  • Meal prep chia pudding - you can freeze it for weeks! Chia pudding is a healthy breakfast recipe and it's even better when you can make a large batch, freeze it for several weeks and then just thaw as needed.
The topping ideas are endless and I give several ideas in the video and blog post. Even better? You can meal prep chocolate chia pudding for dessert! This means you can always have a healthy dessert ready for when the chocolate craving strikes.
These recipes are all dairy-free, vegan and paleo friendly. It's so easy to meal prep chia pudding and once you do, you'll be hooked as well. Enjoy!

I became a fan of this recipe. For the chocolate version I added an additional step: heating the cocoa powder with half of the coconut milk for a couple of minutes. Heating the cocoa powder "opens" its flavor and it enhances its chocolate taste. With raspberries or a spoon of peanut butter it is simply amazing

I recently watched your video on 'MEAL PREP CHIA PUDDING | freeze it for weeks + healthy breakfast ideas,' and I must say, it was fantastic! I have tried this recipe and love the unique way you cooked and presented it. It's wonderful to have a healthy breakfast option that can be prepped in advance and frozen for weeks.
In my personal experience, meal prepping chia pudding has been a game-changer. It saves time in the morning and ensures I have a nutritious breakfast ready to go.
One more thing, I made this recipe with True Elements Chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. The quality of True Elements Chia seeds definitely made a difference in the taste and texture of the pudding. Thank you for sharing this fantastic recipe!

Sabah Rind - can u make it with coconut milk instead? U mean cream of coconut? That’s usually canned though unless u make your own fresh? I’m going to buy fresh coconuts 🥥 and blend the water with the flesh and it will come out as a thick coconut milk.

Would love to see "what's in my refrigerator and freezer" video. It's hard to keep a stocked fridge of fresh food when you live by yourself. I'm normally just chasing and eating whatever is about to go bad.

The information you provided in this video about meal-prepping chia pudding was great and so easy to understand. I really appreciated how simply you explained everything, and the recipes were so easy to make. I tried making it, and my mom loves it too!
I will definitely be using this information and sharing it with others who are looking for healthy and convenient breakfast ideas.
I recently made it with True Elements chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. Chia seeds are such a versatile and nutritious ingredient. Thank you for sharing such valuable insights and the fantastic recipe!
