Hi, I've got a 2017 Outlander 5HS and the footwell LED lights have stopped working. All four of them stopped working at the same time. I'm guessing it might be a fuse but not too sure. If it is the fuse where would the fuse be? I contacted my local Mitsubishi dealer and asked them but they said they didn't know where the fuse was for the footwell LED lights! I live in the UK. I'm hoping you can help me with this. Thanks in advance.
Range of the wifi from the car is about like Bluetooth. You won't need to turn on the headlights to find your car unless you're in a Mitsubishi dealership and looking at a row of Outlanders.
I’ve tried this three times with two different iPhones. Here are my issues. I can connect the phone to the Mitsubishi wifi. But once it is connected the phone has no internet because it’s connected to the car’s wifi which doesn’t have internet. When I try to connect to another network I can’t find the car. And it just gets better. After setting up my link to the Mitsubishi every time I get in the car and plug into my iPhone cable the phone still connects to the Mitsubishi outlander’s wifi which means I can’t use messaging/Spotify/or any other phone service. And again when I disconnect from the Mitsubishi wifi of the vehicle then the app can’t find the car to provide basic functions like charge status. This is so frustrating to say the least - guess it’s back to the dealership again.
I'm interested about buying the car but first of all I would like to know how far can you go as far as the range is concerned after exhausting all your battery power and your gas tank?
Hi there SL Guitar Lovers! The SSID number is provided by your dealership. Please visit your dealership, or your nearest Dilawri dealership to retrieve the SSID number.
Hi Taufik! Are you located in Canada? One of our Mitsubishi experts would be happy to help (it's difficult to diagnose problems online): dilawri.ca/dealership/dilawri-locations.htm.
A few things, I thought the colour of accessories mode was orange not blue. Also you did not say if you need to turn on wifi in your phone before you begin though I see you say so in the written instructions after selecting Show More and it looks like you are using an iphone. Mine does not work with my android, does yours? Thanks
Hi there! Thank you for pointing that out. The set-up is similar for Android users but perhaps this image may offer further guidance: www.mitsubishi-motors.com/en/products/outlander_phev2/app/remote/component/images/setup/step_img_6.png. We do recommend turning your wi-fi on before you begin for ease. We hope this helps!
I have Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV 2016, and this is not working for me. Whether it is possible that not everyone Outlander PHEV has it? How will I know?
Turn the lights on if you want to find your car? ROFL! You have to be almost next to the car in order to connect with the car’s wifi, so this is really a bogus feature!
This app doesn't work . I bought a second hand 2017 . It had 2 remotes already registered. ( after you do the 5 lock and unlock it beeps 3 times ) So I worked out how to delete other remotes . Now I get 1 beep but just get a blank white screen when I try enter SSID , iv tried all the rubbish mitsubishi say on web . I can find the car and enter password in standard WiFi on phone , so the car is active. Problem is in the app and so with mitsubishi to fix. JOKE

Once the battery and gas are used up, pixie dust will get you about 350 miles.
battery goes 29km and gas 400-480km (1L / 12km on a 40L reservoir). Personal experience.
