My husband, age 70 and I, age 66, are starting Carnivore in January. I mentioned to him that I wanted to try it to help my autoimmune disease (Hashimoto's) and he decided to do it, too. We have freezers full of Florida Cracker Cow and Berkshire pastured pork (local). We have a great "egg lady", too. We are ready!
Do not forget to salt your food. Salt is an essential nutrients and, according to Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Zoe Harcombe and many others, it does not cause high blood pressure.
Started carnivore in February 2023 at 58 years old post menopausal , ex carb addicted woman. Dropped 55 lbs in 4 months, cleared GERD symptoms, RA pain and inflammation and off all meds. Slept better, clear skin and had more energy . I came off carnivore for the holidays and in one week all my symptoms came back along with constipation, bloating, migraines, bags under my eyes, toothaches, sinus issues and brain fog and 5 pounds!!! I started back on carnivore today. Lesson learned. Carnivore for life!!!! This was perfect timing Doctor!!!!
So happy you made the connection between what you put in your body....I have exactly the same reaction as you minus migraines...I have never had a headache in my 55 years.
I am 2 years ahead of you in age, time on ketovore, etc. do you mind if I ask are you on HRT? I started ketovore at the same time I started HRT patches. My only issue other than all the menopausal symptoms, was sugar cravings. I’ve suffered sugar cravings since I was about 15. The ketovore woe has eliminated those thankfully. But I would be interested to know whether HRT has played a role in this too.
@Tracy and @Anita, did any of you experienced hairloss while on carnivore/ketovore? And where/are you taking supplements? Could you give a picture of how you eat, like what, how much, how often in a day? And what your biggest lesson was?
I’m not on HRT. I am lucky that way. I have not experienced any hair loss but it could be related to stress and cortisol levels. I do know of a few people who have experienced hair loss in the beginning of their keto/ketovore/ carnivore journey, it lasted several months then slowed down to normal. We naturally lose about 200 hairs a day…try a relaxing gentle exercise( I do yoga , mindful walking, or meditation) . Keto: incorporates low carbs, vegetables and fats like avocado, carnivore is animal based products zero carbs ( strict/ideal is beef, butter, bacon, eggs) ketovore is mainly meat based with occasional veggies and animal fats.
40 years ago before they put sugar in everything it tasted bad and we didn’t eat much then added so much sugar it tasted good and was addicting so we ate it and can’t stop. Been eating 80% meat and yea, old food doesn’t taste the same or as good as it used to
@babybeasimplekindofvan7035 I'm carnivore and eat around 10 quarter pounders a week, on average. Nothing but the patties though. 100% USDA beef and salt.
I''m 64 and started carnivore 6 months ago and can only afford supermarket 20% fat minced beef and pork shoulder and can attest that it works just fine. Still got rid of acid reflux, blocked sinuses, aches and pains, eczema , brain fog and generally feeling fitter and healthier. I will never go back to my old diet. Thanks Dr Baker
You can also ask the meat department for beef fat trimmings. I get them for free. There is usually a lottle meat attached and are tasty crispy bits after you air fry the trimmings. You are proving that healing can happen on a budget! All the best.
We have the greatest experiment of all happening in our small town. I started it with the carnivore diet 2 years ago , Lost 140 lbs ,went off all meds . High school BP . Now about a quarter of the town is doing it . What a bunch of happy people
I'm 65 yrs. old and on the carnivore diet because my new Holistic Doctor told me it was better then my 8 yr Vegan diet that i was on. In 48 days on carnivore my gout went away, I lost 6 lbs. ,I don't have to take my diabetic pills anymore, my swollen prostrate is getting better , my brain fog is almost gone, my knee pain is gone, I stopped taking my blood pressure meds, I am sleeping through the night without having to get up to pee 2 times, my eye flouters are gone, my long distance vision has improved, my bald spot on the top of my head is starting new hair growth. I wish I would have seen Doctor Baker years ago so we wouldn't have been suffering all these yrs.!!!
Thank you Dr. Baker for spreading awareness. I started carnivore in June 2023, 39 year old male, 430 pounds. At the turn of the new year I’m down to 293 pounds, for a total weight loss of 137 pounds and counting. I’m much healthier and very happy. I will check back in when I reach my next milestone but thank you for all you do!
Keep going! I am going to start the diet again. I've been off of it for nearly 5 years and I've gained about 120 lbs. since I stopped. I only did the diet for about 13 months and lost over 100 lbs without even really trying. Good luck to you.
@@brianbutterworth6107 my exit strategy is a keto diet and reintroducing leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, olive oil, Greek yogurt, nuts, and berries.
Nice! You should be just fine. I also would buy those little cups of ice cream to keep in case I had a sweet craving. Once I got in the rhythm of the diet, it's like I couldn't gain weight with the things I was eating, and I was eating PLENTY. I wish I would've been doing this much earlier in life.@@bjoegday409
I'm so very happy that I found your channel, as well as Dr.Chaffee, Dr.Berry you introduced me to a proper diet, as every Doc told me I have to live with my chronic back pain . After only 6 weeks on beef + water + salt I was able to get rid of all my pain meds, canceled my back surgery I never felt better in my life. Now I can play with my children, I never thought that this would be possible . The Carnivore diet gave me my life back. Thank you.❤
I started carnivore on 8/29/22 as a 59 year old woman, who had become almost 100% sedentary due to tearing my acl, meniscus, and mcl in 2017 when my horse knocked me off a stump while rubbing his head on me due to being sweaty and just leaning into me while I was distracted. No surgery just pt and 4 years and 40 lbs heavier (already being 30 pounds overweight) I had basically given up after retiring and thought well I will just have to accept being fat and not being comfortable in the saddle anymore. I knew I was too fat to ride and just kind of quit my lifelong love of riding for fear of harming my horse....Long story short, I found Dr. Baker here on you tube, and I thought what do I have to lose? I will tell you what I lost. 65 pounds, lost my sedentary sluggish lifestyle, lost my blood pressure medicine, lost my acid reflux medicine, and lost my desire to be a useless couch potato!!! What have I gained? MY LIFE BACK!! My love of horseback riding again, my ability to play with my five grandkids all under the age of 6, and my love of life!!! I sleep better, my life is simpler because it is NOT FIXATED on food!!! I don't live to eat, I EAT TO LIVE!! Red meat (especially Ribeyes) and eggs, and salt, occasionally bacon and pork, and chicken. But it is the fat and red meat that satisfy and keep you full! I have maintained my weight within 2 or 3 lbs for the last 5 months, and I have so much more energy. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY IF YOU TRY IT!!! IT WORKS!!! Happy Carnivore in 24 and thank you for so much Dr. Shawn Baker!!!
I was going great on my carnivore diet for almost a year. Then i had some cake and pizza on my kids birthday. Its taken me a few months to get back on board.I am a carboholic, one is too many and a thousand is never enough.
I have heard of the carnivore diet for several years but thought I could not do it because my gall bladder was removed in 2013 so I did what my doctor suggested and limit my protein and fat and increase my fruits and vegetables, even starchy vegetables were allowed. I"ve tried the American SAD diet, DASH diet, keto, mediterranean, even weight watchers; none worked.BECAUSE THEY WERE PLANT BASED. My body handles protein just fine and in fact, even better than eating cooked or raw vegetables; I always got heartburn after eating vegetables, bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, etc. . I have discovered I really like meat and if I eat too much fat, then I need to decrease it slightly. I no longer get heartburn; that right there is enough reason not to ever get off carnivore. I have been overweight for the last twenty years, I am seventy-six now, and thought, well, what do I have to lose by trying the carnivore. So Feb. 7, '24, I started and not once have I had cravings for anything. I eat enough beef that one meal a day satiates me and even some days, I am not very hungry.....so I don't eat. I have lost fourteen pounds so far in less than five weeks. I am very happy. It has been a steady weight loss of 2-3 lbs a week. I do take electrolytes occasionally, but because I use Redmond's Real Salt to liberally salt all my meals, I have not had cramping, light headiness, or excessive thirst. Fourteen pounds does not sound like a lot of weight to some but to me, this is gigantic. I still have a ways to go but this is easy. I try to cook almost all the meat at the first of the week, so I will have plenty to eat at a moment's notice. And yes, my grandchildren and their dad live with my husband and myself, so there is always snacks of all sorts but the protein fills me up completely. If anyone is on the fence about starting the carnivore diet to lose weight, DO IT. If I can do it as a 76 years old grandma, past menopause, who is partially handicapped, and is surrounded by junk food of every kind.......if I can do it, you can too !
@Rowland1948 Thk you: very encouraging. I am a retired 72 yo male, & morbidly obese, with severe sleep issues, using a walker, etc. I'm researching carnivore: everything I've read has been encouraging. I hope to start soon: I need my life back! Blessings!
This sounds like me also.I started 7/7/23. Down 50 lbs,no gallbladder, joint pain, muscle aches, fatigue, and stressed out. My son and grandson moved in September. I did put color totes with there snacks in the pantry. I still see things they eat, but I feel better and not going back.
I've had more ribeye and hamburger meat the past 7 months. LoL. Beef, butter, bacon, and eggs, baby!!😂 Don't forget the sea salt 😉 My old clothes look so funny now.😂 Thanks, Doc!❤❤❤❤❤
@@SteveInFitness People get stuck on one thing or another. Pink salt was all the rage and now its Redmonds. Personally I believe people constantly seek change even though whatever they are doing today is working. Its in our nature.
Thanks Dr. Baker! 👍🥚🥩 1. I’m finding the longer I’m on the Carnivore Diet, the less I have a TASTE for “comfort food” carbs. 2. In my particular case, avoiding sugar has never been a problem for me.
I am gaining weight I am hungry eats lost of meat sleep stress ahve for other reasons but it is not keto - Shawn has said he is in shallow ketosis- I do not wnat to move sleep and I wnat lose weight and I cnanot eat 1 kg of meat a day I do gain muscles or fat as my weight goes up? Cannot control what is going on with me. I cna eat more and more meat and peopel say protein is insulin spiek and changes in my fat around waist line?
I feel absolutely wonderful and strong at 49 on a carnivore diet. I was very sick for the last few years almost bedridden for two years with chronic migraines and chronic fatigue. The doctors did not know what was going on with me …within 14 months I was completely healed. No more migraines of 30 years and no more pain constant pain and no more fatigue. I am now back to work living on my own !! carnivore diet has given my life back. Thank you Jesus.🙌🏻
-so happy for you. I'm in a very similar place that you were in. Thank you for sharing your info. It gives me hope. Blessings on your healing journey. Canadian also. Best wishes for a New Year filled with great health & joy!
Hi from South Africa. I am starting Carnivore 1 January (tomorrow) as my 75th birthday is in January but still a bit scared. In constant pain from osteo arthiritus, on crutches and wheelchair, overeating every day, feeling so bad, got to change, its time!
@@leedupreez-sd8qiGood for you! I have been doing carnivore for about 4 months. I know a lot of TH-cam videos talk about how they feel great after the first week. If that the case for you, that’s great. It took me a solid month to feel good. My point is to give it time. My first month was terrible, but now things are great - no pain!!
72 YO, 6' tall, very active male. I'm 7 months into carnivore. I dropped the 50 pounds i really needed to in order to get under 200 pounds. I have transitioned to OMAD which usually consists of two chicken thighs ($1.59 per pound) or a half pound of hamburger. I also make sone crunchy Mozzarella cheese snacks as a side. A handful of shredded cheese in a pie dish, microwaved until brownish. As far as I can tell, I am healthy. I don't get sick. I don't even have a doctor. I have medicare but I've never used it. I'm up before daybreak and generally do construction projects to keep busy. I will find a doctor sometime soon (because everyone keeps telling me I'm going to die if I don't eat carbs) and get a full work up so I can have an official benchmark. Peace
Great inspiration, thanks for the tips! I also don’t have a regular Dr & not old enough for Medicare yet. Def freaks out a lot of people. I get bloodwork done through Ways2Well in TX & had Dr. Berry review the results in his private group. All good here! Dreading when I have to pay for Medicare since like you, I will not be using the standard health care system!
@@mickmcmenemy7701 good point! I still have 3 years to go before Medicare so by then there might be some keto docs in SD that are in the regular health care system. Brigham Buhler, the owner of Ways2Well was on the Rogan podcast talking about big pharma, insurance, etc. Very fascinating & frightening if what he says is true!
To borrow a phrase "Just do it". Lost 100 pounds and did not measure ketones, macros, glucose, or calories. 71 year old male, went from a 42 inch waist to a 32 inch waist. It is not that complicated. You will learn what works for you as you are doing this. Don't forget the seafood.
I don't disagree, but seafood and fish just don't fill me up for long. Gotta be pork, beef, or chicken (wings, preferentially) for me. Have a great 2024, fellow retiree.
I have a local farm that supplies all my meat and another a mile away further that supplies my eggs, I count myself so lucky to have these on my doorstep . I order fish from a fish monger 20 miles away they order it from the fish market once the boats come in and deliver it on ice in a waterproof box within 24 hrs
I started 5 years ago, this is year 6 and I’m so glad I did the challenge so long ago. I’m 67 and I’ve reversed so many issues I’ve had in the past. Please stick this out because you will be amazed at the health you can get back. 😊
Are you on HRT Mary? Just wondering as I started both HRT and ketovore two years ago and everything has improved just not sure how much HRT has played into this success. This is the perfect platform to discover and share our stories with other women. Thanks
@@KetovoreAnitaI have the same question…started bHRT 9 months ago & my hormones are improving. I would call myself ‘low-carb’ simply because I go about 80% of the day as carnivore & then manage to eat carbs toward evening. Total carbs are somewhere between 50-100 each day. It’s a work in progress; sure nice to connect with other carnivores for inspiration!
@@lightwarrior432 cooking one right now actually....but which is not uncommon for a meal...but ive been eating a ton of 80/20 burger since its economical right now..
As a post menopausal 63 yo woman who had avoided eating fat for several decades, I found it quite hard at first to eat enough fat. My energy tanked, (my legs felt like lead weights on a walk) but after several months and now eating loads of animal fats I feel my body has made a switch. Be patient guys and don’t give up.
I am a 62 yr old post menopausal woman and I’ve been doing carnivore for 3 weeks. My legs feel like lead weights too. How long did this phase last for you?
@@lesliespencer5506 I wish I could say ‘not long’ but it was approximately 9 months. However, I had been unwell with gut problems for several decades and I was not prepared to go back once I experienced some gut pain relief. I actually tried some acupuncture treatment, but that made the legs worse! Good luck
@@lesliespencer5506 For me, the 'lead weights' feeling lasted about 3 weeks. Then one morning I woke up and almost literally felt the energy coursing through my body. I still find myself nodding off late in the afternoon, but can get through quite a lot of activities in the course of a day.
Full month on carnivore..initially dropped water weight then as you described I seemed to be soaking up every calorie..I actually grew more muscle just walking 30minutes a day with very brief and infrequent HIT sessions in December..recovery is so much better, diabetes is improving along with gout, depression, anxiety, energy, eyesight, shoulder pain,arthritis,teeth..I wish I knew sooner but never too late.12y diabetic,60y old…Thanks Dr Baker and all the carnivore testimonials that inspired me to do this.Heartfelt appreciation.
I'm curious about your Gout.... because beef and pork, including bacon, are said to trigger flair-ups of Gout. My grandsons best friend is 41 years old and has really bad flair-ups of his Gout whenever he eats beef or pork. It has put him in bed for two weeks at a time and longer, flairing in his foot and ankle, knee, and wrist with severe pain and swelling. He has a very hard time even walking to the bathroom using a cane. He puts ice packs on his painful swollen joints, and it takes no less than 2 weeks to recover from the flair-ups. He has recently cut out all beef and pork from his diet, eating only chicken based foods. He cannot eat tuna either. Alcohol will trigger very painful flair-ups too! So, having Gout, how are you able to basically eat large quantities of beef and pork without living with severe, constant pain and swelling?
Histamine intolerance can cause flare-ups. Aged meats is one of them, too. If you can find a farmer that doesn't age beef, it should help. Also, sheep and goats are usually not aged. Yes, it's more expensive but just a suggestion.
I started the carnivore diet on 8/23, after heart problem. Four months in and I’m 43 lbs down (215 to 172). My A1C is down to normal; I’m off both BP Rx (it’s normal to low); cholesterol is normal for the first time in my adulthood. After seeing a cardiologist 3 times, she released me (I won’t take statins). I’m 71 years old and have energy now more like in my early 30s. I eat meat, like the BBE&B diet (beef, bacon, eggs, & butter) and almost no carbs. Several carnivore docs have been a big help.
I have just finished my first year on carnivore and I will not go back to the old me. I was not overweight when I started but, started for overall benefits in health. Just wanted to say how important it is to get enough fat in your diet. When I talk to some people about fat, they are still stuck in the 1980s lies about how bad fat is. Fat was the energy source that made things easy for me. It was a little different for the first 3 or 4 months but, after that period I never felt better. I am a retired military man who was never overweight. I am 87 years young now. The changes in health at a later time. I am on vacation now in the NL and enjoying myself.
Gonna try again! Sugar cravings are the DEVIL! 😭 I’m resolved to doing a full 30 days with God’s grace I’m going to do it and I’m going to feel fabulous and my ADHD will go away, my skin, asthma and allergies issues will resolve and I will find a second career as a life coach or teacher’s aid at 55! I got this ❤ God bless you all
Your comment just made me realize I haven't had an asthma attack for quite a while. I've been on the carnivore diet for just two months now after falling off it earlier this year for dumb reasons. I've had asthma my whole life. Usually it's really bad this time of year. But not one attack in the 2 months of carnivore. I consider that a miracle. Good luck on your journey to health and Happy New year ❤
@@victorialove9104 That’s so awesome!!! I’m gonna do it, girl! I’m doing it and this year is gonna be fabulous, no matter what comes at me ❤️ keep it up 👍🏽
For me the first 7 days are the worst for sugar cravings, mood swings, and fatigue. It really exposes the withdrawals of sugar addiction. 7 - 14 days gets better, and after that it is pretty easy. It also helps my sinus and breathing issues. Be prepared with plenty of good food ready to eat. Dr. Bakers idea of delaying the cravings is a great idea, in addition to having healthy options available. You can do this, and you will never regret it!
Wow I also have a debilitating skin condition esp on my neck and I don’t even know what that is. Dr has prescribed steroid in the past. It helped but came back again and it stays this way and just getting worse.
Starting 90 days of Carnivore tomorrow. I'm also making sure I drink 2.5 -3 litres a day. Working out 5 days a week too. Looking forward to the health journey.
One year in and I feel great. I did break out with hives three weeks in I think it was oscillate dumpling. Only lasted about two days. Also you may hit the can about every 3 or 4 days instead of 3 times a day. 50 pounds down and 6" off. Good luck and Happy new year!
👍👍 all I can say is THANK YOU‼️ I went from almost 440lbs to 250lbs and still going, goal is 225lbs my high school fighting weight, physically & mentally better everyday, thank you again
I'm an average sized woman and I started eating about 13 oz of meat a day in an 8 hr eating/16 hr fasting window. I lost 23 pounds in 4 months and started eating closer to 20 ounces of meat a day which makes me full depending on my daily activities. 80 percent of my diet is beef and the rest is eggs, bacon, and less often salmon, and chicken. I had a skin disorder my whole life and it's almost gone now after 7 months on carnivore, so I feel like my whole system got a reboot. The hardest part about the diet is I had gout flares for 3 months, which I think was a side effect of oxalate dumping. Also the first three months were difficult because I had light headedness and fatigue. I ate a banana once a month, to alleviate those symptoms. Now my energy is smooth and constant.
@@jennifermarlow. I found it was pure willpower I made it thru the first 3 months without giving up. Gout flares are hellish. I'm pretty sure it's oxalate dumping because I quit keto twice and restarted. Every time I restarted the gout returned. What I know for sure is I keep getting better at intuitively knowing what's wrong with me using that trusty gut feeling. I've practiced playing with my intuition using mind body practices like yoga and massage, and creating art.
Don't forget the shrimp, lobster, clams, oysters, squid,... really all seafood (fish, crustacean and mammals like seals). Don't forget the fish eggs, salmon roe, ant eggs, duck eggs.....Plus the raw goats milk, raw butter, cheese,..... All these things help to round out the diet, helps with things like iodine. For many people, a small portion of organ meats can be helpful. Many who are presently on a standard American diet are deficient in iodine, Vit. D, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, boron.....
Perfect video Dr. Baker! I am going to post my healing list from carnivore here tor newbies! ☺️ Carnivore has healed so much for me! I started off carnivore in hopes to reverse my fibrocystic breast masses that have built up over 6 years eating half a dry skinless chicken breast piece a day with half cup of broccoli and little bit of wheat noodles. We are told don’t eat very much meat- so the world is almost vegan just about. I would eat red canbbage too- cooked it and ate cabbage about 3 times a week. That was about it. So I was mainly chicken, broccoli, and little wheat noodles. So from age 40-46 I started getting all that “aging” health issue mess- and the fibrocystic breast “disease” started and kept building up! When I hit age 46 I was done with it! The fibrocystic masses were getting me scares- and I started getting huge painful breast cysts too! One was around 2” long and 1” wide! Docs would say, “we don’t know what causes fibrocystic breasts disease” and “fibrocystic breasts is now normal because everyone is getting it” and “fibrocystic breast could turn into cancer” and “there is nothing you can do for fibrocystic breasts” and “diet doesn’t cause fibrocystic breasts!” I was gaining weight too and by summer of 2022 I hit perimenopause at age 46 and got every symptom you could think of. My joints were hurting too, no sleep at night, dizzy at times, it was ridiculous! I know it had to be diet! Little did I know that all the other health issues I had all my life, in addition to this mess listed above, was all due to diet! I went searching online and found the truth of my fibrocystic problem! Found out cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and asparagus) are all cruciferous veggies that block natural iodine absorption found in foods! And if you become depleted in iodine it messes up your thyroid which controls all- even hormones! And all organs need iodine including breasts! They swell if you are deficient! And I read these cruciferous veggies can cause cancer due to lack of iodine in body since they block absorption! Bingo! We are all being told to eat cruciferous veggies, that they can prevent cancer, and to eat lots of it including broccoli!! But in fact they are causing cancer and I truly feel it is causing all the fibrocystic breast cases that have been escalating lately that we are seeing! When I post about this and ladies write back saying they too had fibrocystic breasts, I ask, “do you eat cruciferous veggies, especially broccoli” and they all have said, “YES!” I did more research and found carnivore! I Jumped right in! In 6-8 weeks I lost 45 pounds! My perimenopause reversed! In fact don’t even get PMS symptoms and my cycle is perfectly paced! And so much more reversed that I started writing it down! And yes, my fibrocystic breast masses shrank! I share my progress because I want people to see how carnivore can heal so much and most of these things are commonly healed for many, not just me! I want to help and this is how I do- by sharing. No I am not paid to do this, I just want to help people see and be aware of what carnivore can do! I do update this list as I have been on carnivore (more lion diet version) for 1 year and 4 months now. I feel this has helped so many decide if they should try carnivore. I always say go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry- my three most favorite doctors. They are truly amazing! I call them my carnivore doctors! ☺️ * No more perimenopause- completely reversed! *Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself! *No more night sweats *No more waking every 2 hours at night! *It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast! *No more life long eczema *No more cold hands (may have been Reynold’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea) *No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm *No more purple looking hands in winter (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more brain fog *No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows *used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more! *Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight. *Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing! *Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well. *Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 47 and look like I am in early 30’s. *Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me. *No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach! *Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup! *no cravings unless they are for meat *no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago. *No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods when walking around. * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller. *feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 90 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that. *Before carnivore- i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights. * no more body odor! * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much. *I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that. * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things. *Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing! *no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing! * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too! *Veins in my arms look healthier. They were almost invisible before. *Legs no longer hurt on longer road trips or plane rides! *I used to get a popping sounds in my right shoulder when lifting weights. Was probably a pulled ligament. That is now gone! *I have been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and I feel my nails are a bit stronger than before. They do break if I catch them on things but I feel they are getting stronger on carnivore. *My teeth look more white on carnivore. *My blood pressure has improved on carnivore. 6 years before carnivore up to starting carnivore my blood pressure was increasing. Now on carnivore it is back to normal like when I was younger. Last reading it was 100/75 which is awesome! *i used to get eye twitches in my eye lids, but that is gone. * at times when trying to fall asleep I would close my eyes and at times felt dizzy like falling feeling or spinning. But haven’t has that since I have been on carnivore for 12 months. *the skin on the heals of my feet are no longer cracked and dry! *little leak from sneezing or coughing that ladies get from estrogen dominance is gone on carnivore! Hormones balanced so no more estrogen dominance! *The top inner corner of both my larger toes have felt a little numb for years. Never had it diagnosed. But being 1 year on carnivore I no longer feel that numbness! My nerves have healed in that spot on both toes! Crazy! *My slightly receding gums behind my center bottom front teeth have rebuilt so gums all over are super healthy! I have flossed daily for years, but gums look even healthier! *my skin on my face isn’t as oily as it used to be. *My hair used to be super oily if not washed daily, but carnivore has regulated my hair so I can now go days without having to wash it- doesn’t get oily after one day like before! I'm on day 2 of doing not 100% carniv. (had 1/2 an avocado day 1 with chicken for dinner, small salad w/ my first steak day 2) bc I don't want the heavy negatives of drastic switchover to meat - but.... I honestly don't like meat. I NEED to do this diet to reset my gut issues and get rid of my sugar/carb add. but I hope I can do this longer term!
i'm 66, husband is 71. he has IBD or crohns, had a gut resection 10 years ago. we are ready to go carnivore to clean out our systems, see if it will help him. we are committed sugar addicted crazy people, we think its great to have a party in our mouths every night, cookies, ice cream, hersheys anything. giving it up tomorrow to start the 30 day challenge!
If you do that cold turkey (cut out all the sweets/carbs), you run a higher risk of experiencing diarrhea as a result of changing the gut biome too fast. The better way would be taper off, slowly reduce the total carbs per day. Some people get lucky and don't get the diarrhea from going cold turkey, but it can happen up to 6 months later after the switch per Professor Bart Kay. With diarrhea also comes an extra need for electrolytes, beyond the normal need from reducing carbs (carbohydrates hold onto water in the body, so when you reduce them, the water goes out PLUS the electrolytes). edit - often when people go keto or carnivore, they drop water weight quickly by increased urination, not through diarrhea (unless switching too fast)
I am in agreement with the others, would have been far preferable to cut out all the sweets and sugar first, going low carb, and THEN going full carnivore. But you can do this! Just be prepared for the “keto flu” when you jump off the cliff from full sugar to full carnivore. Your body system has to switch its processing fuel source, and it has been used to running on junk. Be patient with yourself. You didn’t get this way overnight, and you won’t instantly heal in a few days, either. 😊
@madammim694- After 2 weeks on carnivore I completely lost sugar cravings and I was so addicted to those kinds of carbs. I hope you keep posting with you and your husband’s progress!
I tried carnivore last year for about 5 months. Most of my inflammation went away and I felt pretty good but I did not lose any weight. I couldn't figure out why because I had been so "faithful". After much soul-searching I realize I can't consume a cup of heavy cream and half a pound of cheese every day and still lose body fat. I'm also very allergic to bacon. So with the continuing inflammation and the excess calories from dairy that's why I wasn't losing weight. I pretty much have to be on a lion diet. I joined Kelly Hogan's coaching group also because I can't do this alone. 2024 is the year!
Over 5 months on strict carnivore. Never felt better. 51 year old male. Dr. Baker is exactly right. Try it for at least 3 months. When I started, I went in with the mind set of just eating when I was hungry, rinse and repeat. The first 3 weeks, I was totally ravenous all the time (I had been keto for 4 months, so adapted to burning fat). I would eat like a starving Rottweiler. But eventually, my hunger subsided and I now eat about twice a day. I gained about 5 pounds, but have lost it back, and I pretty much maintain my weight, although my body composition just keeps improving and I'm definitely leaning out. I think it's improving as I'm slowly curing my insulin resistance. It's like those stupid stories '' I did 100 air squats - or insert any exercise here - for 7 days, and here's what happened to my body"... Nothing happened in 7 days, because it's not long enough to actually make a real difference. Oh sure, you might feel marginally better because of the increased activity, but a week is nothing. Stick to it. After month 1, I certainly wanted to try another month. After the second month, I knew I would easily make it to 3. After the third month, I basically cured all my cravings and sugar addictions, and I pretty much knew that I would be carnivore for the rest of my life. All the other food materials are not real food. And a succulent medium rare ribeye still hasn't lost its mouth watering appeal...
Possible weight gain? Why would I want this WOE if I will gain. I've been sticking with this for almost 2wks. Keto flu and ups and downs, but I was hoping it would be worth it.
I started carnivore in September 2023, by December I had lost 45 pounds. Had my blood work done and everything is perfect. Best thing that I have done for my health. Looking forward to and even better 2024 now!!

I would speak with your doctor about Inspire therapy or looking into a UPPP if you absolutely can’t tolerate cpap. Those are options. I would suggest that ways to improve the cpap experience would be using a full face mask. Getting a cpap titration study instead of using “AutoPap” devices. You need an “Optimal Pressure” to make cpap feel good. Not everybody can get used to them but they do make a world of a difference for peoples health. Other non clinical techniques would be elevating your head above your body. Sleeping on your stomach or side. Fasting before bed. I started Carnivore June 25th 2024. In the 8-9 months into the carnivore way of life, my waist has gone from 36" to 31". My initial weight was 204 lbs and today I'm 158-162 LBs. I'm 60 yrs old, and accomplished all of this without running or working out - although I do plan to begin a workout plan this summer. To be successful with Carnivore, you just need to plan your grocery shopping and be diligent. I do just about all of my grocery shopping at Costco. This will be my life forever.
Thank you very much that was eye opening ❤ My son told me that he was tired and lacked energy when he only ate meat before his bike ride. He said carnivore doesn't work. I didn't know what the reason could have been and what I could say. Now I know that it was because he didn't eat enough fat, because fat gives energy! Most people do something wrong and then say it doesn't work instead of looking for the error and optimizing it.
I’ve rolled on and off of carnivore a few times, and I think your point about “eating enough” in the beginning is extremely beneficial in practice but often overlooked. Once your body becomes adapted you can easily get into caloric deficits without even trying.
60 yo did the challenge last January. Stayed on carnivore for 11months. Lost 40 pounds and felt great. Jumped off the wagon in December for Christmas and am restarting carnivore today. Can't wait to feel great again. No more jumping off the wagon.

That has caused me to binge if I just have a taste. I’m 70 and I’m a Jesus lover. I do well most of the time but it just takes a bite and my mind turns off. I’m a carnivore who will keep on moving forward in the new year. God bless all in this new year
I'm 65 days in, so I got a bit of a heads start, and I FEEL GREAT!!! No going back! Thanks to Dr. Baker and other carnivors for showing me the way. I will be forever grateful.
I started on Dec 7 and made it through Xmas. Down 10 lbs, BP is way down (123/85 from 155+|90+) and mood is greatly improved. Eating mostly beef and heavy cream in coffee and homemade custard but planning to cut the cream back as I move forward. Looking forward to my first full month in January!
Today is my 365th day 🎉 January 1st will be 366th. I'm down 88 lbs in 2023. It was hard work. Going carnivore helped me get rid of the major food cravings. I'm going to try to give up cheese for world carnivore month. I don't eat a lot, but my hands are swelling and night, and my doc and myself don't know why. I do prefer a little leaner cuts, but i add some butter. I like NY Strip, too. I've got about 20 more lbs to go. 🎉 I'm really looking forward to maintenance. ❤
double down on the saturated fat. The more the merrier your arteries will become immersed in the fats which is generally when the real issues resolve themself 😂😂
@richardstravelingchannel2397 NO. I still have weight to lose. I'm at 70% fat already. When i add, i don't lose a pound! Everyone is DIFFERENT. Don't give advice that could hurt people's progress. I'm doing just fine, and cheese IS INFLAMMATORY. Guzzling fat is the worst advice for overweight. I've got enough fat to burn.

I'm starting my carnivore journey tomorrow for the first time and I'm so excited!! Been researching it for a while now and I'm super stoked to get going!
Speaking from experience, in order to stay motivated, you will have to read all the comments below any of the many carnivore videos. Carnivore does work. It FIXES everything from Acne to heartburn to arthritis to high blood pressure to obesity and type 2 diabetes. But to stay on it, you have to erase all the years of being told that this is an unhealthy diet. We're a strong community and we are not giving up!
I am starting Carnivore on January 2nd. I have been "dirty Paleo" for the past year and it has helped a lot. I have lost a lot of weight, my sleep is way better, sinus and allergies better. I also had eczema for the first time in my 70 year life. I almost had that cleared up but then got a little loose with the diet and it came back. I want to get rid of that for good and lose the rest of the fat I need to lose. Here's to a great 2024!
My local supermarket has brought in a new low price for leg of lamb - $9/kg. Cheaper than dog food! Perfect food - grass fed - New Zealand. I’ll be buying one per week from now on.
Great advice! The information was awesome! All in one place and in less than 20 minutes you gave a detail picture for a new / old carivore. I will use this as a reference.
Day 89 on my Carnivore Journey. I'm 61, was over 600lbs. Now down over 100lbs. Started strict BBB&E yesterday for World Carnivore Month! 2 meals a day between 1pm and 6pm fast 19hrs a day and one 24hr fast per week. I feel a world of difference better?
Starting carnivore after January 1st. Getting psych for it. Been doing meat based but still eating carbs but no processed food. I tried carnivore in October but steak is not sustainable for me. It’s not my favorite food. I do like ground beef and egg so that’s my plan now. Bought 10 lbs of ground beef and lots of egg to start. Wish me luck.
Started getting my bdy ready in middle of December, to be fully 100% Carnivore by Jan 1, 2024. I have plenty of body fat to lose over the next yr or more, but it's really arthritic pain, & digestion issues that are causing me the most grief, on a Western diet. I suffer from several symptoms that plant diet & processed food diet typically cause. Thks Dr Baker for making these videos!
I am disabled veteran (Age 63) who started this Carnivore journey to improve my health, the list of my health problems is unbelievable. At times it's hard for me to understand it all, the main reason for me starting this Carnivore journey was because of my bloating and pain in my stomach region. The VA hospital has labeled it Colitis, Diverticulitis, GERD, IBS, Epigastric Pain and Peptic Ulcer Disease, etc. The VA hospital is a joke, they hand out drugs like they are pieces of candy....... Dec 11th is when I started my Carnivore lifestyle, in about 1.5 weeks my bloating disappeared. My stomach problem is all but gone, I will get a pain once in a while to let me know it is still there. Now I need to work on my Chronic fatigue, cancer and hopefully it will help my heart out. The other problems I will deal with them as they show up..........
Consider supplementing with iodine and selenium for the "c" problem. Carnivore is good, but you might need a little extra help. Dr. David Brownstein offers info about iodine. I can't recommend dosing for anyone.
@@FarmallFanatic with the problems getting meds from china and India, I wonder what is going to happen. I’ve asked my VA providers about it a few times and they just look at me like I’m crazy.
Slam dunk message right there, Dr. Baker! The carnivore diet has been a game changer for me. I'm thriving here at 48 yrs old. I learned so much in 2023. Revero will kick some doors open next year, let f go 2024!!
"Failure to plan is planning to fail". Love that! Planning is definitely the key! I tell people, make sure you know what you're eating not only today, but tomorrow, whether it's a steak you're thawing out or making sure you have eggs in the fridge. Don't wait unil the moment to decide what you're going to eat, that's setting yourself up for a bad eating decision. Thanks for all the things you do, Doc.
Do you add a lot of butter or bacon fat when cooking your venison? We have a ton of venison to use and I’m just worried about making it taste good and tender.
Happy New Year Dr. Baker , Today is the end of my first month on carnoviore , I feel better then I have for the last 15 years , when I see such immediate results from this plan in such a short time, I can only imagine how I will feel in 3 months and beyond, I am now bringing in more exercise and more activity and the new year gives me a lot of hope for what's possible next year. Keep the videos coming and let's hope next year more people then ever discover carnoviore and see the amazing results and transformations possible.
The most important part. Change slowly! Over at least a six week period incrementally phase out your old diet. Changing any diet radically and rapidly is asking for problems. No matter what you’re changing too.
This what iam doing. Sugar and bread out the door this month/January then February will drop the cheese .. only keeping heavy cream in coffee.... this is my current goal. Ruminate meats, eggs, butter for nutrition.
Most favorite meal for all my 70 years has been beef ribeye steaks..❤ 🎉... just started carnivore 2 weeks ago and ground beef, eggs, bacon, ribeyes...lots of fats... i handle the carb craves with fat intake... so far seeing weight loss and improvement in asthma... going 90 days then reasses. Dr told me to lose 20 lbs and stop the sugar.. insulin resistance becoming evident. No more sugar carbs
@@samherb1 Well 1 a day is about $15. So for a day worth of food $15 aint bad. Better than most carboholics I found. If I get hungry might grab 711 hot dog or 2 but thats all I eat. Whats your daily food budget? Im open to cheaper.
@@keemoifyIt IS healthy on carnivore to eat all you want. Do that, probably you’ll get over wanting so much and it will balance out. It happened to me.
Great information Shawn!!! This is information everyone moving to a carnivore diet needs to know. I have been heavily animal based since we first messaged back early in 2018 but decided to become strict in December 2023. After 9 days I started getting signals from my body to stop many of my supplements! I was treating myself for what was presenting as pernicious anemia. (SCARY!) and it's now GONE!!! I'm still on Glucosamine, MSM & Vitamin D3 (without any soy or additives) for joint support while I'm losing weight & D3 because I live in the north and we haven't been getting shit for sun for weeks or a month at a time! I owe you & our community a debt of gratitude 🥰 I've healed so many issues with my body & mind that there are just too many to list here!!! I am using my nutrition background to volunteer in live chats & Q&A sessions to pay it forward and help others in our community now. 😄
I’m on the sunny side of 80. Apparently in good health. Nearly everyone who meets me assumes I’m in my 50’s or 60’s. For the last year I’ve gotten rather lazy, gained a few pounds, bored, gets the munchies I guess (no, not THOSE munchies) for anything better to do. Except for 2 pups, an old cat and an even older macaw, I’m alone. My New Year’s resolution is to get up off my hunkis bogart and move, find something enjoyable to do and start carnivore AGAIN. A few years ago I had a dairy goat herd, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, horses and the occasional steer. Those were my carnivore years. My husband passed away and life changed. Honestly what’s been holding me back is the price of meat, especially beef, which I dearly miss. Cheap hamburger is $4 a pound. I can’t afford $4 a day on SS. Pretty sad huh? Oh well🤣 Somehow I’m determined to manage because I feel I’m becoming unhealthy and that just won’t do.
I understand fearing meat prices. I had the same fear. But two things to keep in mind. One, think about all the stuff you won’t be buying anymore. Things add up, so money will be saved there. The other thing is, you won’t be buying lean meats, you’ll buy fatty meats. Fats satiate you. You’ll eat more meat when eating lean meats, so stick to buying fatty meats and you’ll eat half of the amount if you were eating lean meats. Also your body wants the fat. It’s not even sustainable eating lean meats, you won’t last. 75% lean 25% fat ground meats are the best, and the cheapest. So, when you considering all this, financially it’s not that bad. You can do it 🙂
Regarding bowel habits on carnivore, I compare it to breast fed babies- they have fewer BMs because breast milk is virtually 100% digestible. So it is on the PHD, it’s virtually 100% digestible.
Started today. I am 50. Female 365lbs. My dr has been watching my sedimentation rate blood test go up and up. This just marks how much inflammation is in my body. Doesn’t say cause. Should be under 25. I went from 56 in May. To 101 in Nov. I’m taking back my health. Committed to 3 months ❤
Good luck, you won’t regret it! You might want to check out the Carnivorous Me TH-cam channel. Amanda is so encouraging and realistic. She has lost 110+ on the carnivore diet. She’s really helped me 😊.
Watch the movies Fed Up, and Fat Fiction to understand the food addictions and chronic illnesses brought on by processed foods. 3 months is a good goal, but think of it as a lifestyle change for the rest of your life. The addictive properties of processed foods can easily get you off track permanently. Stay strong!

Carnivore since October 2023… and loving it! My husband and I faulted a couple of weeks over the holidays, but after we started feeling like we did prior to becoming carnivores, we went right back… and within a few days feeling great again… We are carnivores for life! 😊
I eat beef, moose, elk, caribou, bison and sometimes deer, lamb. I don't always get each one all at once but beef is the most. With my family we still have pig and chicken once in a while.. but ruminant is and should be primary 😊
I wish I could get that variety in Australia. In the supermarket I can choose from beef, lamb, kangaroo, pork and chicken. I usually get beef mince because it's the cheaper of the ruminants.
Congratulations! Don’t forget the electrolytes. It’s the most important thing at the beginning.
Nothing to it but to do it! 😄👍
Best of lack, it works👍

@@KetovoreAnitais there a difference between ketovore, ketogenic and carnivore?
Has anyone noticed that the longer you are away from the crap food......... the worse they taste when you try them again?
YES.. isn’t that crazy?
I'm just starting so I cannot wait!!!
40 years ago before they put sugar in everything it tasted bad and we didn’t eat much then added so much sugar it tasted good and was addicting so we ate it and can’t stop. Been eating 80% meat and yea, old food doesn’t taste the same or as good as it used to
I HAVE noticed that. I decided the other day to treat myself to a Quarter Pounder from McDonalds and Fries. It was terrible. Not worth it.
@babybeasimplekindofvan7035
I'm carnivore and eat around 10 quarter pounders a week, on average. Nothing but the patties though. 100% USDA beef and salt.
I've found that when I get hungry or have cravings, some minutes of high intensity exercise, weights or pushups help to almost eliminate the cravings.
I find if I threaten myself with intense exercise my cravings go away. 🤣🤣

Atta boy, good job! Thats impressive.
Keep going! I am going to start the diet again. I've been off of it for nearly 5 years and I've gained about 120 lbs. since I stopped. I only did the diet for about 13 months and lost over 100 lbs without even really trying. Good luck to you.

Thank you.❤
That's amazing 👏. Gives me hope for my own back pain. Can't believe you dodged surgery, wow!
Amazing! Congratulations ❤
Thank you so much - you're an inspiration to me to keep going! I'm on my 2nd week and already feel better!
👏
So helpful thank you!
What an inspiration you are!!!
I’m leading my horses. Instead of riding. Sad!!
I was going great on my carnivore diet for almost a year. Then i had some cake and pizza on my kids birthday. Its taken me a few months to get back on board.I am a carboholic, one is too many and a thousand is never enough.
I can eat 0 donuts or 6 donuts. Nothing in between. I choose 0 donuts.
Realizing the cravings can never be satisfied is the first step! For some of us, all it takes is a taste.
After the fall, back on the saddle, congratulations !

So great to hear this!

@@Beatrice-nx5ld I'd say absolutely nothing is wrong with that, regarding the foods you mentioned it all depends on the individual's taste.
I think I've heard that "priming" helps with cravings. Professor Bart Kay had or has at least one video about it on his YT channel.
I'd you can make or four days of just Meat and bo cheats, The sugar craving goes way down and I'm a major sweetoholic

Perfect video Dr. Baker! I am going to post my healing list from carnivore here tor newbies! ☺️
Carnivore has healed so much for me!
When I post about this and ladies write back saying they too had fibrocystic breasts, I ask, “do you eat cruciferous veggies, especially broccoli” and they all have said, “YES!”
I did more research and found carnivore!
*no cravings unless they are for meat
*no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago.
* no more body odor!
(Newest update added!)

Thank you!
ty so much
i'm 66, husband is 71. he has IBD or crohns, had a gut resection 10 years ago. we are ready to go carnivore to clean out our systems, see if it will help him. we are committed sugar addicted crazy people, we think its great to have a party in our mouths every night, cookies, ice cream, hersheys anything. giving it up tomorrow to start the 30 day challenge!
@madammim694 You and your husband sound EXACTLY like me- in the "sweets department!" I must have 2 siblings I didn't know I had! LOL!
I'm just sharing this with you so you can make an informed decision, and know the possible reactions.
2024 is the year!
cheese should only beused as a condimient when losing weight
Thank you so much - you're an inspiration to me to keep going! I'm on my 2nd week and already feel better!
Possible weight gain? Why would I want this WOE if I will gain. I've been sticking with this for almost 2wks. Keto flu and ups and downs, but I was hoping it would be worth it.
@@karencrawford129 he gained 5, but then lost it again. I've been on Carnivore 2 weeks. I've lost 6 lbs so far.

@@usaman7358 hey brotha that’s unfortunately a commonly shared story among OSA patients. If you got more sleep questions shoot me another @ I’ll be happy to help!
Thank you very much that was eye opening ❤
My son told me that he was tired and lacked energy when he only ate meat before his bike ride.
Maybe that’s what I’m doing wrong. This will be my 3rd try.
Agreed
I can never eat enough fat on this diet as I have to force myself to eat ribeyes. New Yorks are my preference, so I supplement with milk instead.
Personally I struggle with eating way too much… I’ve had days where I’ve eaten 4 lbs of ground beef like it was nothing 😅

You gonna be feeling great very soon!
They sure do hand out meds left and right

"Failure to plan is planning to fail". Love that! Planning is definitely the key! I tell people, make sure you know what you're eating not only today, but tomorrow, whether it's a steak you're thawing out or making sure you have eggs in the fridge. Don't wait unil the moment to decide what you're going to eat, that's setting yourself up for a bad eating decision. Thanks for all the things you do, Doc.

All the stuff you are saying resonates with me. I have experienced many of them.
The most important part. Change slowly! Over at least a six week period incrementally phase out your old diet.
Changing any diet radically and rapidly is asking for problems. No matter what you’re changing too.
This what iam doing. Sugar and bread out the door this month/January then February will drop the cheese
.. only keeping heavy cream in coffee.... this is my current goal. Ruminate meats, eggs, butter for nutrition.
Most favorite meal for all my 70 years has been beef ribeye steaks..❤

Ribeye is a perfect food half fat half protein 🥩😊✌️
It's 98% of my diet! 1 a day and sometimes 2 on a weekend day. It's a "superfood"!

Happy New Year’s Dr Baker been doing carnivore for 2 months want to continue it
Happy New Year Dr Baker. And happy World Carnivore Month! 🥩
Thank you very much Shawn for being a great leader and inspiration.
Dr. Sawn Baker Thank you for the class, with great advice, stay on the right path!!!
Thank you so much for your talk. Im going to start again tomorrow using some of your tips.

How have you done with the carnivore diet?
An inspirational book from 1856! "The Philosophy of the Stomach; or an Exclusively Animal Diet is the Most Wholesome and Fit for Man. By Bernard Moncriff. London: Longmans"
Sean, you are a gift to the world! Thank you!
This very helpful information for me. I've been working with carnivore for several months now and I can't deny the positive benefits. ❤😊
Thank you ....said well quite clearly understood and spoken Dr Baker😊👍
Excellent advice! Great summary. Thx Dr Baker.
I agree with you. Personally, I feel best with just beef.
I wish I could get that variety in Australia. In the supermarket I can choose from beef, lamb, kangaroo, pork and chicken. I usually get beef mince because it's the cheaper of the ruminants.
@@satbobsmith7261 They don't sell camel meat here. I've never seen camel meat for sale.
