I severly need holistic people to stop calling themselves therapists. You took a 12 month course based on insane amounts of pseudoscience and cultural appropriation about aligning chakras gurl calm down. Just for comparison - Becoming a psychodynamic psychotherapist requires 3-8 years (depending on where you live) in education and practise (and even the legitimacy of that brach can be put into question).
@@Red_rose0611 In retrospect when I wrote this I was having a bad day and just decided to take my aggression out on someone on the internet. I still don’t believe in this stuff but I recognize that I either could have not said anything or said it more nicely. All in all, it’s my bad.

Understood, however not the case here. I am both a dietitian and psychotherapist with education, credentials, and 15 years experience.
