What’s your opinion of cardio vs resistance training especially for weight loss? I hear so many conflicting things. Like that cardio is useless for weight loss (though may have e other benefits) and then that resistance training isn’t great for weight loss either because it doesn’t burn many calories. But again, can have other benefits. So hard to know what’s right.
This is one of the best workouts for building strength. Not only have I done this a couple of times but also I have been able to change the definition of light, moderate and heavy. Have enjoyed a lot of your workouts, but this is amazing.
I loved this workout. Thank you. Many of the "full body dumbbell" workouts are more cardio that resistance training. But with your workouts, I'm definitely getting a pump and am also expecting some hypertrophy. Thank you.
I'm just finishing this nice program twice! The second part the lighter dumbbells is so close to me and some more seconds for breaks and drink some electrolytes with Bcaa. I'll trying 2 times per week.

Loved the workout!! Just one question, I want to tone and lose belly fat, I do all of your workouts however how often should I do something like this a week to best accomplish my goals?? I do a 15 min hiit workout prior to this as well.
