So happy I found your channel. I have the attention span of a gnat so getting back into working out after the pandemic daze of telecommuting and Netflix was rough. The shorter vids have gotten me off my arse every night this week. Goal: Get my strength back and work up to the hour long vids. Good job dude, you are unobtrusive and soothing even when my legs were burning.
Excellent . We all have to start somewhere but starting is the main thing. Consistency is key, just get into a habit of making it part of your daily routine , even if it is 15 minutes to start 👍
G'day Mate, I'm Carl, I'm 59 and trying to get in decent shape & strength. I'm living on a rural property about 40 Min from Canberra in Australia. I've been doing some of your non-stop weight routines for about 2 months. The one including Bench Press, Squats, Romania Deadlifts, Bent over Rows and Military press is my favourite. Wanted to let you know that I'm making great gains using your videos. Yesterday I completed my 1st "age challenge" using your aforementioned routine. Only 25kg on the barbell. But I did 60 non stop reps of each exercise with only the time it takes for transition as breaks. The Mil Press was a killer and I did rest the bar on my chest twice to regroup. I've had both shoulders reconstructed so I'm cutting myself some slack on this and taking the win. So 1 set each of 60 reps. 1st age challenge done. Thanks for your motivation and example. Just tried this - oooowwwww - great workout. Love the no repeats! I've only been doing these for two weeks but I've become addicted and already feel stronger and fitter. Even my hubs has noticed a difference 😊
I must say, it took a week for me to get the tilting exercise (forward/back lunges and the lean forward with leg counter balance in back) down. Totally a great workout and my chest is getting a great pump afterwards
2 months in and i'm still on the beginner lessons lol. been doing either this or the 10 min version plus a cardio each day. am now doing this and a 15 minute cardio. 100% feeling stronger. Im exhausted at the end of it. Hopefully that is enough exercise daily to see a difference in my body down the line.

Hi, let me start with “I love your workouts” I’m a big fan👌🏻 But I can’t do lunges because I have a problem with my toes and feet. is there something I can replace the lunges with? I tend to change them for step ups at the moment, not sure if that a good swoop? If not, I wonder if you could suggest something else? Thanks
Why can't you do lunges? IF it is foot flexibility work on that first. If it is strength then do what the person suggested below and do not use weight. Go slow, concentrate on form as not to get hurt.
PowerWeight Training I’ve worked standing up for many years and now have bunions, they cause me no problems unless I roll my toes, something like lunges. I can run, do weights, cycle, swim, anything with no problems! it’s only if I do that lunge action!?🤷♂️
@@DOWNZY01 lunge forward and backward and side have pain? If you cannot do lunges, try steps up onto a bench or box. You can always hold onto more weight.
haha ! this seems really great, but i workout in the morning like 45 minuts after i woke up. to much energy for me ! whenever i work out in a afternoon i will give it a try :)
hadn't done this one in quite some time so i did it again, but this time upped the weight to 15#. really good burn, and maybe next time will see if I can do 17.5# 9/1

I regularly use your 20 minute Toning Home Dumbell workout and few others twice weekly, could you guide how to reduce the corner fat muscles which are seen at the corner of the under arm near chest area of both the sides which looks so ugly look, am trying to reduce could not able to do, kindly reply which workout will bring it to normal shape.
I would really need to see to be exact the area but likely just about reducing body fat! The right training, good clean diet and reducing body fat! PowerWeight Training I’ve worked standing up for many years and now have bunions, they cause me no problems unless I roll my toes, something like lunges. I can run, do weights, cycle, swim, anything with no problems! it’s only if I do that lunge action!?🤷♂️
@@DOWNZY01 lunge forward and backward and side have pain? If you cannot do lunges, try steps up onto a bench or box. You can always hold onto more weight.

How many times a week should this workout be done 5 days a week or every other day??
I regularly use your 20 minute Toning Home Dumbell workout and few others twice weekly, could you guide how to reduce the corner fat muscles which are seen at the corner of the under arm near chest area of both the sides which looks so ugly look, am trying to reduce could not able to do, kindly reply which workout will bring it to normal shape.
I would really need to see to be exact the area but likely just about reducing body fat! The right training, good clean diet and reducing body fat! May be worth checking out my 6 week shred program if you're looking a bit more structure on some training, building and toning and stripping body fat and keeping your nutrition right 👍
