Thank you so much for such a helpful video! I love how to the point you were. I appreciate your not unnecessarily drawing out the length of this video. Easy to follow, quick to watch and super informative. Not sure why the arseholes at EchoSoundWorks had to knock it as it is VERY effective and appreciated by the audience who needs this information. Thank you!!
Walking 15K steps a day I have slight pain in my left front ball of my foot, nothing serious but, I wanted to investigate possible treatment. I bought a gel-filled pair of sole inserts for my Brooks Ghost walking shoes and now I'll start doing some of these exercises. I appreciate how right to the point you are and these helpful tips
Is it normal for that area to be more uncomfortable and to feel as though you can't stand for long when you begin these exercises until that area has gotten stronger and more flexible?
Maybe start with sitting with hands a little behind you and putting a foam pad between your foot and the wall and try some of the same exercises…or if you can somehow suspend a pad on the wall or have it leaning against the wall so you don’t have to hold it up with your foot. It’s been 6 months since your comment so hope you’re all better.
@@beybladeburstcombo1195 …how’d you get better? With foot rest and/or exercises? Or did inflammation just go away and improve in its own? I got the same thing right now with my right foot. It’s not that bad, I can stand, walk and run a little bit but it’s painful after 4-5 min of running.
@@sachakopa7964 I went for a check up the doctor gave me some strong antibiotics and it work, my advice for you is too drink alot of water and dont stress your foot too much

All exercises should be pain free to perform. We recommend speaking to a medical professional before carrying out any of these exercises
How are you feeling after 2 months?
What kind of foam?
Hi Aba,
We normally recommend our patient use a foam balance pad that you can pick up from Amazon
Volume could be a little bit improved
You can't see the exercises because of the words?
How much coffee does that physio drink in a day?
He’s a man who’s passionate about his work
What if I cramp during😭
Hard to see the foot movements due to the words (closed captions) sitting over the video.
You can turn these off by clicking on the CC icon. There are no subtitles embedded in the video.
I cant even stand right how am i supposed to do this

It’s wild this vid is only a year old. Production quality, pacing and general vibe is akin to TH-cam circa 2015
Thanks for the comment. That is probably cause we spend our time in clinic treating and helping patients

Why would you even write this? They’re helping people for free.
Hey man give up the coffee!
great accent
Good content… terrible audio
Thanks for the feedback. We’ve really worked on the audio and hopefully in our future videos you’ll really notice the difference
0.75x thank me later
Speak slowly please
you can slow down the speed
You talk too fast, people don’t have time to process. Not everybody has such a good ability to process. This is a teaching class not show class.
You can slow the playback speed on TH-cam.
Rewinding it is incredibly easy, come on man
Way too fast.
