"Come here little angry part, let me love you " 🥰 - as someone pursuing wholeness and integration, this is the single most powerful turning toward idea I've heard! Thank you you so much!

Mistake number 1 is thinking we can change other people. Look at yourself, how difficult would it be for you to change and become like someone else you know? Pretty much impossible. So, don’t waste you time. Move on and spend you life with likeminded people. :)

Love you dear, really needed that after I used some fancy words which made the narcissist go livid & my teacher's aimed to make my life a living hell. Distancing & meekness got it love

I have a lot of older women (I'm in my 40s) talk down to me and go out of their way to undermine and belittle me. They feel threatened. One example; while comforting a woman in her 60s who's brother was in the stages of death, another woman during this comforting chimed in and said, "well people in our age group start passing". She turned to me and says "you're to young to understand".
These dismissive violations trigger me immensely, especially coming from childhood neglect and a lot of adult bullying.
I'm starting to identify these violations, voice them, identify my needs and, most importantly, trying to work on satisfying these needs before these interactions. Build a strong house before the storm seems to be helping.
Lastly, confidence in letting that person go into the world and not trying to hang onto them and get my needs met by them.

    Very comprehensive and balanced advisory!
Introspection leading to empathy for a better understanding of each other!
    This is pragmatic.

This crazy over thinking it. If you have someone around you who is egotistical - there is only a problem if you also have a big ego. To work with them say nothing and just play along with how they want to do things. You know they arent better than you but just let them pretend they are and they'll be able to work with you... then never call them and dont be their friend. You wont be alone in not being their friend.

Just speak the truth to them. If they go boom, that’s their problem. 🤷‍♂️

Why think so deeply about others, just be light hearted when u r with someone talk about urself things u like to do and if they have stuff to say or do they can contribute, its not our place to make someone feel happy, each one has this responsibility to be cheerful 😀we dont have to depend on others reactions to feel happy

Yvette you are always sneakily on the side of the toxic person. Very inauthentic. There are people who are toxic, harmful and impossible to deal with. Period. Please stop covertly covering up for the harmful person. Sometimes, it’s best to remove ourselves from that person not blame ourselves.

Isn't that what she's saying? That sometimes we need to remove ourselves from the toxic people. We can still empathize with them, without going into a relationship with them, if they are unable, unwilling or incapable of being compassionately connect to us. That's what I heard. What did you hear?
