I can’t walk without limping, I’ve been icing it off and on and got some gels pads for my foot. I got this from skateboarding and wearing flat shoes. I am thinking it may have stared from wearing tightly fitted red bottom high heels and flat shoes with worn down soles and no support....but I am unsure. I just wish I could have my pain free life back again ..when I massage and rub my feet i get a little temporary relief .. after that the pain is back every single day and I also have a job now where I stand and work on my feet all day . I found Toe Socks online, and they eased the pain pretty good. But after a while I needed my toes spread a little more and that's when I found (Correct Toes) online. After I got used to them, they worked great - I hope this helps you

      Hello!
Every body type is different, and as always, we recommend you talk to a health professional such as a personal trainer, physical therapist, or your doctor - especially if you are in pain or discomfort - their opinion should come first. These medical professionals will know your medical history and physical capabilities better than we ever could since we are unable to assess your situation.
