Very excellent discussion. I liked the fact the Corissa talked about the fact that there is such thing as the diagnosable mental illness of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. The term narcissist is thrown about with great abandon these days without people bothering to note if someome is just showing traits or has the full blown disorder. The advice to not try to fix them, but instead focus on our reactions and what we can do to help ourselves was also very helpful. Thanks for this very enlightening video.❤
@lifespanwellnessbeauty-60i64 Thank you for watching Christallin and sharing your insights! I'm so glad you found the video enlightening 🙏🏽 I agree that the term "narcissist" is heavily used and whilst the traits can set the scene for any mistreatment someone has received, it's so important as Corissa said that we heal by taking the focus away from the other person and place the focus on oneself to gain back our personal power 🌷🙌🏽❤️
@DayOneLifeCoaching I'm with you there, Mary Beth. I'm a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), so I have to be super intentional about protecting and nourishing my energy 🌷🙏🏽✨️

Even a shift in energy can trigger me. If we are sensitive to energy, we can feel the subtle shifts in energy which can create anxiety.

We don’t have to relive the experience, but we need to be able to feel the depth of the wounds 💖
@DayOneLifeCoaching 💯! I'm glad you caught that insight! Thank you for watching 🌷🙏🏽💖
