It's an excellent river to drift. You can safely drift the river in a drift boat or raft when the season for fishing begins on Memorial Day. Drift it beginning at around 2200 cfs to 1200 cfs. Consult USGS Idaho River flows for the cfs for this river. River right is generally safe on your drift.
