My grandpa and dad are dry fly purists, with the exception my dad goes wild sometimes and does the hopper dropper. I learned the same until I tried bass fishing on streamers a few years ago. To landing a trophy 28" trout on a small stream in California on my own tied streamers. Thank you for all the Videos Tom and Orvis, they are much appreciated! Happy Holidays
What a great video. Absolutely love your videos I’ve been addicted to fly fishing for over a year now but yet still haven’t been able to purchase a fly rod and reel and actually go but the videos sure help keep the want for it

Great video, enjoyed those surface strikes from the beautiful brook trout. Thanks for the great information on presenting streamers also!
Good video. I like the way you teach, you simplify things so everyone understands. Job well done!

Thanks for the video. I fish almost exclusively for shoalbass and I can incorporate a lot of what you mentioned here to my situation
Highly recommend the non-slip loop knot! Almost the only not I use.
Great episode. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.
Darn good video Tom. Take me out one day. I'm buying.
Those brook trout on the mouse were unreal. Wow.
Gonna use my mouse pattern more for sure!
This is all wrong
That's was a very nice video. I always say there's nothing that compares to the strike of a streamer. 🙌🥳
