Definitely a worry book.... I've tried it as a one-off activity from a self-help journal and it really made me feel better. Would be great to have a special book to put down all the worries and the steps I'm going to take ... Thank you for the video!
I love these ideas! I journal daily which has turned into an art journal with notes from devotionals and other thoughts and prayers. I am going to try a bullet journal next
@YentlLega I am definitely loving writing daily and learning to paint. I started that in March. I tried once before but mostly just painted a page with colors to write on, lol.

I use a day planner and a daily morning or evening pages journal. They have really helped my mental health.
