what parts did you buy to convert it to propane?

@@thikkthunder Bakers Pride sells a conversion kit. Comes with a new orifice that works with propane and a special valve part. I also had to buy a new gas pressure regulator that was a different W.C. rating than natural gas.

@@jc146989 thanks I'm going to buy one. Is this something that is easy to do or did you have to hire a tech to do it?

@@thikkthunder I did it myself. Pretty straight forward once I figured it out. Biggest hassle was finding the right pressure regulator. Bakers Pride AS-M1221A Regulator Kit was what I used. Can't find or orifice part number. Good luck! Well built ovens!

How do you like the oven?

I love it. Takes a about an hour to heat up but after that makes great pizza. Same oven pizza maker Norma Knepp used to use. Good stuff!

@@cliff185026 Oven keeping up temp not a problem. I make 3-4 pies and cook them so never done large volume. I turn burner down between. If it cools too much I just keep heat cranked between making pies and it's fine. Rarely have to do that though.

@@jc146989 reason I ask is because I’m thinking of buying it and putting it in a trailer and selling pizza.
