Daiwa knocking it out of the stadium. I just got my pro rex 400. It's outrageous. Amazing reel in every way imaginable. Can't wait to get my next 50 lb river striper
@@CL-rm6sb I had the old Coastal and just bought the new one. Definitely worth paying more for the new one. Or if you want a similar priced reel the tranx 200 still beats the old tw coastal. I own the tranx too and it has more modern technology, better sealing for saltwater and stronger gear components.
@@otroflores91 I got 'em both too, the 150 SV TW (lighter blue one). I picked one up because I was curious about it and it matched up well with an inshore rod I had. It's a nice reel, lighter as well, but there wasn't anything about it I found appreciably different to my 200 series. Or to put it another way, nothing that was worth 60$ difference in price. Also the 200 is 7CRBB + 1RB whereas the 150 is 2CRBB + 5BB + 1RB. Not exactly an upgrade.
how can i check the daiwa reel is fake or not, i got one coastal sv tw from china taobao today but the quality doesn't look like that prices, it look no good i feel sadness when i got this reel on my hand is look fake.

Both Daiwa SV and Shimano DC will let you cast backlash free at the right settings.

Yeah, I think he was mistaken, because it's a 150 size reel. IMO, the best valued Daiwa in this size is still the Coastal TWS (CLTW200HS).
