Have never used these kind of pizza ovens, our store uses three of the Lincoln impringers conveyor ovens, 465°F for 6 minutes , Liked the vid Fullview always ❤❤
How long to the stones last? Do they require any maintenance? I noticed you only have one pallet of stones. Does the oven require another pallet of stones for each level of the oven? I bet those stones are expensive. Didn't I see in one of the videos that a stone was broken while unloading a pallet? Thanks, Alan from NC
