    Treating your son like he can do no wrong is what led him to this outcome. A healthy mother teaches her kids to be good because they understqnd that actions has consequences or they learn eventually when its toooo late, like in this case.

    I really like your analysis of the letter great work! However, I kind of disagree with your theory that an intruder did it, but then they had to backtrack because they thought Burke did it. However, it still is more possible than the straight up intruder theory, and the intruder wrote the note. SBTC= So Be The Case Patsy Ramsey was known to use acronyms on post and notes to family and friends

    Sarah was an unemployed alcoholic that neglected her son. She was cruel. She is entitled, controlling, bossy and just plain nasty. But I don’t think she intended to kill George. Kouri was selfish and greedy. At her core…she is a murderer. Sarah is more obnoxious and unlikeable but she’s doesn’t really scare me. Kouri Richins scares me.

    Agree %. I have noticed both women have not acted with grief in anything I’ve seen or read from them about the death of their “loved ones”. Nothing. Nada. And how about their children? You’d think at least a few complaints would be not getting enough time with their kids. Sarah has missed four years of her son’s life. Amazing. I’d have to be brain dead to not see how guilty they are acting, how entitled and narcissistic they are. Their husband and boyfriend may not have been perfect but they weren’t murderous.

    I will say, Sarah DOES mention her son in an early letter that I know of. She says in that letter that she has missed four of his birthdays. She had been in jail for about two years at that point. So…not sure if she was just exaggerating to make someone feel sorry for her or if she was telling on herself (given that the ex’s view is that she was extremely unreliable as a parent before Mr Torres was murdered.) In another letter, the only other I know to specifically mention her son, she talks about how he doesn’t talk nicely to her. But that letter is to family court and it’s clear that the only person she is concerned about even in talking about her child is herself. That is no better than not mentioning him at all and in my view your point still stands.

    Now, add Jessy Kurczewski to the comparison table, and see how the shared traits trend. These three women -- each 1) the engineer of a homicide, 3) obsessed with controlling the actions of others and 3) manipulating the feelings/opinions of others -- would make an interesting study.

    • @markdraper3469
      @markdraper3469 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      For Kouri and Jessy it would seem they may have been too full of themselves. Sarah wouldn't have been bright enough to plan her actions. Jorge was willing to put himself in discomfort to placate Sarah and because of her indifference, experienced much more. Maybe being drunk blinded both of them but that's assuming Jorge or Sarah had any sense of consequence in real life. I'm thinking of that line from "Batman Begins" where he says, "I can't kill you, but I don't have to save you."

    I’ve interpreted “walk the dog” as “burn after reading”, which would explain why she also says to take vague notes to remember. No need to take notes if you still have everything written in the latter. Just my thoughts.

    • @u.synlig
      @u.synlig 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The letter was not meant for the post. Kouri had been seen to convey a previous, multi-page letter, by holding up each sheet to be silently read by her jail visitor. The "Walk the dog"-letter would likely have been similarly read by its intended recipient.

    Sterns was arrested initially because of those 60 charges and then charged with capital murder after Madelyn's body was found . When she sent that email he had already been charged on both counts. I do agree she sounds hideous. Even if Jenn was involved, he still was the only one who filmed his assaults and the only one that killed her. That should be enough to realize her son is a monster, regardless of Jenns involvement. She thinks he may get off? Hello?

    I think it's obvious that the 60+ charges had been added - there are no records of injury to Madeline, so Deb isn't talking about that. And murder isn't a long-term Jen-had-multiple partners type of thing. So I think it's clear that she's referring to the sexual abuse. The key word Deb used was ALL. It wasn't 'all' his fault. But that leaves SOME that was his doing! She's basically saying he did the sexual assaults, but not the murder. Frankly, he'd do better in prison for the murder if he had never assaulted her. As it is, if he goes to prison it's a death sentence no matter what the state decides.
