No issues at all. Very happy with it.UPDATE: After 6 months of use and over 70 uses I would still highly recommend this pressure washer. It does vibrate a decent amount but never had it “walk” like others have mentioned. No oil leaks, still seems to run like the day I bought it. Still cranks within 2-3 pulls every time. Very happy with my purchase!Have used it about a dozen times now. Plenty of power, cranks up on 1-2 pulls every time. My only complaint would be I wish it was a little taller to make it easier to walk with it (hits my ankles a lot) and that the two hose connections were a little further apart but it hasn’t caused me any issues. Seems to run a good 1-1/2-2 hrs on a full tank, overall a well built machine and definitely worth the money in my opinion.
It is designed to be smooth across all types of tile and resilient flooring.

The Turbo brush is available for sale, however, you need a portable cleaning unit - usually around $2,000 - $4,000.
True but you need a high-pressure truck mount to support the pressure, heat, and suction that makes the process complete. There are high-pressure portable extractors to give you 1200 psi and automatically empty the collected water into a toilet but they start at around $3,000 and there is not enough heat produced to keep up with the 2.2 gpm water flow that this tool is designed to put out.

Hi Mark, I complete the process with a poritable machine that has no heat and never had a problem.
Heat would save on some grout scrubbing time but definitely not needed.

Good day, I work in a sugar industry in Nigeria as the Quality Control Officer but my laboratory tile was wrongly done by not wiping out the wet cement stain on the tile immediately. So the floor is now so messy, I've tried everything I could intact I used a very high concentration of Hydrochloric acid but still it was only just fair. Please what can I use?

All of our chemicals are specially formulated for tile and grout. They are designed for hot water and high pressure cleaning. They are not available in stores. Sorry.

What about the perimeter? The round brush can't get there.
The machine is not a round brush but high pressure and suction cleaning the grime away. The video didn't show how they tip the tool up slightly to get all edges and corners just as fast. I do this every day in Arizona and then color seal the grout afterwards making the grout look like new and is so much easier to clean for the homeowner and the company next time he cleans.
Turbo-Seal I meant "round" in general. Didn't look like it was able to get into the corners and edges. They should have showed that part. I would love to have one of those for my home (all tile).
He just hasn't included that in the video. This tool is part of a larger set up. It includes the truckmount that provides the vacuum and the water pressure. You can buy the tool separately, but it won't wok unless you have the truckmount or something similar.

TRUTH TALK we apply the solution and let it sit for about 10 min and then use the machine to clean, rinse, and extract at the same time.

Anything on the surface it will remove if you have the heat and pressure to deliver it. Stains are not on the grout but in the grout and this is why I do color sealing after the cleaning process. th-cam.com/video/W8pPbphkcBM/w-d-xo.html
To remove oil stains, we use a different process. Depending on the type of oil. Cooking oil - like on the restaurant floor, can be removed using a high pH alkaline degreaser. Oil from fossil fuels require a completely different process (like in gas stations, or drive through pads). This typically requires remediation of the oil first prior to cleaning.

I am not sure what you are saying ... No texture was damaged by the cleaning. All of the tile we cleaned in this video were man-made, ceramic tile. The dark spots in the tile texture was dirt and debris. The process we use is done with specially formulated cleaners - designed for tile, and water. There is nothing that would ever damage the tile used in the cleaning process. The original design of the tile (when purchased new) is brought out through this process, and removes dirt, bacteria, and calcium deposits from previous cleaning methods.

What’s the PSI used to clean this floor and at what temperature?
I use 1,500 to 2,200 psi but the tool can perform well at 1,200 as long as the pump can push 2.2 gallons per minute. That is what the tool delivers for optimal performance. Heat makes a huge difference as well as the chemistry of your pre spray.

Turbo-Seal what type and model truck mount do you run to get up to 2500 psi? I would like to purchase one within the next 4 to 6 months but most of them out there are up to 1200 to 1500 psi’s. I have enough janitorial accounts where I can put this kind of a equipment to work and stop subbing out carpet and hard floors. Been doing strip and waxes, burnishing, etc for the past 20 years but would like to get in the hard floor cleaning as well. If you have couple of models to share with me I would really appreciate it.
My truck mounted system uses a 4 cylinder Nissan and can actually go up to 3200 psi. but all I ever need is 2500. There is a unit made in Missouri by SteamAction They are class construction and stainless throughout.

You might also consider sealing your clients grout so it is way easier to maintain. I do all my clients grout every time I restore a new customer's floors. work is a snap the next time I clean. Yes we do. Often we are able to get the grout clean enough it doesn't require color sealing, but we do offer it.
We do provide color sealing. However, in this video, the grout came clean without needing to color seal it. A simple water based clear sealant was all that was needed.

The tool you see needs additional equipment to support it. A truck-mounted extractor or high pressure extractor hooks up to the vacuum port of the tool you see. Hot water under pressure is delivered from that same machine to the tool you see so it is like pressure washing and vacuuming at the same time. I've sold this tool to many places in the world USD is $795 but your shipping, tarrif and other taxes make it difficult for you. Try to seek out an equipment importer there that can arrange for shipment along with something they are bringing in to the country from the US. Contact Rotovac.com to purchase. You should know that this tool needs high-pressure water and a vacuum system to make the job you see happen. Some have used a pressure washer and a strong vacuum cleaner for wet pickup but the vacuum tank will fill up quickly requiring you to dump frequently so an automatic pump out would make things efficient for you.
There are self contained machines sold as a complete package to make this easy. Rotovac has many solutions for starting business.

See the thread above. The turbo tool you see in the machine is what delivers the cleaning, but it is attached to a truckmount system that produces heat, and pressure. Typically those systems can cost in the neighborhood of $15,000 - $25,000 depending on options. You can often find them used, but buyer beware.
It's not really a consumer machine as you need to purchase $3,000 to $40,000 worth of additional equipment to be effective. It doesn't use acid to clean but heat, pressure and vaccuum action to extract grime from the surface.

The commercial bathroom we cleaned in the video used an alkaline cleaner to remove surface dirt and grime. Unfortunately, there was a layer of calcium buildup which required us to use an acid cleaner to break it down so we could extract the dirt below it. 90% of the time, alkaline is all you need to clean it, but on rare occasions, acid is needed to remove mineral deposits.
