This inspires me to eat more, I’m trying to increase my metabolism by Increasing my calories and doing strength training and it kinda scares me to increase but I’m doing it slowly and I loveeee watching ur vids for inspiration 💗
i enjoyed the "level up" series ..its so inspiring .. this video was awesome.. i always thought that eating carbs is not not good for building muscle and loosing weight...im afraid to eat carbs ... now i can see you eat carbs in all your meals and you have perfect body.. i have to correct this idea and start eating carbs .. thanks sophiiiiii ..we love youu we lovveee youuu

I miss gym so much, i had lost 32 pounds when gym was open going 6 days a week became a size 12, now still in uk lockdown, no gym and failing at youtube workouts, stressed with uni at home ive gained 11 pounds, i wanna cry, your body is goals and you're so so pretty x

I am currently changing my workout routine from alot of cardio HIIT and hardly no strength to lockdown, this week I have started on my strength less cardio and hoping to achieve less body fat % and more muscle . what are the total calories and macros breakdown? curious, thats a lot of work for meal preps. and not cheap . probably i need to do what you do as i get older. right now im eggs sausage bacon everyday.. potatoes and meat. burgers chicken. no veggies at all.. ohh and i like my cheddar cheese.
