Great video. I'm still taking my sweet time completing the game but I found that the Blasphemous blade, nighttime, plus talisman, plus group/message rune buffs x3. Arrow the bird, then heavy strike the enemy closest to you on the left, then guy on the far right, and then the guy in the middle closest to you. The last one should also get the sentry's grouped up. Good alternative for non NG+ players. Great guide!

I've labbed this time and time again. I farmed 30 golden feet and went and used all of them up while farming there. And then I just straight farmed with out the feet for the exact same amount of time I spent farming feet and then using them all. Just straight farming nets you alot more runes in the same amount of time it takes to do feet farming and using them all. So in short farming feet for farming runes earns runes slower than just straight farming because you don't waste alot of time farming feet.
Farming for the ingredients to make the golden feet is something you can do at any time. You don't have to wait to do it just before farming runes at Palace Approach. It's actually very easy to do as indicated in the guide.
@@davidtsmith33 actually I have found a new method of farming the four toed fowl foot that makes farming fast enough to make more runes than just straight farming. Go to the grace site in caelid next to the bridge that leads to redmane castle. Right beside the grace in the cliff like 10 feet away is 3 birds. Use the starscourge greatswords skill to kill all three. Then back to the grace rinse repeat. Takes 7 to 8 seconds each run. Then spawn at the merchants shack in south weeping peninsula head to the Golden scarab farming spot. Quickly kill everything respawn at the merchants shack rinse repeat.
And for anyone who wonders how many gold-pickled fowl foot you need, you can basically get 10-11 of them birds before it runs out, so bring 699 arrows which is the cap limit with 70+ gold-pickle fowl foots and you're set for a long grind which will get you capped out in 1-2 of the stats if it's your first rune run, will take about 3hrs only, but then you're completely set and ready to go, this is if you don't kill them smaller ones and haven't finished the game yet
I did the math and getting 800,000,000 runes in ng+ with the gold scarab and gold pickled fowl foot constantly activated would take around 40 hours of nonstop farming. You seriously click baited a video on how to get to the number one most popular rune farming spot in the game and most of the video was just how to get the fowl feet.
and it's way faster to just run and use Sacred Relic sword Ash and teleport back to grace and repeat than to waste time with the bird or waste time getting the fowl foot. Way faster to just farm the albinaurics
I bought the infamous Sacred Relic sword with wave of gold skill for farming way before meeting the final boss. I couldn't wait til the end of the game to get it. Actually I still haven't beaten the final boss Elden Beast. He's way difficult. Anyway it was one of the best investments ever and costed pennies. Soon as I was able to reach the farm site I farmed the heck out of those albinaurics in seconds and still do....thousands upon thousands of runes to millions in no time. Best farming spot ever. And as for the sword, it's become one of my always-on weapons 'cause it's very good for combat also especially for clearing out mobs easy as pie.
Theres a mechanic that's called overkill. If you do 1.5x damage to an enemy, you'll get an extra 20% bonus runes. The AoW deals pure holy damage, so it scales only of faith. Have it as high as possible, use Alexander shard, Ritual sword and sacred scorpion charms with your gold rune charm. Drink a physic with holy and faith tears in it. This way you'll get an extra 20% runes.
Best spot to farm birds is actually the bridge before Radahns castle. There are 3 birds that are literally 2 steps from the grace. You just turn around, aoe, rest at grace and repeat. 10x more efficient than running back and forth to the beach and going from bird to bird.
This was a good farm spot I would say go to the beach if you popped the silver foots but if not you could get 3 to 2 foots every 20 seconds Running to the beach and sniping is like a few minutes alone
Theres a closer grace for the gold firefly farm than the 4th church. Its a merchant shack (you can see it at 5:04 to the left) and a much better run and it has rowa around it and on the way to the lake. And the best bird farm is in caelid, the grace before Radahn's castle. 3 birds right by the grace. Use a bow and shoot them so they don't fly off or fall off.
Best spot for the feet is at the very first merchant/church.. When u spawn just head right towards the ocean, but along the way there are like 14 or so eagles on the ruin tops and cliffs. Then when u arrive at the shore there are like 20 penguins, maybe a lil less.. But ive done extremely well with this location but not the one on the vid. Btw thanks for the vid I'm Just thought I'd mention this. so if anyone wnts to try an alternative spot check it out.. if ur not having much luck on this spot on vid.
Agreed: the Church of Ellah beach is better, IMO. Faster, several Rowa bushes to get there also. I've done both and I prefer the first site in Limgrave to the later one.
No, it's the impassable bridge by radahns castle. 3 birds 10 steps away from the grace. Spawn in, kill, reset, repeat. I recommend a bow so they don't fly away or fall off.
Man I had no idea the gold foot buff stuck with you after resting. I assumed it was gone since it would be lost after fast traveling and never paid attention. I went through SOOOOO many gold and silver foul foots while farming. So glad I watched your video and noticed the gold glow after getting up.
@@notneb82 @mee091000 you are both right and wrong at the same time. It either can or cannot stick depending on how you rest at the grace. If you walk to a grace and rest it will stick, if you fast travel to a grave it will not. Hope that helps clear some things up.
True this is the current best way to level up but it won't get you there fast. Leveling up around on average 102 Levels per playthrough throughout 7 playthroughs will take a hell of a grind. Yes the amount of ruins earned increases and using the golden scarab and pickle foot increases the amount needed drastically increases per level and especially per playthrough. It's nearly impossible to level up after a certain amount of playthroughs because you need to be saving them for quite some time even to level up once.
Patches is still alive for me which is odd because I went through his quest line where he gives me his trinket outside the fort boss room and dies but I just went back to his cave opened his other chest he spawned back in and attack me then he recognized me and said he was going to go set up shop with some other lad lol I then went and rested at the grace and went back to him and he was still there and he reopened his shop for me again.
Hands down the best farming location in the entire game and best sword to farm the albinaurics on the top there. With one shot of the bird and cleaning out the albinaurics with the Sacred Relic sword I average 74,000 runes within 15-30 secs a pop. If I include proceeding lower down the cliff I average 170,600+ runes. in 5 mins....one run.

@@St3nt0rso if you stand on the ledge by the grace and shoot the bird, it will aggro to you, but since it can't reach you, it'll actually run itself off the cliff and die, giving you its runes!
If you do the Mohgwyn Audience Grounds rune glitch with the pickled foot equipped, you can get about 400K runes every time you do it, very simple, just a little parkour on Torrent, jumping off the side of the map and then spamming light attack.

My math could be wrong, but it would take me 7 days (give or take) of non stop playing to reach max level from my current level of 194. On first playthough and with golden scarab. I start from that grace, run to the rock, swing the sword, and run back. That's about 30k every 10sec (give or take). I need about 1.6B to reach max level.
Very nice video, the only thing you missed out were to use the feathers you get collecting them foots to craft arrows for the bird that gives out 17k+ runes but other than that awesome
there's 50 thousand rune farm videos all of them are 10 minutes all of them have a different wind up to the 9-10 minute mark but they all end the same *BiRd fArM + fRoG gUyS fArM* damn you sir
I use mighty shot on a leveled up bow, aim and shoot the 2nd bird way behind the front one. If you time it right, you can get both birds to jump off the cliff. Doesn't work every time but with a foot and golden scarab, a bit over 35000 runes real quick.

(Seriously) I am sick and tired of trying to get information on this game, and gamers simply show off, and go way, way, too fast. I simply skip them; this IS NOT a tournament. Also the varre quest you need ps+ for multiplayer so u need to take the long route using mountain top of the giabts for the other half of the haligtree medalion
Gave up ever reaching max level. Who has weeks to mindnumbingly farm? Most boring thing I have ever done. Literally tell asleep in my chair multiple times trying.
There are 3 other weapons that can kill mobs for first time players. Rykards sword, the misbegotten heavy sword that does a long gravitational wave cast, and mohgwyns spear. Or dragon’s breath and ancient dragon lighting incantation spell. But the final boss weapon is the quickest weapon to farm and kill enemies due to the insane range and spread of its attack. To Maximize your time it’s just faster to kill the mobs and skip the bird because you can focus on killing the enemy mobs quickly and not worry about aiming at the bird who will sometimes not jump off. But for those that don’t have access to varres quest reward to port to mohgs place. The huge grey dragon in calied is the best option to kill early and farm. You just need to get the flail with arcane as your main stat build up to atleast 30 to speed up the blood proc and every 2mins you’ll get 50-90k runes based on what rune buffs you’ve got on. Just make sure when the dragon is almost dead that your mounted and the moment his tail moves from dying to quickly sprint to the grace, and dismount little before the grace. That way you land on in quickly to respawn the big dragon before you get its runes. Takes about 30 secs if you equip items to help with stamina increase and two mana pots when using the flail with minimum 30 arcane points. The more points in arcane the less hits to bleed proc and you can also put any incantation on your weapon for extra dmg to speed up the killing.

Farming the albinaurics normally is much much faster than farming gold pickled fowl foots because the time spent collecting the resources for the feet doesn't make up for the time spent farming. Additionally, unless you have a macro and a ridiculously good computer that can maintain elden ring at a good frame rate for about 40 - 128 hours depending on which new journey you are on, farming like that isn't viable for the later levels of 500 to 713, and the only reasonable method is just to dupe lord runes. It requires a friend who has the game though.
Golden fowl feet require Rowa Fruit, Four-towed fowl feet, and golden fireflies. Rowa fruit is literally everywhere. You want to be farming Rowa fruit as soon as you start the game. And never pass up opportunities to take Torrent through a patch of Rowa Fruit and tap triangle a bunch. Four-toed fowl feet are farmed off of birds. Birds are also found pretty much everywhere also. So if you've been farming Rowa fruit and fowl feet from the very start, then the only thing you'll be short on by the time you reach the palace is Golden Fireflies. So as long as you have been farming Rowa fruit and fowl feet from the very start, it won't take you nearly as long to gather the remaining resource. So, in the end. I would highly recommend taking a whole day just gathering these items, that way, you have hundreds of Golden Fowl Feet to work with. With an active Golden Fowl Foot, the Golden Scarab, and the Sacred Relic Sword equipped, you can average out at around One Million runes every six minutes on your first game. Even more on NG+ Definitely worth it.
I would recommend just using multiplayer group codes rather than farming gold feet because you get the same effect and it’s very common because of how many people are in those groups.
This farm is the best but don’t use them remember the percentage is based on what you have so it increases 20% plus the fowl foot plus the hood eyes. It adds up quick.
This is not the fastest method - killing the crow and running down for 1 extra swing of wave of gold are time wasters when using gold fowl foot. It has been proven you net way more if you just run to the rock, L2 one time, once the animation finishes, run back to the grace and rest (you’ll keep earning your souls when the screen fades). Running to the rock, hitting L2, then running back should only take you around 10 seconds. The crow and extra wave of gold results in an overall loss (not to mention you can miss the crow easily or hit the tree).
NG+ also helps a lot and if you over kill enemies (1 shot and do 150% of their health) you get extra 20% runes with all that i make 1.4mill every 3 minutes
Yeah this farm is way faster than the one I’m doing. I’m getting around 30k every 15-25 seconds farming the lord of blood area right before the boss with his weapon after defeating him and leveling it up.
I don't agree that you can't use magic because the birds just fly off: I use a low-level invisible spell (Night Shard) and sometimes an invisibility spell and I've farmed a LOT of birds. Maybe one flies off a run, but with practice you can quickly hit most of the fliers, too. Also, the 30% using the gold-footed pickled fowl foot is a huge buff, especially when used with the golden scarab talisman. The best runs are as shown in this video, to RUN back to the site of grace, don't fast-travel there. I don't bother with the big bird anymore: slows me down. I can get in six runs per gold-footed pickled fowl foot before the buff wears out and the sparkles stop. This is very profitable indeed, and I think a lot of people who think it costs too much in time spent farming the birds and Rowa and gold fireflies are probably wasting the runs they could do by fast-travelling back to the site of grace from the lower end of the hill. Don't bother with the Albinurics at the bottom: just do a couple hits with the Elden Beast Relic sword and run back to the site of grace. Very efficient. I'm 381 level and mean to stay at that level for now in NG+.
Cool! I just started my second journey. I just made it to Liurnia, and doing Varre's task is a cakewalk. I'll beat the vestage of Renalla, go slap up Radahn, and then get the blood of a dead maden. That shouldn't take me too long... Maybe I'll pay Calid a visit and get the other half of the Dectus tablet. No need to fight Radahn just yet... But I do have the scarlet rot dragon breath... Decisions, decisions.

I managed to glitch myself to Farum Azula with the four belfry teleporter and turning off my ps5 while travelling to the round table, when I logged back in, I was off the tiny rock island and on the main Farum Azula. After that I got ancient dragons lightning strike and shot the bird then committed Albinauric genocide.
Nice helpful Video. If you want to ease the boredom of your rowa farming, you can simply ride around Lake Agheel. I picked up 100 Rowa each time around. Probably not faster, but a whole lot less boring. :D
Killing patches there is not a good idea... for one you can just buy it from him. Then after that he moves to volcano manor, and is the ONLY merchant that sells unlimited kukri, AND hes also the only way to get the magma whip
This is a lie. Lvl 1 cannot do all this aside from gathering the ingredients and crafting the golden fowl feet. You have to defeat the Elden Beast to get the weapon, which is mostly impossible for a lvl 1 to do. Speed runners might be able to kill the Elden Beast, but the average (or in my case less than average) cannot do this.
@@baeshin I think you also need it to be +10 sword to do the full damage as well, but Somber Smithing Stones cannot be given. Also if the friend already has it at +10, you need to have a +10 item in your inventory to pick it up. Therefore, it's already a journey to get a +10 item.
What they don’t tell you: get to end game. As well as following quest lines is “simple” the game gives you little to go on, and is very unforgiving if you don’t know what you’re doing.
Still the best farm. On ng+ with fowl foot you net about 5 mil runes in 15 minutes. Too bad that’s only like 8 levels once you’re past level 200… make stuff drop more runes in ng+ Miyazaki! Damn
@@TheGhostLad1 do pvp if you invade in the first step yeah I know gankers live there but if you manage to take them out one by one cough cough fingerprint great shield with godskin peeler with blood you can block and poke at the same time most annoying build but it's the best way to take people out with ease. I've just pvp'd there for a hundred hours or so and I'm half way to max level. I've been on the character for about 212 hours
Definitely wouldn't go by the "wiki" that's false info. Look it up on TH-cam. There are videos on where to actually get it. TH-cam is better than "wiki"
I'm a level 90 Astrologer who has beatin almost all the greatest of foes you will fight in Eldon Ring. I would listen to this guy about information that he brings. But, thought I would share some info to would be new players that are stumped by the enemy beating you. And help iron out some tips to advance your player
So, do you have to kill Patches for this? does it appears there again after you completed the game? what is really needed to get his bellbearing? sorry but it is very hard for me to understand you but I see it works, watched video few times still lost, I guess I will be tired of playing at level 90 already and less half of game done and watch this video few more times to understand what is needed to do this which is awesome. Seems to me this is after completing the game for what little I can understand in the part of the cave; in my game patches is now at the Volcano Manor, I have not started the assassination quests yet there
I still like the elder dragon one better.. its much quicker in terms of process. Just don't screw up like I did and dismount before getting back to the grace in time and lose the dragon forever
Another way of farming this spot is by looking left of the site of Grace and shooting at the giant bird, making it run in your direction off the cliff. You can also find the golden scarab which increases the amount of runes earned when killing an enemy. I've gotten quite a few lvls from using it and the sacred relic sword at this spot
Another good tip to quickly farm gold fire flies is to quit game after looting. Everything will respawn and you’ll be right near at the same spot, which is faster than teleporting back to the nearest grace and running way back.
I love it when I already knew EVERYTHING you just showed us EXCEPT the 3 micro seconds you told us how to get to the other side of the River Bank to farm! GREAT EXPLANATION! This is like the worse video to explain Gold-Pickle Fowl Foot farm and it's not even the most optimized spot. Go to Mistwood Outskirts (site of grace before reaching Third Church of Marika) and go south on horseback until you hit a small pond with a sleeping bear and another roaming bear. Dodge the roaming bear to collect the gold fireflies and return to the site of grace to reset, rinse repeat until you max out. Go to Impassable Greatbridge site of grace (by Redmane Castle bridge), equip a weapon with hoarfrost stomp and silver scarab and use a Silver-Pickled Foul Foot. Hoarfrost Stomp the birds, loot, reset at site of grace until buff runs out and repeat until maxed out. To get to Moghwyn Palace you either have to do the PvP quest with Varre (plenty of tutorials for this) or use the portal entrance by the Consecrated Snow Fields. The farming spot you see is only useful if you've finished the game. All the TH-camrs fail to tell you this, without finishing the game killing the Elden Beast and using the rememberance to get the Sacred Relic Sword it's near useless to farm in Moghwyn Palace unless you want to shoot the giant bird all day or horse jump the wall. Pretty much once you reach Moghwyn Palace you don't want to go up the area with the big pack of enemies which will have a few of them who run and explode at you. Instead turn around run towards the giant tree behind you and pretty much hang a right making a U-Turn 180 and hug the left wall to climb up to the farming spot and grab the site of grace. Pretty much if you see the giant spawning skeletons you're heading in the right place.

7:52 when you swing elden beast sword then runing back to grace and do same and skipping to swing it 2 times and just to do ones and run back and repite is fastest way to farm. make sure to have music in background becuze of this farm will be really fast and not fun.
I'm lvl 325 on nw plus 7 I can tell you for a fact this is wasting your time , your better of just using the Elden beast weapon and spamming his special movie bro
also if you are having trouble getting arrows...why i dont know..but if ya are..the socery Rock Sling will reach the bird down there. if you wanna simply farm the bird with the golden scarab talisman you can get around 13k every time you lure it off the cliff. the gold fowl foot would add to that of course. did they fix the rune farm of that huge dragon that you can kill and then rest at the site of grace really close by and the dragon resets but ya still get the runes? if they fixed that someone lemme know plz?
You have to kill Radagon (the last boss) and then go to the fingers and speak to the creepy lady and buy it off her with Radagons great rune and it costs 20k runes, to do this method well u need to basically max the weapon so get all somber stone bell bearings
The fastest spot is in another video which shows a place in the snow area that you double jump while on the horse and continue spamming the attack button. After 30-40 seconds, you get 80,000 plus runes. I’ve confirmed it works

Yea but how will you get there at RL 1 like the thumbnail says, and how will you get to use Sacred Relic Sword at RL1. Even if you do get all the necessary talismans+ godrick rune, how will you make it deal 1900 damage to one shot the albinaurics?
and they wouldnt be wrong anyway. note you could start at the lowest possible lvl. but keep in mind your gonna lvl up yourself regardless. unless your a god capable and planning to do a lvl 1 run. which most people arent doing lightly so your not gonna be lvl 1 when you get to the spot anyway unless you purposely decide to do so. which is HIGHLY UNLIKELY.
this is my first souls game ...my character is level 180 and my build is not optimized im 50 on everything accept arcane ...but that's not either here nor there....the bird farm is the best way if your timing is right wit the gold pickle foot thingy and the 15% talisman, you can get 17,500 per arrow and if you smooth at it you can do 120,000 before the gold pickle wears off.....last night I did a run of 600.000 took me 10-12 mins
@@lesdawg71 it'll be a good grind, at first. Once you finish the Elden Beast and craft its sword you'll be able to farm millions, albeit in hours, from the exact same spot. That's what he meant by wave grace. You kill all the albinurics with 2 waves, grace and repeat.
thats quite a bit slower than just farming the hill w/ the sacred relic sword and the golden scarab talisman. just run up to the rock thats jutting out a bit, use the AoW and run back to grace immediately. dont farm for fowl feet as it takes time thats better spent rune farming as far as runes per hour is concerned. just use the fowl feet if you just so happen to have them and nothing more. also dont bother with the bird its just a waste of time.
I’d love to know another place to farm. You can rune the crap out of it but it gets boring. Thinking the haigtree solders may be a good farm as they drop 7k each and there are a ton just before the lift. (And you can summo )

I went to the haligtree area to get the silver scarab so it's easier to get the feet, when you enter the tree and go left on the path and are on the octagon platform, just straight down on the area with a broken railing and head to the wall on the left, pick up the item and then hit the wall on the right, and it'd in the chest

Uhhh , no doesn’t have to be at night, only thing that makes anything special is when the golden leaves are falling, golden eyes is just “rare”

Correct any consumables for runes is a waste just use gear for more runes don't waste items save for big bosses thats when the extra runes matter

@@davidtsmith33 actually I have found a new method of farming the four toed fowl foot that makes farming fast enough to make more runes than just straight farming. Go to the grace site in caelid next to the bridge that leads to redmane castle. Right beside the grace in the cliff like 10 feet away is 3 birds. Use the starscourge greatswords skill to kill all three. Then back to the grace rinse repeat. Takes 7 to 8 seconds each run. Then spawn at the merchants shack in south weeping peninsula head to the Golden scarab farming spot. Quickly kill everything respawn at the merchants shack rinse repeat.
And for anyone who wonders how many gold-pickled fowl foot you need, you can basically get 10-11 of them birds before it runs out, so bring 699 arrows which is the cap limit with 70+ gold-pickle fowl foots and you're set for a long grind which will get you capped out in 1-2 of the stats if it's your first rune run, will take about 3hrs only, but then you're completely set and ready to go, this is if you don't kill them smaller ones and haven't finished the game yet

I did the math and getting 800,000,000 runes in ng+ with the gold scarab and gold pickled fowl foot constantly activated would take around 40 hours of nonstop farming. You seriously click baited a video on how to get to the number one most popular rune farming spot in the game and most of the video was just how to get the fowl feet.
Forreal like after u get the fowel feet you have to go to a completely different part of the map that u gotta beat a quest line for
and it's way faster to just run and use Sacred Relic sword Ash and teleport back to grace and repeat than to waste time with the bird or waste time getting the fowl foot. Way faster to just farm the albinaurics

I bought the infamous Sacred Relic sword with wave of gold skill for farming way before meeting the final boss. I couldn't wait til the end of the game to get it. Actually I still haven't beaten the final boss Elden Beast. He's way difficult.
Anyway it was one of the best investments ever and costed pennies. Soon as I was able to reach the farm site I farmed the heck out of those albinaurics in seconds and still do....thousands upon thousands of runes to millions in no time. Best farming spot ever.
And as for the sword, it's become one of my always-on weapons 'cause it's very good for combat also especially for clearing out mobs easy as pie.
Theres a mechanic that's called overkill. If you do 1.5x damage to an enemy, you'll get an extra 20% bonus runes. The AoW deals pure holy damage, so it scales only of faith. Have it as high as possible, use Alexander shard, Ritual sword and sacred scorpion charms with your gold rune charm. Drink a physic with holy and faith tears in it. This way you'll get an extra 20% runes.
Best spot to farm birds is actually the bridge before Radahns castle. There are 3 birds that are literally 2 steps from the grace. You just turn around, aoe, rest at grace and repeat. 10x more efficient than running back and forth to the beach and going from bird to bird.

Theres a closer grace for the gold firefly farm than the 4th church. Its a merchant shack (you can see it at 5:04 to the left) and a much better run and it has rowa around it and on the way to the lake. And the best bird farm is in caelid, the grace before Radahn's castle. 3 birds right by the grace. Use a bow and shoot them so they don't fly off or fall off.
Best spot for the feet is at the very first merchant/church.. When u spawn just head right towards the ocean, but along the way there are like 14 or so eagles on the ruin tops and cliffs. Then when u arrive at the shore there are like 20 penguins, maybe a lil less.. But ive done extremely well with this location but not the one on the vid. Btw thanks for the vid I'm Just thought I'd mention this. so if anyone wnts to try an alternative spot check it out.. if ur not having much luck on this spot on vid.

Agreed: the Church of Ellah beach is better, IMO. Faster, several Rowa bushes to get there also. I've done both and I prefer the first site in Limgrave to the later one.

Man I had no idea the gold foot buff stuck with you after resting. I assumed it was gone since it would be lost after fast traveling and never paid attention. I went through SOOOOO many gold and silver foul foots while farming. So glad I watched your video and noticed the gold glow after getting up.

@mee091000 you are both right and wrong at the same time. It either can or cannot stick depending on how you rest at the grace. If you walk to a grace and rest it will stick, if you fast travel to a grave it will not. Hope that helps clear some things up.
Ive found that using the crespus’s vial to silence your movements helps to get the birds if you go the melee route
True this is the current best way to level up but it won't get you there fast. Leveling up around on average 102 Levels per playthrough throughout 7 playthroughs will take a hell of a grind. Yes the amount of ruins earned increases and using the golden scarab and pickle foot increases the amount needed drastically increases per level and especially per playthrough. It's nearly impossible to level up after a certain amount of playthroughs because you need to be saving them for quite some time even to level up once.

Level 486 and I mostly leveled from killing invaders on PvP
Patches is still alive for me which is odd because I went through his quest line where he gives me his trinket outside the fort boss room and dies but I just went back to his cave opened his other chest he spawned back in and attack me then he recognized me and said he was going to go set up shop with some other lad lol I then went and rested at the grace and went back to him and he was still there and he reopened his shop for me again.
I just kill him since it's easier for me to get his bell bearing and get a bunch of gold pickled fowl feet
Hands down the best farming location in the entire game and best sword to farm the albinaurics on the top there.
With one shot of the bird and cleaning out the albinaurics with the Sacred Relic sword I average 74,000 runes within 15-30 secs a pop.
If I include proceeding lower down the cliff I average 170,600+ runes. in 5 mins....one run.

@@St3nt0rso if you stand on the ledge by the grace and shoot the bird, it will aggro to you, but since it can't reach you, it'll actually run itself off the cliff and die, giving you its runes!

If you haven't finished the game the Starscourge Greatsword works well.. takes 3 pulls to clear hillside
If you do the Mohgwyn Audience Grounds rune glitch with the pickled foot equipped, you can get about 400K runes every time you do it, very simple, just a little parkour on Torrent, jumping off the side of the map and then spamming light attack.
Pair that with the gold scarab talisman too and you got even more

My math could be wrong, but it would take me 7 days (give or take) of non stop playing to reach max level from my current level of 194. On first playthough and with golden scarab. I start from that grace, run to the rock, swing the sword, and run back. That's about 30k every 10sec (give or take). I need about 1.6B to reach max level.

I use mighty shot on a leveled up bow, aim and shoot the 2nd bird way behind the front one. If you time it right, you can get both birds to jump off the cliff. Doesn't work every time but with a foot and golden scarab, a bit over 35000 runes real quick.

Gave up ever reaching max level. Who has weeks to mindnumbingly farm? Most boring thing I have ever done. Literally tell asleep in my chair multiple times trying.
There are 3 other weapons that can kill mobs for first time players. Rykards sword, the misbegotten heavy sword that does a long gravitational wave cast, and mohgwyns spear. Or dragon’s breath and ancient dragon lighting incantation spell. But the final boss weapon is the quickest weapon to farm and kill enemies due to the insane range and spread of its attack. To Maximize your time it’s just faster to kill the mobs and skip the bird because you can focus on killing the enemy mobs quickly and not worry about aiming at the bird who will sometimes not jump off.
But for those that don’t have access to varres quest reward to port to mohgs place. The huge grey dragon in calied is the best option to kill early and farm. You just need to get the flail with arcane as your main stat build up to atleast 30 to speed up the blood proc and every 2mins you’ll get 50-90k runes based on what rune buffs you’ve got on. Just make sure when the dragon is almost dead that your mounted and the moment his tail moves from dying to quickly sprint to the grace, and dismount little before the grace. That way you land on in quickly to respawn the big dragon before you get its runes. Takes about 30 secs if you equip items to help with stamina increase and two mana pots when using the flail with minimum 30 arcane points. The more points in arcane the less hits to bleed proc and you can also put any incantation on your weapon for extra dmg to speed up the killing.

Farming the albinaurics normally is much much faster than farming gold pickled fowl foots because the time spent collecting the resources for the feet doesn't make up for the time spent farming. Additionally, unless you have a macro and a ridiculously good computer that can maintain elden ring at a good frame rate for about 40 - 128 hours depending on which new journey you are on, farming like that isn't viable for the later levels of 500 to 713, and the only reasonable method is just to dupe lord runes. It requires a friend who has the game though.
Good note for everyone new game + you will get more runes then your first play through so it’s not all that bad actually better
At 5:06, the hut to the left of his blue marker contains a site of grace as well as a merchant who sells some decent items.
Golden fowl feet require Rowa Fruit, Four-towed fowl feet, and golden fireflies. Rowa fruit is literally everywhere. You want to be farming Rowa fruit as soon as you start the game. And never pass up opportunities to take Torrent through a patch of Rowa Fruit and tap triangle a bunch. Four-toed fowl feet are farmed off of birds. Birds are also found pretty much everywhere also. So if you've been farming Rowa fruit and fowl feet from the very start, then the only thing you'll be short on by the time you reach the palace is Golden Fireflies. So as long as you have been farming Rowa fruit and fowl feet from the very start, it won't take you nearly as long to gather the remaining resource. So, in the end. I would highly recommend taking a whole day just gathering these items, that way, you have hundreds of Golden Fowl Feet to work with.
With an active Golden Fowl Foot, the Golden Scarab, and the Sacred Relic Sword equipped, you can average out at around One Million runes every six minutes on your first game. Even more on NG+
Definitely worth it.
If you want a better place to farm Rowa fruit, Jarburg is also a good option

I would recommend just using multiplayer group codes rather than farming gold feet because you get the same effect and it’s very common because of how many people are in those groups.
This farm is the best but don’t use them remember the percentage is based on what you have so it increases 20% plus the fowl foot plus the hood eyes. It adds up quick.
This is not the fastest method - killing the crow and running down for 1 extra swing of wave of gold are time wasters when using gold fowl foot. It has been proven you net way more if you just run to the rock, L2 one time, once the animation finishes, run back to the grace and rest (you’ll keep earning your souls when the screen fades). Running to the rock, hitting L2, then running back should only take you around 10 seconds. The crow and extra wave of gold results in an overall loss (not to mention you can miss the crow easily or hit the tree).
NG+ also helps a lot and if you over kill enemies (1 shot and do 150% of their health) you get extra 20% runes

Yeah this farm is way faster than the one I’m doing. I’m getting around 30k every 15-25 seconds farming the lord of blood area right before the boss with his weapon after defeating him and leveling it up.
I don't agree that you can't use magic because the birds just fly off: I use a low-level invisible spell (Night Shard) and sometimes an invisibility spell and I've farmed a LOT of birds. Maybe one flies off a run, but with practice you can quickly hit most of the fliers, too.
Also, the 30% using the gold-footed pickled fowl foot is a huge buff, especially when used with the golden scarab talisman. The best runs are as shown in this video, to RUN back to the site of grace, don't fast-travel there. I don't bother with the big bird anymore: slows me down. I can get in six runs per gold-footed pickled fowl foot before the buff wears out and the sparkles stop. This is very profitable indeed, and I think a lot of people who think it costs too much in time spent farming the birds and Rowa and gold fireflies are probably wasting the runs they could do by fast-travelling back to the site of grace from the lower end of the hill. Don't bother with the Albinurics at the bottom: just do a couple hits with the Elden Beast Relic sword and run back to the site of grace. Very efficient. I'm 381 level and mean to stay at that level for now in NG+.

I managed to glitch myself to Farum Azula with the four belfry teleporter and turning off my ps5 while travelling to the round table, when I logged back in, I was off the tiny rock island and on the main Farum Azula.
After that I got ancient dragons lightning strike and shot the bird then committed Albinauric genocide.
That ability or sword art is nuts just wipes out enemies.
For the bird's foot farm, I think it's easier to use the cave Site Of Grace at that same beach to reset?😊😊😊

Killing patches there is not a good idea... for one you can just buy it from him. Then after that he moves to volcano manor, and is the ONLY merchant that sells unlimited kukri, AND hes also the only way to get the magma whip
This is a lie. Lvl 1 cannot do all this aside from gathering the ingredients and crafting the golden fowl feet. You have to defeat the Elden Beast to get the weapon, which is mostly impossible for a lvl 1 to do. Speed runners might be able to kill the Elden Beast, but the average (or in my case less than average) cannot do this.
I guess if they have a friend, the friend could give them the sword... but yea without the sword, it's not gonna work out
@@baeshin I think you also need it to be +10 sword to do the full damage as well, but Somber Smithing Stones cannot be given. Also if the friend already has it at +10, you need to have a +10 item in your inventory to pick it up. Therefore, it's already a journey to get a +10 item.

The problem this buff not permanent,you can get more runes by not wasting your time collecting material for golden foot that only last for a few min.
Another way of farming this spot is by looking left of the site of Grace and shooting at the giant bird, making it run in your direction off the cliff. You can also find the golden scarab which increases the amount of runes earned when killing an enemy. I've gotten quite a few lvls from using it and the sacred relic sword at this spot
Another good tip to quickly farm gold fire flies is to quit game after looting. Everything will respawn and you’ll be right near at the same spot, which is faster than teleporting back to the nearest grace and running way back.

This is like the worse video to explain Gold-Pickle Fowl Foot farm and it's not even the most optimized spot. Go to Mistwood Outskirts (site of grace before reaching Third Church of Marika) and go south on horseback until you hit a small pond with a sleeping bear and another roaming bear. Dodge the roaming bear to collect the gold fireflies and return to the site of grace to reset, rinse repeat until you max out. Go to Impassable Greatbridge site of grace (by Redmane Castle bridge), equip a weapon with hoarfrost stomp and silver scarab and use a Silver-Pickled Foul Foot. Hoarfrost Stomp the birds, loot, reset at site of grace until buff runs out and repeat until maxed out.
To get to Moghwyn Palace you either have to do the PvP quest with Varre (plenty of tutorials for this) or use the portal entrance by the Consecrated Snow Fields. The farming spot you see is only useful if you've finished the game. All the TH-camrs fail to tell you this, without finishing the game killing the Elden Beast and using the rememberance to get the Sacred Relic Sword it's near useless to farm in Moghwyn Palace unless you want to shoot the giant bird all day or horse jump the wall.
Pretty much once you reach Moghwyn Palace you don't want to go up the area with the big pack of enemies which will have a few of them who run and explode at you. Instead turn around run towards the giant tree behind you and pretty much hang a right making a U-Turn 180 and hug the left wall to climb up to the farming spot and grab the site of grace. Pretty much if you see the giant spawning skeletons you're heading in the right place.

also if you are having trouble getting arrows...why i dont know..but if ya are..the socery Rock Sling will reach the bird down there. if you wanna simply farm the bird with the golden scarab talisman you can get around 13k every time you lure it off the cliff. the gold fowl foot would add to that of course.

You have to kill Radagon (the last boss) and then go to the fingers and speak to the creepy lady and buy it off her with Radagons great rune and it costs 20k runes, to do this method well u need to basically max the weapon so get all somber stone bell bearings

The fastest spot is in another video which shows a place in the snow area that you double jump while on the horse and continue spamming the attack button. After 30-40 seconds, you get 80,000 plus runes. I’ve confirmed it works
Ng+4 at the ledge and I get about 1.2 to 1.4 million per fowl foot use along with the scarab, jumping and glitching is horribly horribly inefficient and a waste of resources.

Yea but how will you get there at RL 1 like the thumbnail says, and how will you get to use Sacred Relic Sword at RL1. Even if you do get all the necessary talismans+ godrick rune, how will you make it deal 1900 damage to one shot the albinaurics?

I dont see your evidence. yes the thumbnail could have been altered. but from what i see this is the original thumbnail. so my point still stands.
and they wouldnt be wrong anyway. note you could start at the lowest possible lvl. but keep in mind your gonna lvl up yourself regardless. unless your a god capable and planning to do a lvl 1 run. which most people arent doing lightly so your not gonna be lvl 1 when you get to the spot anyway unless you purposely decide to do so. which is HIGHLY UNLIKELY.
So it is technically not wrong when your doing the process you get to that efficiency. but you have to WORK for it like everyone else.
I think shooting the bird is slower than wave grace then wave again
this is my first souls game ...my character is level 180 and my build is not optimized im 50 on everything accept arcane ...but that's not either here nor there....the bird farm is the best way if your timing is right wit the gold pickle foot thingy and the 15% talisman, you can get 17,500 per arrow and if you smooth at it you can do 120,000 before the gold pickle wears off.....last night I did a run of 600.000 took me 10-12 mins
@@lesdawg71 it'll be a good grind, at first. Once you finish the Elden Beast and craft its sword you'll be able to farm millions, albeit in hours, from the exact same spot. That's what he meant by wave grace. You kill all the albinurics with 2 waves, grace and repeat.
Another pretty good rune farming spot is the sealed tunnel but kill the miners and the dude that causes bleed
thats quite a bit slower than just farming the hill w/ the sacred relic sword and the golden scarab talisman. just run up to the rock thats jutting out a bit, use the AoW and run back to grace immediately. dont farm for fowl feet as it takes time thats better spent rune farming as far as runes per hour is concerned. just use the fowl feet if you just so happen to have them and nothing more. also dont bother with the bird its just a waste of time.
I’d love to know another place to farm. You can rune the crap out of it but it gets boring. Thinking the haigtree solders may be a good farm as they drop 7k each and there are a ton just before the lift. (And you can summo )
Why is shooting the bird important?
The bird isn’t worth it unless your too low level to kill the albinaurics
It's better to only kill the bird after the Rune buff has worn off.

Sell the runes at a merchant even if u wanna use them just sell for better results

I went to the haligtree area to get the silver scarab so it's easier to get the feet, when you enter the tree and go left on the path and are on the octagon platform, just straight down on the area with a broken railing and head to the wall on the left, pick up the item and then hit the wall on the right, and it'd in the chest
800 million runes lmao!! NG+2 gold scarab, gold fowl foot I get roughly 8 mil a half hour
and make sure to get the golden scarab talisman for even more runes
