    Took your advice and bought myself heavier weights. Skipped my run this morning and opted to do this workout plus a yoga workout instead. Feel great now!!!

      But releasing in segments , then will likely drop the whole thing for a absolutely brutal session

      @@TheZeusFitness I signed up and got the 4x workouts emailed to me. Unfortunately I cannot do the Skulpt right now due to location / connectivity issues. I did see that you also have a 15min Summer workout. I am looking for a daily dumbbell workout that I can do without a gym and while traveling.
