, and she doesn't want it revealed. And finally, she thinks she's actually going to be set free. She's mentioned her success and overdue exit, or however she termed it, several times already. She's delusional.
I just discovered your channel and I am glad I did and I immediately subscribed. Your analysis is 100% on point. Thank you taking a deep dive on this hearing.
@GuiltyWords ❤️ I really appreciate the intelligent dialogue. It is helping me process what people like Sarah are doing and how to respond to them... unfortunately, she's not a one-off. 😳

@kellysmith7345 You have just summed up all her arguments much more neatly than she ever could! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
@@GuiltyWords She’s not confused. It’s just not going her way. This is the best judge they could have found to deal with Sarah. She’s trying to control the narrative and he stays steady and direct with his answers and directions. She is so mad- it’s obvious.
Why? Because another psychologist says Judge Kraynick is using Grey Rock. "Mommy, I want a cookie, NOW!!!" (calm tone) "We've discussed you get no cookies."
@@JeromeSmith-jl1rh Because she is an insufferable, BRAT and is absolutely the most annoying, uncomprehending fool I've ever seen and NOBODY wants to deal with her.

"Since I am always right, and you do not agree with me, therefore you clearly do not understand and I need more time to explain to you" ahh defendant 🏓
Other analysts miss also and they are lawyers. There is sympathy out there for Sarah not having stand by counsel. I could see that having stand by counsel would delay things further. She will never agree with anybody including Mr Lane her investigator. It will be interesting about the plea deal by the prosecutors.
Thank you, @Feline-Frenzy53. So glad you like the videos. How many kitties do you have? I have 4 at the moment, and one looks just like yours in your pic and was the model for the Guilty Words logo. Thanks for commenting! --Chris
Hi Cynthia! I admit I catch myself sometimes feeling sympathy for her, and then I realize she is reeling me in. I remind myself she was given plenty of warning and plenty of lawyers and she brought herself to this spot. But it does show she has some solid manipulative skills. Not master level, but well practiced. Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris

In my opinion she is trying to set herself up for an appeal - saying "I don't understand", "I didn't forfeit", "explain to me" all trying to paint herself in the 'best' victim-y light
@mary I keep going back and forth about this issue. Using that language does sound like groundwork for an appeal, and yet when she claims she doesn't know even what 'sustained' means, I don't know if she's clever enough to be thinking ahead. And yet...hmmm...Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Can you imagine having a conversation with her…you’d have to record/videotape all conversations-she’s so used to control and manipulation forced violently or fake empathy -poor Jorge’s last minutes of life on this earth 😢❤
She is the type of person who could literally have you doubting your own reality or sanity. Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
What a waste of valuable Court time & taxpayer 💰. When she was caught in her lies, her tactic was to argue & question when presented with the receipts because she really didn’t know how to respond. Another delay tactic she used was to emphasis her ineptitude in opening computer files correctly, the implication being that the trial cannot go forward if she cannot open her files and do her preparation. No preparation = No trial. It is bad enough that The Court has to educate her when it is not their responsibility. Now, what? Does she really expect them to give her a computer class?
Great points all around! I often think of how the money for these long, expensive court proceedings could be used for much more positive things in the community if this person hadn't committed the crime. I think of it as ripple-effect victims in a way. Sarah does have an air of entitlement that is second to none! And so much stalling, then complaining how long everything is taking. Baffling. Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Welcome! Words do give us away more than we realize! And Sarah certainly offers plenty of words! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Thanks so much @Guilty Words ...some of your listeners mentioned how they liked your channel, and I just had to see for myself. So happy to click that Subscribe button this morning!
First time to your channel and i love how you break it down. Word salad is such an appropriate way to describe it. I could never put my finger on it, but i was always left exhausted after hearing someone read one of her letters. I like your insight on these hearings. May i suggest looking into a professional microphone and elimination of background noise? Your sound seems off and i think it would cause some to click off before finishing your video. I hope you are able to secure a large following on here because your insight is unique in my opinion. I think improving the sound would help with that too.
@jenna Thank you so much for the heads up! I have been struggling with the sound since my first video, trying different mics and settings. I have a new mic on the way and hopefully that will help with the next video. If you watch it and happen to notice a difference, please let me know! Cheers, Chris
Regarding the hissing, it is only noticeable when you are not talking. You may have some form of Automatic Gain Control enabled, and if so, this brings up the volume during quiet passages. If possible, try setting this to manual level control as you have a fairly consistent speaking voice volume and this will help dramatically. The hissing will happen with any microphone regardless of 'pro' status with an Automatic Level Adjustment/Control function enabled. The hissing doesn't matter anyway, not to anybody interested in what you have to say!
Thank you for bringing this up! I have wondered that myself...if maybe it is slander and they lawyers could call her out on it? But I don't know if they want to bother, since no one seems to take her seriously with her complaints. Too much 'cry wolf' behavior. She isn't very careful with her insults. Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
I like this video, so much! You, along with the judge, have a clear understanding of Sarah. I wonder what you thought of the prosecutor Mr. Jay? He seems like he thinks he is going to solve the puzzle that is Sarah Boone. I’m also wondering how long the investigator sticks around, I’m sure she will treat him as an underling to her righteous self. Poor guy.
SMH, she treats everybody like they're her servants. It's unbelievable. Imo Sarah's in for a rude awakening when her investigator testifies that the computer works just fine!😂❤
Thank you, JudiT! I am still watching Mr. Jay. The prosecution seems surprisingly helpful in some ways (ie offering her advice on cell phone experts). But that may be to prevent appeals.

Come on, he is an attorney! That's what attorneys do: they bring the law to life -- on behalf of individuals. The respect and consideration in play are _for the primacy of law_ -- over emotionalism and the judgment of a personality. Attorneys believe that the lifeblood of our civilization is the rule of law. How can you despise a man for being true to his education, training and profession?
Yes Sarah, The judge did read all of your "Hate Mail and Hate Letters". And none of your "Hate Mail and Hate Letters" said any thing about Jorge's death. She is not going to take a plea deal cuz then she will have to tell herself she is "Guilty". If she do take a plea deal she will still be looking at 15 to 20 years in prison.
@alfreda Great observations! She didn't show any sadness at his death the very morning it occurred and hasn't anytime since. I don't think she will plea, either. Her ego won't let her...she likes being a 'star.' (shudder!!)

So sorry guys this woman is keeping me in hospital my blood pressure when I see or hear her voice. Lord help us. Will watch when appeal is done. As usual great work ❤❤❤❤
New to your channel. I'm enjoying listening very much. Great perspective. Very compelling. What do you think about the YT lawyer ( he will remain anonymous) that contacted Sarah? I'm a layman but it appears he gave her erroneous advice.
Lol! Larry, you are spot on! It is one of her few real talents, besides using more words than Charles Dickens. Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Sarah saying she should have been able to explain about her being pro se…. She doesn’t need to explain. She wrote all the letters making her reasons VERY clear. No need for more info.
Curiously, Sarah does not bemoan the lack of an evidentiary hearing or an inquiry session with the judge so that _she_ could better understand the impetus for the judge's ruling and her current status of _pro se_ defendant. Rather, she is convinced that the gap lies in the _judge's_ understanding of her needs, wants and travails. He lacks understanding; he makes wrong decisions. [This is Sarah's world, and she works hard to wrangle the characters in it, to bring them to heel.]
@richard... Agreed...she has explained all she needs to. But she seems to think she should keep explaining until the judge changes his mind. She has a long wait! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
I thought the judge did a good job of shutting that down. The 'clerical error' was that they sent the mail to 'general population' instead of her box. First, the judge had her admit that she had received that letter, then when she tried to make hay about all the other letters that might be out there... he pointed out that there was only one letter that was sent to the incorrect address. Sarah isn't used to arguing with people who keep records. 😂❤
@rsh793 Maybe I should send out a poll where we guess how many more times Sarah will bring up the clerical error between now and the end of the trial! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
@GuiltyWords Right? You can clearly see her winding herself up. Her nostrils flare, the heavy breathing and that blinking! I hate to think what it's like to be getting that luck in court!
The whole “I wasn’t charged” with DV, vs charges were dropped verbal dueling with the court grated on my nerves. I’m not a lawyer and have no experience as the accused, but I definitely know the difference (and I believe Boone does, too). It was just a bunch of verbal sparring that ate up time as she was trying to control the court. I was yelling “you WERE charged” each time she brought it up. I don’t know what her game plan is here. Something’s gotta give. Judge Kraynick remained civil, even kind, with her, but kept his courtroom in order, despite Sarah’s shenanigans. Thanks ,
Right?! That was a Mindbender! She really locked into it with this guy, and these aren't the accusations she needs to be worried about 😂. Also, this is the second time this week that she's accused the jailhouse staff of improprieties. 😮 That they are lying about her refusing to come in to court, and on Monday, she was accusing them of leeking her jailhouse calls to the Press. Smh, I haven't seen any of her calls online.
@Lizbet great points! I wasn't going to do a video on the Friday hearing, but I think I may. Several people have brought it up. Stay tuned! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Can you imagine having a conversation with her…you’d have to record/videotape all conversations-she’s so used to control and manipulation forced violently or fake empathy
I agree! He will need a really long vacation at the end of this. I loved Judge Boyce in the Daybell case, but I think Judge Kraynik may get the gold medal when this is over. Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Sarah hasn’t changed. How many times did the on scene cop have to reiterate that Sarah wasn’t allowed to renter her apartment, not for cigarettes or Dr Pepper? It’s like she can’t hear the word “no”
That's a great connection! She was annoying about that, and interestingly kept interrupting with it when they were trying to talk to her ex hubby. Sarah is all about Sarah.
Boone has received copies of deposition transcripts, as there is an entry made on the daily jail log in regards to Boone making complaints after a copier jammed while she was watching the originals being copied. Evidently, it was a lot of pages, as it had to be separated into three different stacks for copying.
Wow! Where can I find the daily jail logs? Is it a FOIA request thing? I'd love to go digging around there. Someone mentioned Sarah knew Billy Lane already from several meetings as well.
@@windywednesday4166Or to win over authorities who have far more power (now) than she does. Narcs need power and control. Hers has been taken away. She’s in jail.
It's amazing to me that Sarah thinks she can say "In my opinion" and "I feel" as if these things override the actual law both as written and as established by precedent. It's as if she feels her emotions are more valid, more *real* than the law we all live by. She seems to think we should bend the world around her desires. I can't even imagine how people in her day to day life put up with this because I am almost certain this is not a new behavior for her. It's also very clear to me that she doesn't understand that the role of the judge is to manage the court and call balls and strikes, not to advocate for her or question her. She thinks he should make her lawyers do what she wants, but his role is not to tell defense counsel how to try their case, it's to make sure everyone is following the law and that everyone's rights are being respected (they are). She doesn't seem to understand that now that she is pro se the judge *cannot* talk with her outside of the presence of the DA without violating the rules against ex-parte communication. She's said she excels at everything but she has NO IDEA how any of this works. The judge is clearly trying to set up a record that will stand up to scrutiny in the appellate division.
I agree 100%! You make a great point that she equates her opinion with law. I, too, think she has done this for a long time. It has worked for her until now, probably because she surrounded herself with people who just didn't have the stamina for the fight or had their own less-than-healthy motivations to put up with her behavior. Her ego is mind boggling. The trial is going to be quite something. Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
I will NEVER understand how she is allowed to rant on & on she’s rude etc. she needs to be put in her place!!! Let’s STOP all this & throw away the key!
She obviously wore the men down that she did catch. That seems to be her modus operandi when dealing with anyone who she wants or has something she wants.
I can only guess Sarah Boone’s shernanigans during these hearings is her plan after conviction ( and she certainly will be convicted) to gather grounds for an appeal. The judge however seems ready for this and is handling it all perfectly.
I've thought the same thing, although then I wonder if she's clever enough to really be setting up for appeal. It may work that way for her (kind of, but you're right...the judge is covering the bases!). I can't figure out what's going on in her head! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
As a fellow lover of language, one who also knows that word use and choice matter, I am delighted to find your channel. It’s interesting how language analysis gets dissed as unscientific; if you are a fluent speaker and truly notice the words and structure of language, don’t need empirical proof that to walk is not to stroll. Cheers!
Thank you so much! Linguistic analysis is one of my biggest interests -- it's so fascinating to break down how we speak, what we mean, and why we speak that way. I appreciate all of your comments on the channel!
Today is the fist time I have seen your videos and I just love how you see things. It brings new light to this already old and dreary case! Thank you so much for your analysis. I am going to go look for some of your past videos.
Thank you so much, and welcome to the channel! I know I've responded to a few more of your comments over the past few days -- I'm glad you've been enjoying the analysis. Your kind words mean a lot!
Omg, right? She was Furious to find out that the jail has been keeping tabs on what she does and there's records of the shenanigans she has been pulling. Smh, sending a letter to court demanding to be at every hearing and then refusing to come in? Lol. 😅
I really want to get a hold of the jail records. Actually, I wish I could see the letters she's writing to the civil court judge but they are sealed (her ex hubby is trying to stop alimony payments...I didn't know people still got alimony in jail!)
OMG this judge! She is too stupid to get it, but his language for the record, of everything he is doing and how FAIR he is being, is superb! She wont be able to get an appeal.
@GuiltyWords I really liked your analysis - I know it's essentially no time at all for her, or really, anyone else involved in the case, but for me being on the consumption end of the trial updates, I often end up watching the same court replays again and again - just set to different commentaries, which are fun to listen to but tend to blend together after a while. I appreciate you took the time to give insightful stats on how many times Boone used the same tactics in comparison to Judge Kraynick's "no-nonsense-ory" bullshit detectors. I think she's going beyond trying to gain sympathy and is trying to manipulate her way into some sort of perceived future at the appellate courts with all this ridiculousness.
@amberrachelc8899 I have wondered about the appellate angle as well. Certainly some of this would work in her favor and she would be smart to get it on the record. But I don't know if she's clever enough to think that far ahead, or if she is just argumentative. Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Her language and communication is so odd. My brain struggles to understand her. Her thoughts or words don’t seem to be properly structured. Is it run on sentences with multiple yet repetitive topics? Is there a name for what she does? It’s like listening to Meghan Markle.
Oh, @thatsaniceboulder1483...you have no idea how tempted I have been to get into the Megan Markle world. Her speeches just beg for dissection! She does have a bad habit of shutting down TH-camrs who offend her, unfortunately!
The thing about the letters and her subsequent insisting that the judge didn't understand, arguing for another hearing on council, is she insists, thought this very long process, on everyone agreeing with her. If they don't, then they must just not understand what she means, because, of course, she is always correct. I've known a lot of people like this. Managers that insisted on consensus building, except the consensus always has to be what he has already decided.
You are spot on! She is one of those, um, "difficult" people who has to be right because she knows all and everyone else is less intelligent. I've met some as well, but thank heavens never had to live with anyone like that! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris

Thanks so much for your subscription and thoughtful comments, Carolina! I'm definitely interested in seeing where Owens takes this case, or if he gets fed up before he can even represent her at trial.
Excellent commentary/analysis! I have been following this case for a long time and the verbosity and word salad, plus pretentious prose of Sarah Boone has worn me down. I can't believe that there is no legal remedy for manipulation of a judge by a pro se defendant! This judge has the patience of a saint (as did the judge in the Darrell Brooks trial) but a judge has to make sure all the defendant's rights are protected. Pro se defendants almost always lose, though Sarah seems to think she will triumph if she can wear down everyone involved. Also, it's my understanding that most appeals are denied. In the end, let's just pray that justice through the court system will prevail.
Yes, it's hard to listen to Sarah. Judge Kraynick is my hero -- I definitely wouldn't be as patient as he is! I'm wondering if maybe Sarah won't drive away her latest lawyer now that she's had a taste of just how difficult being pro se is. Thank you, Suzanne!
The term "word salad" is applied from the listener's POV. But try listening as if the words were a Rube Goldberg machine built to normalize an excuse based on an inaccurate understanding of the original problem.
@markdraper3469 What a perfect analogy! I haven't thought about Rube Goldberg machines in ages. And yes, she is desperately trying to normalize her excuse. Thank you so much, Marianne! Glad you enjoyed the video.

My favorite part recently was when the judge said "actions speak louder than words "
That was definitely one for the highlight reels! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
I thoroughly enjoyed your excellent meticulously well organized presentation and recognize the time and effort it required. Thank you.

I can't stop watching Sarah Boone content. It's something to try to wrap your head around, somehow! 🤯
An odd fish, for sure. She’s predictable, but not explainable
It’s like a train wreck, you don’t want to see but you can’t look away.
God I'm in a Boonwarp altered state of living 😂😂😂😂😂
Me either, I’ve watched and read everything I can about this case!! It’s crazy to me that someone this difficult could even function somewhat in life!!!
@@lindsaydellavecchia9574 Weirder still, she was able to get (carefully chosen) people to either fall in love with her, or at the least take care of her. She must have been an intriguing person to some, and her neediness combined with need for control did apparently attract some people.

☝An excellent snapshot. Also not to be overlooked: Sarah's predilection for playing 'musical chairs' with prepositions in her sentences.
@@greenman6141 Each time that she uses "futuristically", I instantly imagine a scene from "The Jetsons".
@@u.synlig Exactly!!! Maybe she plans to fly in from jail.
Exactly ! Me too.@@u.synlig

😊 Chris
@janetshemary great observation. It's easy to forget how dangerous she is, too, in the midst of everything else going on.
😊 Chris
And fans, “globally”.
Me too. ❤😊 this channel is a great discovery.

@@GuiltyWords She’s not confused. It’s just not going her way. This is the best judge they could have found to deal with Sarah. She’s trying to control the narrative and he stays steady and direct with his answers and directions. She is so mad- it’s obvious.

@ilikemitch Hi again! That sums up her all her arguments much more succinctly than she ever could!

I truly enjoy your videos. You point out so many things that I miss. It's wonderful and enlightening. Keep up the good work!
Other analysts miss also and they are lawyers. There is sympathy out there for Sarah not having stand by counsel. I could see that having stand by counsel would delay things further. She will never agree with anybody including Mr Lane her investigator. It will be interesting about the plea deal by the prosecutors.

In my opinion she is trying to set herself up for an appeal - saying "I don't understand", "I didn't forfeit", "explain to me" all trying to paint herself in the 'best' victim-y light
Let her have an appeal. The case is not winnable.
I don't think she's smart enough to be thinking that far ahead. I think she's just trying to Guilt Trip the judge to gain some kind of favor.
@@windywednesday4166The guilt-tripping and all her other junk must have worked for her since childhood. Shame.
She'll have to get a lawyer for any appeal. That'll be interesting.
@mary I keep going back and forth about this issue.
Baffling.

Is anyone going to call her out for saying - under oath - that her previous lawyers committed PERJURY in front of the judge? She is unreal..
Thank you for bringing this up! I have wondered that myself...if maybe it is slander and they lawyers could call her out on it? But I don't know if they want to bother, since no one seems to take her seriously with her complaints. Too much 'cry wolf' behavior. She isn't very careful with her insults.

We all cannot figure out what’s going on in her head ! The video evidence is not defendable in any way possible .

Mentour Lawyer might regret that move. I think a lot of people, myself included, were thoroughly disappointed in him. Not sure if he can redeem himself but it won't be easy. I was shocked.
Whaaaat? Really?
Come on, he is an attorney! That's what attorneys do: they bring the law to life -- on behalf of individuals. The respect and consideration in play are _for the primacy of law_ -- over emotionalism and the judgment of a personality. Attorneys believe that the lifeblood of our civilization is the rule of law.
How can you despise a man for being true to his education, training and profession?
Oh, my. I hadn't heard. 😮
Wow! Was someone so offended by my comment about the law that they had it deleted? 😒 That's crazy.

😂 lol, it's pretty fun to hear the judge read her letters back at her in court!❤
@u.synlig Excellent point...more of Sarah blaming elsewhere.
@richard... Agreed...she has explained all she needs to. But she seems to think she should keep explaining until the judge changes his mind. She has a long wait! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Lol that clerical error is going to be all all all all the way through 😂 you can see why she'd drive a person to drink!😂
😊 Chris
Great point, Windy! She isn't used to people responding with facts and it's driving her nuts.

She obviously wore the men down that she did catch. That seems to be her modus operandi when dealing with anyone who she wants or has something she wants.
Always arguing every point
Hi again, AT Chick. Yes she did. Now that it's not working with the court, she doesn't seem to know what to do.
@benton absolutely, whether they need to be argued about or not!
Her 3 alliteration adjectives in a
Row
Good lord
She has a very stilted way of speaking 😅
She seems to write based on what sounds "smart," not necessarily what gets her point across... Thanks for the comment!
Wow a really good video. Thank you for explaining.
So glad you liked it, @rebecca! Thanks for watching and commenting...I appreciate it!
This channel is such an interesting perspective
Thank you, Elana! It means a lot.
That was interesting. Thank you 👍
Thank you so much, Dehvonne! It's lovely to see your comments on the channel.
Sara loves to repress herself. Her new favorite word is “supposedly”. .
Omg, right? She was Furious to find out that the jail has been keeping tabs on what she does and there's records of the shenanigans she has been pulling. Smh, sending a letter to court demanding to be at every hearing and then refusing to come in? Lol. 😅
Hi again, kristis! I think I should start making a list of her favorite phrases, like 'supposedly,' 'in my opinion'...
I really want to get a hold of the jail records. Actually, I wish I could see the letters she's writing to the civil court judge but they are sealed (her ex hubby is trying to stop alimony payments...I didn't know people still got alimony in jail!)
@GuiltyWords Interesting. Maybe she is still getting alimony because she's hasn't been convicted? ...yet.
OMG this judge! She is too stupid to get it, but his language for the record, of everything he is doing and how FAIR he is being, is superb! She wont be able to get an appeal.
100% this guy is crossing his t's and dotting his i's. 😂❤ I get the impression Sarah isn't used to arguing with people who keep records.
She is entitled to an appeal
He does seem to be doing a lot to make sure as little as possible is able to be used for appeal. Not an easy task when she's pro se.
I think Judge Wooten retired & moved to Costa Rica after dealing with Sarah. I understand better what Jorge had to deal with
Judge Kraynick might be joining him when this is all over! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
just found you. love your videos. thank you.
Thank you so much, Aileen!
You look like Susan Sarandon! 💗 Absolutely LOVE your channel by the way. BEYOND insightful and interesting!!
This is such a lovely compliment -- thank you!! I love seeing you in the comments section. :-)
Yes, I suspect long-term alcohol abuse hasn't been kind to her brain cells. 😮
Oh, @thatsaniceboulder1483...you have no idea how tempted I have been to get into the Megan Markle world. Her speeches just beg for dissection! She does have a bad habit of shutting down TH-camrs who offend her, unfortunately!
And her letters and speeches aren't kind to ours, Windy! lol!
😊 Chris
An excellent analysis
Thank you so much, Patricia!
Love your analysis of this snake in the grass Sarah
Thank you! She certainly gives a lot of opportunity for analysis...more than any of us need! :-)
Hi you'll; New subscriber here @Guilty words awesome re-play crew 🥰
Everyone just a heads up! Sarah Boone has a new attorney who reponded to her advertisement! James Owens out of Milton Florida,And has filed a motion for a continuance?
Here we go again on Sarah Boone's merry -go- round wild ride!
In her own words "I know where this is going to end"! When she spoke to Detective Chelsea and Scott when referring to Jorge Torres Jr. bringing home a bottle of wine.
I love how you have taught me how to sppeak (Not that I ever would) and understand (Booneninian language)
🤣😂🤣😂🥰🤗🥰
Thanks so much for your subscription and thoughtful comments, Carolina! I'm definitely interested in seeing where Owens takes this case, or if he gets fed up before he can even represent her at trial.
Good job on this
Thank you, Lorie!
Someone let Sarah cook, and now she's cooked
Hello again, ilikemitch! Yup, the fox outfoxed herself!
I think she genuinely believes if she can convince people it was an 'accident,' then she doesn't have to be held accountable. Love the dog pic, too, btw.
Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
Whoa, if Sarah was paid by the word, she could make her bail. That is of course if she was given one. I doubt that she is a flight risk. She is having too much fun with all the attention. Sarah would never give up the time to shine in a court room. I am hoarding chocolate and wine.
Thank you for giving me a big laugh, MaryElizabeth! I will hoard chocolate, microwave popcorn, and Diet Coke. If we make every time she says "in my opinion' into a drinking game during the trial, we will be in trouble!
Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
the judge already tacked an extra week onto the trial during this hearing because he knows how it will go. He probably should have doubled it.
I think it's doubled? The last hearing of Cashman she and the State agreed 4 or 5 days so the three weeks is torturous length extension! 😐
@@rsh793 I think the judge said 3 weeks at one of the hearings this week. I had thought it was 2 weeks, but I do remember Cashman was talking 4 or 5 days, so either the judge extended it to 2 weeks between Cashman or I'm misremembering, which isn't out of the realm of possibility.
I thought the original timeline was 4-5 days for testimony, with additional days for jury selection and deliberating for a total of about 2 weeks.
@@LilaDaisy oh, maybe that's it. one has a tendency to forget about the jury selection phase.
Such a lot of time for what would have been pretty straightforward with anyone else but Sarah. I have a feeling jury deliberation won't take long! Thanks for watching and commenting! I appreciate it! 😊 Chris
GREAT ANALYSIS- I thought those same 2 things regarding her distrust of jail regarding thumb drives no one can see but she’s perfectly okay with hard copies. , and her slip up
On saying she has seen her phone / discovery.
Thanks, @kristis! She keeps changing the story to fit her current argument. Hard to follow sometimes!
I wonder if Sarah told her jailhouse hairstylist “I understand” when she was getting that God-awful haircut. Yikes! 😂
LOL, oh no! Thanks for the chuckle, Amy.
Just like the the police didn’t understand that she didn’t “intentionally” leave Jorge in the suitcase. 🤦♀️
Why doesn't everybody just do exactly what Sarah wants, all the time, forever? Lol. Thanks for watching and commenting!
