I have been on carnivore for 360 days now. Cons: people dismiss you as being crazy. Pros: 247 to 160lbs, 37%BF to 16%, BP normal, triglycerides normal, insulin/glucose levels normal, anxiety/depression crippling morning back pain all gone, wife says “you’re aging backwards” This has saved my life. Good luck to you, sir. Please give your mother a high five for me. 👍🏾
I went on the Carnivore diet for one month and here are the things that changed about me. First, my blood pressure decreased. Before starting the diet, my BP averaged 134/85 but after the diet, it went down to 117/75. I didn't wake up in the middle of the night. Before, I used to wake up about 2-3 times per night. I was sleeping straight through the night. I wasn't feeling hungry that often. I could eat one meal per day without hunger pains in between. Lastly, my joints, especially my knees, didn't ache in the morning.
Wife and I started carnivore Feb 2023. Within a week 30 years of back pain was gone! Auto immune problems for both of us improved tremendously. I've lost 60 lbs and have more energy than when I was a teenager. Simply unbelievable! Congratulations on your accomplishment.
Day 87 for me today . 240lbs down to 205lbs OMAD Carnivore steak lamb eggs . Gums have healed , sores on my scalp gone, psoriasis gone Arthritis gone , reflux like gird gone Brain fog 80% gone . Depression 80% reduction , anxiety 90% reduction . Sleep has improved out of this world. Heart palpitations gone.
I'm on day 25 and acid reflux killing me. Maybe I need to give up dairy. Think I have palpitations too or it's something acid related. Annoying twitch in center of chest but almost feels more like my esophagus.
@@jn2400 A bit late and hope you're doing better now, but a suggestion I saw from one of the carnviore Dr's was to have apple cider vinegar, a couple of tea spoons mixed in a glass of water, 10-15 mins before or after your meal. They also suggestion using a straw or brushing your teeth immediately after as it'll wear away the enamel on your teeth.
@affieuk ya I've got rid of the spasm almost completely. For some reasons when I'd have 5 boiled eggs in the morning I'd get it bad. Stopped doing that and also taking lots of electrolytes since I'm out in the sun sweating alot.
The fact that you no longer get hangry, craving, preoccupied with food, or unsatisfied but now are content, satiated, relaxed and still enjoy it all tells one of the most important convincing aspects of the story of what we are meant to eat.
Totally agree. I’m a nurse and I try to educate patients, family, and friends but I believe that people sometimes have to get to a breaking point before they make changes. They wait til they have done so much damage to their bodies that some are irreversible. I wish we had an answer to wake up everyone!
I’ve been carnivore for over three years, best and easiest lifestyle ever. It’s even better for me because I hate a sink full of dirty dishes. I had some serious health issues before I started and it’s reversed them all,I wasn’t overweight to start either, was just about health.😊
I just went 37 days cutting out sugar, grains and processed foods. Lost 15 lbs. At the beginning I could only do 5 minutes on my treadmill. Now I'm up to 30. I'm experiencing all the benefits of what people say they experience after going carnivore. Between 2-3 weeks depression gone, less body aches, noticeable improvement in my claw shaped Rheumatoid Arthritic hands, knee pain almost gone, back pain diminished. Actually too many to mention. That's just cutting out sugar, grains and processed foods. I'm on day 4 of being carnavore. The only reason I'm doing carnavore is because it seems easier, more palatable and convenient. People complain about it being too expensive but I think it's less expensive than the waste I was experiencing with vegetables, fruits and lettuce spoiling. There is less waste for me with meat. I feel that my initial days of eliminating sugar, grains and processed foods has prepared me for going carnivore. I'm hoping that going carnivore will reverse my autoimmune disease or greatly improve flexibility. Good luck and binge on carnivore videos. It is so motivating. 😁
In the early 70's my sister had a poster of a pig "Eat to live, don't live to eat". Reminds me that somehow we evolved into food being the focus of social life. Sedentary life style and processed food.
I started carnivore on Jan. 1st. Fellow Gen-Xer at 52 and was just hoping to feel better and lose weight. The pandemic was not kind to me and my mental health went into the toilet and I gained a ton of weight. So far I have lost 8lbs and my moods and outlook are vastly improved as well as my energy. My sleep is great and I have zero craving for sugar/processed food or booze (which was my pandemic coping device). I plan on eating this way for the foreseeable future as I have another 25lbs to shed and want to get back to running and riding my horse. God bless and thanks for sharing your story.
Joe..very down to earth, been carn-for 7 months, 209lbs now 180lbs. No inflamation, clear skin but still have cravings for sugar...kudo's to your efforts. Everyday people....YES..!!!!
I’ve been doing carnivore for a year now. Easiest thing I ever did. Losing count of all the improvements, especially mood. I’m making a list for my doctor for when he asks me how I defeated diabetes, have perfect labs, lost over 60lbs, started exercising again at 67 without losing energy, sleep like a brick. The list is stunning.
Nice Video, first one of yours I've seen. Good luck with the Carnivore, I'm on day 152. Found carnivore after a getting a trapped nerve in my neck. Neck is great now and I've also lost 60 lbs
I have had a pretty good experience as a carnivore. I have gotten my brother to go on it and he's had a good outcome as well. My bmi was 27 and is now 19 with a waist/height of .43. I was at 173#s in july/22 and now 134#s. I'm 73 yo but still get out to walk when the weather allows me to even though I've had many injuries over the years. I walked 2 hours and 20 minutes today for a distance of 6.17 miles. Technology is wonderous,eh? With a pedometer apt that records every step I can keep track of my miles and progress. I walked a total of just over 1800 miles last year. I like the fact that I still have things to learn about how our body works and what the proper fuel is to get the most performance out of it.
I am a Southerner. We didn't grow up eating lamb or goat. But guess what? On the carnivore lifestyle, your tastebuds change dramatically. I enjoy them both now!😉Rita from Middle Tennessee
Good story Joe, thanks for posting. Carnivore for a while but just discovered that adding more fat (at least an extra 1/4 c tallow or butter) stopped my cravings! Wish I had known this sooner. In my mid 60’s…want to avoid disease & effects of aging . And drop another 15 lbs. Heard this on Dante Ferigno’ channel: “Nothing tastes as good, as how feeling good feels” Congrats on your accomplishments thus far 🙂
my dr wanted to put me on statin for high cholesterol in December 2022 but I refused and said I’d try with a diet change, , but I didn’t until October 23 2023 that’s when start full carnivore, on Dec 15 2023 went for annual dr visit, I lost 30 pounds , and my bloodwork was all good within normal limits, dr said keep up the good work ! I’m staying carnivore for sure!
Lol! I feel personally attacked. The exact moment I listened to you talk about sitting down with ice cream and tv at the end of the day, is the exact moment I was sitting down with a bowl of ice cream to put on some King of the Hill 😂 You are right and my sugar cravings are wrong. I will do better next meal! Thanks for keeping me accountable!
I'm down 40 pounds in 5 months. I no longer use my CPAP, I don't snore, I sleep better, no more arthritis pain in my knee, hip and lower back. I too started this trying to avoid diabetes. Good on you for posting this.
Hey Joe, I started Carinvore 1/1/24 @234.5 down to 121 today. I'm very happy with progress. I'm 63 will be 64 in June. Big advantage for me is my wife who is awesome cleaned all processed food out of the house and cook 36:13 s food ahead for me. Within two days I was eating 2 meals a day because I wasn't hungry. I'm going to start omad and see how that goes. Thanks for sharing!!
I was amazed you had lost so much in such a short time. 😂I came down 10#s a month for the first 3 months on Carnivore but I am a small person to begin with. 5'6" so I went from 173#s on 7/9/22 to 134#s 1/28/23. My bmi went from 27 to 18. waist to height ratio is .43. @@marksurdam497
30days in. Got a long way to go and some major issues to heal, but easiest thing I’ve ever tried, and treated/eliminated my carb/sugar cravings. Congratulations, you are inspiring!
Glad you found the diet that is working for you! I went carnivore 10yrs ago for about 10 months. I gave up at the time because abuse although weight loss was good I felt low energy. There wasn’t near the community that there is now. I now know I just wasn’t getting enough fat. I’m 50 now and been back on it with the proper fat for 6months. Down from 220 to 175 and feeling better with more energy than I had when I was 30! Good luck with the rest of your journey. I don’t plan on ever changing from the carnivore diet!
Well done.. For me i started keto after a ten day water fast, the fast cleared out my system and during the fast i lost 7kg on the fast. After 1 week of keto i went carnivor, in addition i never eat one day a week (wed) plus every day i do 3 exercise one of them being push ups 100 times each and walk for 2 plus miles.... I think carnivore works best with fasting omad and exercise to get the very best results.... My addiction in the end was gluttony.... Well done on your journey
I’m in the UK, I fully support you. We have been doing carnivore for nearly six months - lost 25ilbs - eliminated grains, seed oils, carbs and sugars. Feel great - sleeping great, alert, calm, no colds. No turning back - this is for life. Good to hear your story - do get in touch if you want to share ideas. New addition beef bone broth - reduces any hunger even more and gives your stomach the right amino acids and supplements your fat intake
Listening to the body, sounds like good advice. Carnivore fourth week in. Been on and off for the past year. This time I’m good for the long term. Sugar was the problem, it’s addictive.
2 years carnivore and it just keeps getting better. Loved hearing you tell my story back to me! I share the anger that this is not celebrated more loudly .
Congratulations to everyone who eats carnivore. I've eaten carnivore for almost 6 years. The benefits will continue and your life will improve. Excellent!!
Been carnivore 6 months now!! A1C down 8 points lost 30 pds , 10 more to go! BMI was 28 now 22 BP down inflammation down cholesterol great just got blood work done again and liver, red and white blood cells good every thing great!!
Welcome to the carnivore community! Thanks for sharing your journey. It helps spread the word. I gained 25 lbs in 3 months when I started carnivore. I was eating too much protein. When I started eating more fat the weight fell off quickly. Been carnivore for 4 yrs.
@@karenrenae7822 I use the cronometer app to make sure I'm eating 80% fat. I average about a lb of meat and fat a day. Sometimes a little more or a little less. I got my macros from a Paul Saladino MD video with Zsofia Clemens. In the video she gives protein and fat grams and what type of meat is best. Just search on those 2 names on YT and it should pop up. To gain 25 lbs. I was eating meat like it was my job and not paying attention to the amount of fat and proteins. Women typically need more fat than men to keep our hormones in check...even after the change. Stephanie Keto Person here on YT is also another good resource for help if you are not getting the results you need on carnivore.
Thank you for sharing. I’ve always gone on diets to lose weight, but it’s not about that anymore, it’s about controlling the pain in my body, it’s about not fracturing bones or ripping tendons, it’s about getting my life back, in other words I’ve got nothing to lose and a lot to gain. It was an absolute pleasure listening to your story, all the best.
8 months carnivore here. 120+kg to 72kg, hypertension, prediabetes, depression, obesity, arthritis, GERD, sleep apnea, psoriasis, all resolved. Happier and healthier than I've been in 20 years. Cheesecake was always my favourite desert, now I make it with monkfruit, zero sugar, low carb. Don't have it too often but for things like birthdays and the holidays it fills the desert gap without going completely off the deep end.
If you have any doubts....Have been omad-lion 8 years and still improving and growing younger. I do test tolerance to fruit and veg and all make me sick and especially non-organic. I only trust food I have grown as being truthfully organic but now only ever grown for stock food and gifting. Toxins are stored in fat so when you are down to mean and lean that is when you will really feel good; prolonged fasting could really help that achieved sooner. The Medical Industry has no interest in your health; merely in their wealth. I gave up doctors a decade ago.
Wonderful share! So calm and down to earth. Ive gone carnivore now for a week. No cravings. Did keto before off/on. Got back into carbs and junk food. Gained 20 pounds back. My goal is to loose that again and get back to my comfortable size 4 and maybe get off my thyroid medication and no more sugar/ flour / rice/ junk food. Dont need fruit or vegies either. So far no problem! Love my ribeyes and wild salmon along with other healthy meat. Thankyou for your encouragement 🤗
Thanks for the comment. If you feel this good after only a week, just imagine feeling even better as you continue! I’m 154 days in as of today. I still find it hard to believe that the cravings are completely gone. One of best things about eating this way now. Hope you have continued success!
Really good video..inspiring. I appreciate how you shared the experience in a genuine way. i have been keto now carnivore with great suceess and stumbled on your video. Much success to you!!
9 Months in and I can tell you a Story on the Carnivore Life change...Your right, the rest of you will know when the "Light Bulb Comes On." I just said that recently...People tell me they can not give up Sugar or Carbs...Sugar is Sweet Death...Stick with it and you'll see things again and the neck and face will change. Like me I was carrying around 80 pounds, and now 9 months later I feel strong and young again...
My surprise on the diet was how easy it has been particularly because I just don't think about food much. It has freed space in my mind and freed time neither of which I had heard people talk about. I have a selection of foods in the fridge eat one meal a day no problem and done. None of this what shall I have or a small portion of this battle or maybe a snack if that. Only 3 weeks but that side has surprised me.
If youre starting from SAD, do Keto, (low carb) for a month first. Cook all of your meals yourself, even if that means making bigger meals in a crock pot for convenience. In that first month, exclude vegetables high in oxylates and all fruits. If you work out frequently, you will need to supplement with magnesium and potassium. Celtic Sea Salt has good amounts too. As does bone broth and even yogurt. Don't buy yogurt with fruit in it. There are really good videos out there on how to start and be successful on carnivore.
Awesome job man! Check out that Chris Cooking Nashville channel for carnivore recipes. For your mom: if her iron is low, start incorporating some liver in the diet once or twice a week.
I’ve only lost 10lbs in the last 5 months BUT I have way less inflammation and I’m off of my mast cell stabilizers. Before I took them 4x a day, if I missed one my belly would swell up and I’d be in serious pain. I still take high dose antihistamines to keep my condition (MCAS) from sending me into anaphylaxis but the mast cell stabilizers are unneeded unless I eat something I shouldn’t. I eat beef, butter, eggs, pork, fish, and cultured sour cream. Some cheese and fresh cream but very sparingly bc it will hurt my stomach if I over do it but for some reason the sour cream doesn’t. As long as I do that I’m not in pain anymore at all. I get a physical with bloodwork next month after 6 months on carnivore. My husband has lost 30lbs+ and barely snores anymore so we can sleep together again. It’s really amazing but people do think I’m crazy.
I am 4 days into carnivore and I'm already "feeling" like my body is draining the stored up toxins I have put into it. WOW - so hard to believe and sad as well that my body didn't like what I was feeding it before? 4 days and I know already that I need to continue with this diet. Of course, in the back of my mind, I hope to eventually be able to moderate better... should I wish to eat cake and ice cream. At this point I don't know.... but, I sure don't enjoy giving up all the things I once loved. I suppose it was fake though.... the happiness... being healthy is real happiness. I have an advantage now because I can see that!
Thank you for your comment. Those first few days adapting to this can be a whirlwind. My biggest takeaway since embarking on this path, is to be VERY patient. It takes years to develop the bad habits, so those habits will take a period of time to reverse. If you need a cheerleader, you've got one here, as well as others in this community! Thank you Mary, and keep going!
Yours is the most cogent, comprehensive testimonial by a new carnivore layman that I have viewed. I can't thank you enough. I am 87, sailed through the pandemic helping the double-vaxxed, boosted and sheltering folks around me. But then a silent breast tumor of 59 years standing, burst through to fungating a year ago when I moved to become co-caregiver for my terminally ill son-in-law. I am on the f word repurposed drug for cancer and am modified carnivore since November of 2023, and starting this week to add the repurposed I word drug. I am a researcher, like you, but a lot slower at it. This video of yours is GOLDEN!!! Many thanks and please keep it up. This is one testimoniaI video that I can freely forward without fear that friends will be turned off by the presenter. Kudos!!!❤❤❤
Thank you so much for the kind comment. Being a caregiver can be difficult, especially combined with having some of your own health issues. I hope everything works out well for you.
@@joesgarageandotherstuff Thanks. 45 years ago when I was living in India, and old man told me I would die at 87. I will be 88 on April 20, so once/if I pass that birthday I'll feel my chances of reversing this malignancy are even better than now. Keep up the great carnivore reporting - it's helpful to all of us. I tried the strict Chaffee way, but burned out quickly on meat only and stopped wanting to eat at all, so added some low oxalate foods (red bell peppers are anti-cancer) plus eggs, raw milk cheese etc. We are each so different, so we just have to experiment and trust our bodies' responses. I forwarded your video to two morbidly obese good friends (he restores cars and fixes most anything) because I felt you were a carnivore (finally) that they could relate to. I hope. They are only 75, so fingers crossed that they will view your excellent testimony!🤞👌💖
600 and some change subs, 13K views, about a third of your total views. You definitely struck a chord with this video. Your sincerity really shone through. Subbed and rang the bell. I've gone down the nutrition rabbit hole the past four years since 'the event' and have now this month Feb '24, for the past two years been on keto, intermittent fasting and just this week decided to up it a notch and give carnivore a full go. I've had chronic knee problems since 2005 and have noticed the few times I gave carnivore a try even for just a few days that the joint pains seem to subside. I've always put it down to the placebo effect. So to see your recommendation pop up was a refreshing sight. After watching all the usual suspects, Dr's Pradip Jamnadas, Berry, Chaffee, Baker et al, to come across an out of left field testimonial was definitely a must watch. And the way you rationally expressed your carnivire experience without the hyperbole and need to gushinly push it on anyone else deserves respect. But also as an added bonus looking at your DIY, tinkerer video list I think I'm in, I was into model airplanes in my teens. Look forward to your carnivore updates and usual content. All rhe best with your channel.
I’m just starting as of two days ago and this video has given me a lot of hope that this will help to fix my body and mind. Congratulations on your journey it sounds like this might be the one 😊
Thank you for sharing your journey. I am looking forward to celebrating with your recovery and victories! have known since the 70's this is the best food plan for me. I don't think it is the only healthy way to eat for everyone. Why do humans have to insist of knowing what is right for everyone. I am so grateful to finally, currently being on my right path in feeding my body what fuels it best one day at a time. ❤
I saw a couple I think their names are steph and Stephen That eat nothing but chuck roll steaks they get at either Sam's or Costco for $4.19 a lb and buy by the case to eat daily with their boiled eggs. They've been doing this for 10 months and are not tired of it yet.
As I’ve been trying to help my 85 year old dad keep his diabetes in check getting his numbers down from 400,500,600 down to the 200’s and lower, I was telling his doctor I had been doing low carb for him, the doctor asked me who told him to eat low carb, I told him that was the only way I knew to help him… later the doctor admitted low carb was ok. But we still have to cut sodium.
That was interesting and helpful I am only 3 weeks in and enjoying it. I do eggs cheese seafood etc. Eat when I am hungry - the test being do I fancy a decent stake - stop when I am full. I am doing unplanned OMAD from day one. I eat my meal 5 to 7 pm just depending and sometimes top up before bed with more food usually cheese Only drink water Still take vitamin supplements because I already have them. It to date has been so easy
Great story Joe! Your approach - particularly having 'a plan' - is hugely valuable for everyone. When I'm coaching my business clients on professional development goals, we walk through the first 3 months of their clearly defined, measureable etc. goal including 'what could get in the way? what could throw me off the rails?' and, most importantly, I get them to come up with strategies on how they'll deal with those hurdles if/when they appear -- that way, they are prepared for the usual challenges and indeed are ready to get through them. Otherwise, a hurdle pops up and it derails the activity permanently.
Nice video. Im 6'1 and eating 1 - 1.5 sticks butter per day. 189g protein. Make a video for us, beginning to end on how to make pemmican using cooked ground beef and a food dehydrator. Thanks!
Great video, im 2 weeks in, videos like this help a lot, thanks. Also im gen x do my own mechanic work and play disc golf, so im sticking around, subbed.
Hi! I just found your channel from TH-cam suggestion. I’m subscribed now! I started carnivore/ketovore in December 2022 and this is my way of eating for the rest of my life! It really simplifies life and feeling great!
iodine may be something for you to look into. most people are deficient. might help with iron. a couple drops in the coffee, i cant taste it. been a carnie for 1 year. everybody thinks im nuts. down about 70 lb, pants from 44 to a loose 38.
Great job on the video Joe. Thanks for sharing what you're doing, how carnivore is helping you. The more of us share, the more we can hopefully help others. Good luck!
I really enjoyed your carnivore video, Joe. I have been doing the carnivore diet for about a year and a half now and totally relate to everything that you mentioned.
Yeah, the thirst for cool lettuce and desire for cooked veggies is fluid it seems. At least that’s been my experience. Honing my diet down to the most satiating it can be is really important being close to an ideal weight and always a huge appetite. Big difference when you’re walking around with six months of fat storage to chaw on. Best wishes.
I just wanted to thank you for the information. It was so well spoken and so relatable. I’m starting my second month of carnivore and everything you said was right on point, so just wanted you to know how enjoyable succinct and clear you made that presentation & many thanks. All my best to you & have a good day.
I’m very encouraged, I went off carnivore around the holidays and needed to hear your story, thanks! Time to get back to the proper human diet. New subscriber too 😇
I also took off for holidays and will never do that again. If we consider carbs as addiction, we wouldnt let any other type of addict have cheat days ...
53 years old at the time, 285lbs, history of smoking. It was only a matter of time. It wasn’t solely about the number, but how long it took to get there without ever making a change.
@@annwatson2196 I’m not going to have a debate on what is normal. The point was that the number was escalating, as well as my age and my weight. Should I have waited until my number hit 6.8 or 7 until I did something about it just because some folks believe it’s “normal”?
@@joesgarageandotherstuffOf course not. You make a valid point. With that said, however, an A1C of 5.4 is not in the pre-diabetic or diabetic range. And yes, being 285 pounds is not healthy even if one’s A1C is relatively now. Keep up the good work.👍🥩
Hey Joe, Great testimonial it's pretty much universal that the carnivore way of life, heals almost everyone, It's really amazing. I was like everyone else at first, thinking it was crazy and never going to work, but after the first month there was no going back especially once the brain wakes up! How has your family reacted to your change in diet, and have you influenced them to try if for themselves?
One thing that I picked up on... If red meat doesn't sound good to you, you aren't really hungry. Nothing wrong with not eating until you are. That one has taken me weeks to wrap my head around. My tummy says I'm hungry but I'm not really. Just wait a few hours and see how you feel about red meat. Either you will want it, or your hunger will have subsided.
We need happiness and health! Spinach makes me happy.! Still using the meat, dairy and eggs. But I eat more meat, than I did for decades! Already feeling better!!! 😊
In my opinion, If youre starting from SAD, do Keto, (low carb) for a month first. After the keto month, you'll be ready to cut out the remaining vegetables and even the dairy. Coffee also has oxylates so if your willing to give this a go, you really ahoukd try a month without coffee too. There are really good videos out there on how to start and be successful on carnivore.
Enjoying your video and only half way through. I’m getting my husband to watch it because you are a lot like him but you sound nicer. Ha ha. As for your rotator cuff, look up Dr Mindy Pelz on a 5 day water fast that she did to correct an injury that she had. Quite informative and I think 🤔 you can get great advice from her about it. Thanks for the video
Some more good news for you guys is your Mr. T increases greatly. Proof from another carnivore video getting his numbers done, and he did very well in that category..
Thanks for this, I have tried carnivore a few times, but I am a fruit addict. I love my vegetables too, so I find it hard to stick to it, but I feel I need to give it another shot, because I’ve gained 15 kilos and I eat too much fruit! My blood glucose goes up after the fruit, so I need to be careful. How did your Mom modify it? Congratulations on your achievements.
I keep it pretty simple, but make two versions. Both start with 2.5-3lbs of 80/20 ground beef. Mix with 5 eggs, and season with salt, pepper. I mix it all with my kitchen aid mixer. So that's the plain version. You can season with whatever things you like. I also make a cheeseburger meatloaf, starting with the same as above, but I also chop up 2-3 kosher dill pickles and add about 3-4 tablespoons of the pickle juice. I shred block cheese (usually white vermont cheddar) and add 1 packet of onion soup mix. You can tweak the pickle juice to your liking. Bake at 375 until the top is kind of crispy (40-50 minutes depending on your oven), but you can test the center. I tend to leave it just a tad on the medium-well side in the middle. There's always plenty left over so If I heat it up in the microwave, I don't want it to turn into a piece of shoe leather :) The cheeseburger meatloaf comes out tasting pretty close to McDonalds burgers. I've thought about adding a bit of mustard to the mix, but haven't yet.
Continuing to eat veges will take you out of ketosis, which will cause you to plateau as you try to lose those next 60 pounds. I recommend cutting the veges until you hit your goal, then add them back in to your diet as a reward for achieving your goal.
I have been on carnivore for 360 days now. Cons: people dismiss you as being crazy. Pros: 247 to 160lbs, 37%BF to 16%, BP normal, triglycerides normal, insulin/glucose levels normal, anxiety/depression crippling morning back pain all gone, wife says “you’re aging backwards”
This has saved my life. Good luck to you, sir. Please give your mother a high five for me. 👍🏾
I love comments like this. Happy for your success! People already know I’m crazy, adapting this lifestyle wouldn’t really shock them very much!
Yes and you can see it again...LOL...
The majority of the medical establishment and fitness industry think we belong to a crazy cult.
300 days for me. Same story. It is a "miracle "
People already think I'm crazy. Nothing lost
The fact that it's so easy tells me that this way of eating is the way we should be eating.
😊
Wife and I started carnivore Feb 2023. Within a week 30 years of back pain was gone! Auto immune problems for both of us improved tremendously. I've lost 60 lbs and have more energy than when I was a teenager. Simply unbelievable! Congratulations on your accomplishment.

I'm on day 25 and acid reflux killing me. Maybe I need to give up dairy. Think I have palpitations too or it's something acid related. Annoying twitch in center of chest but almost feels more like my esophagus.
@@jn2400 funny that I had palpitations also .
I’m doing more of a flexible dieting approach now.
My palpitations ave gone.🤷🏼♂️
Hi Anita..😂IKR…I hate dirty dishes in the sink also
Congrats on your success. My wife and I have been carnivore for 4 years now, changed our lives forever 🥩 💪
I just started my journey about 2 weeks ago. Wish me luck.and I am already starting to feel better .
Good luck, you can do it!
😊
You'll do well!!
You should do audiobooks, you have a great speaking voice. Also great channel.
Heard this on Dante Ferigno’ channel:
“Nothing tastes as good, as how feeling good feels”
Congrats on your accomplishments thus far
🙂
my dr wanted to put me on statin for high cholesterol in December 2022 but I refused and said I’d try with a diet change, , but I didn’t until October 23 2023 that’s when start full carnivore, on Dec 15 2023 went for annual dr visit, I lost 30 pounds , and my bloodwork was all good within normal limits, dr said keep up the good work ! I’m staying carnivore for sure!
I'm on my 398th day of carnivore and I'm never going back to the SAD diet. I feel physically and emotionally wonderful and I'm 75.
Hi! Dr Kiltz on TH-cam has some good , carnivore ice cream recipes if you're interested.😉
I'm down 40 pounds in 5 months. I no longer use my CPAP, I don't snore, I sleep better, no more arthritis pain in my knee, hip and lower back. I too started this trying to avoid diabetes. Good on you for posting this.
Thanks for the comment and sharing your story. Continued success to you!
Sorry down to 221 I'd have to cut off all my limbs to get to 121 lol...
@@marksurdam497 that would have been pretty impressive to lose 100+ lbs in 27 days 🤣
@@marksurdam497 lol maybe some brain fog.
30days in. Got a long way to go and some major issues to heal, but easiest thing I’ve ever tried, and treated/eliminated my carb/sugar cravings. Congratulations, you are inspiring!
You got this!
Well done!
The most toxic veggies to avoid are spinach, rhubarb and tomato.
All the best from Scotland.
Also very bad are peppers and kidney beans.
Proud of you! Ten months carnivore. Happy and healthy
I’m 72 carnivore for 7 months down 60 lbs agree with everything you said but I have not experienced the big energy spike but still feel better.
Can you share how much you were eating then to now, i can’t seem to lose any weight.
Thanks for sharing your story! So validating!
Spreading the word outside of the carnivore community! good on ya
YOUVE GOT THIS!!! KEEP GOING
I'm here 👋😎👍 I wasn't subbed so i had to dig for your channel.😅
Glad you made it 👍 Appreciate you dropping in!
Thank you sir. I've listened to a few carnivore videos before this but this I needed to hear. Good work. Keep going. 👍😉
Really good video..inspiring. I appreciate how you shared the experience in a genuine way. i have been keto now carnivore with great suceess and stumbled on your video. Much success to you!!
9 Months in and I can tell you a Story on the Carnivore Life change...Your right, the rest of you will know when the "Light Bulb Comes On."
I just said that recently...People tell me they can not give up Sugar or Carbs...Sugar is Sweet Death...Stick with it and you'll see things again and the neck and face will change. Like me I was carrying around 80 pounds, and now 9 months later I feel strong and young again...
I am reverse aging. It's crazy...
Congratulations on the success, I really like the way you told your story, very engaging and easy to listen to. Hope it inspires a bunch of people.
Food Freedom ❤
A friend and I are starting a Carnivore Diet (Beef, Eggs, Butter) today. Thankd for sharing your personal experiences and thoughts!
You are so welcome!
CORVETTES and CARNIVORE! You have to be a good guy!
Sadly, I’ve sold the Corvette. But I’ll get another!
People normalize junk food but when you eat Carnivore they think you’re the crazy one😅
Ill be right along with you... lets go!
Avacados and brie for added variety, with tins of Salmon and mackeral in water (tinned)
Great video, thanks. Went from keto to Carnivore and feel great.
Hi,i'm on day 2,i have an air fryer coming today to hopefully help with the meat
cooking.
Hi Joe, seen you on The Big Man Alaska ❤
Hi Barbara! Thanks for watching :)

I’m just starting as of two days ago and this video has given me a lot of hope that this will help to fix my body and mind. Congratulations on your journey it sounds like this might be the one 😊
Thank you for the comment. Hope it's successful for you too!
So happy for you! Stay on this healing journey! You will ne feeling and looking fantastic into old age,!
That was interesting and helpful
I am only 3 weeks in and enjoying it.
I do eggs cheese seafood etc.
Eat when I am hungry - the test being do I fancy a decent stake - stop when I am full.
I am doing unplanned OMAD from day one.
I eat my meal 5 to 7 pm just depending and sometimes top up before bed with more food usually cheese
Only drink water
Still take vitamin supplements because I already have them.
Thanks!
I'm a carnivore. Great video. Please keep us posted on your progress. Also, excited to see what your channel is mainly about.

Congrats! It's great to hear how you've taken charge of your own health!!
You are so welcome!
Im only 54 days in and it is actual sorcery how many ailments are on the mend and how much better i actually feel. I am 52 with tons of mileage lol!
Happy to hear (read) this! There's really no substitute for feeling better, once you start actually feeling better!
I’m very encouraged, I went off carnivore around the holidays and needed to hear your story, thanks! Time to get back to the proper human diet. New subscriber too 😇
You got this!
I also took off for holidays and will never do that again. If we consider carbs as addiction, we wouldnt let any other type of addict have cheat days ...
Your A1C of 5.4 is not so bad!
53 years old at the time, 285lbs, history of smoking. It was only a matter of time. It wasn’t solely about the number, but how long it took to get there without ever making a change.
It's normal
@@annwatson2196 I’m not going to have a debate on what is normal. The point was that the number was escalating, as well as my age and my weight. Should I have waited until my number hit 6.8 or 7 until I did something about it just because some folks believe it’s “normal”?
@@joesgarageandotherstuffOf course not. You make a valid point. With that said, however, an A1C of 5.4 is not in the pre-diabetic or diabetic range. And yes, being 285 pounds is not healthy even if one’s A1C is relatively now. Keep up the good work.👍🥩
I love the sensation of my internal happiness that is coming back because of carnivore. ❤ And absence of heart burn.
Thanks for sharing your story, ideas and advices ❤ You're doing great!
Just try it.. be amazed. Keto / carnivore is also massive assist to men’s health
In my opinion, If youre starting from SAD, do Keto, (low carb) for a month first.
After the keto month, you'll be ready to cut out the remaining vegetables and even the dairy.
Coffee also has oxylates so if your willing to give this a go, you really ahoukd try a month without coffee too.
There are really good videos out there on how to start and be successful on carnivore.
I did keto first, did you even watch the video?
Never see an unhappy carnivore!
Been eating this way for almost a year now.
Thanks man. Are you a friend of bills? 😊 I am two days in of my carnivore diet. I am already seeing some benefits I feel.
Not a friend of Bill

Way to go!!! Care to share that meatloaf recipe??
@@joesgarageandotherstuff awesome ill give it a try! We've used the pork rinds bread crumbs with some success as well. 👍
A friend sent me a video for pork rind waffles. I may try that soon.

Continuing to eat veges will take you out of ketosis, which will cause you to plateau as you try to lose those next 60 pounds. I recommend cutting the veges until you hit your goal, then add them back in to your diet as a reward for achieving your goal.
