I have the LG CX and I'm perfectly happy waiting to see what the G4 will be like. The CX was the best choice I could've made in late 2020. Got it just before getting my launch day PS5 and playing Cold War on OLED 120 FPS was INSANE then!
Been using the LG OLED since 2019, and absolutely amazed by not only the quality but also the beautiful elegant minimalism design, specially the UI is very effective simply to use. Before I was always using Sony Bravia, but no more since start using LG. Welldone LG! Love it.😍
@@ianvanessen9356 Hi there, I would make very specific for u, buddy (to avoid the same mistake like me previously): 1. Connectivity: one of the vital connection that I would love to have while watching TV at night (when everybody sleeping) is with headphones/earphones (like Airpods, Beats...) but it could not connect to any type of them (ironically even with Sony headphones WH-1000XM4).🤨 Whereas, LG could connect to any of names that I have mentioned above, by very quick setting and fact connected.🤩 2. The cursor of the remote: LG makes it feel comfortable like u r using mouse (not remote)🥰. U would point, click and select amazingly. In contrary, Sony made it like torturing your patience with the button on the remote (you have to either up or down, right or left and slowly put in the right position or it will slipped out of the desired point). 😬 3. Design: at the first sight you would definitely loving LG with futuristic design while Sony still kind of conservative design that hasn't been upgrading for years till now. Some more but I think with the wise consumer, they could totally made their decision base on my above reasons. Good luck man and enjoy your new TV. 🤟👌
I love the settings while gaming is active looks GREAT!!! Although if LG is looking for a way to take it to the next level, then I would want the ability to pin the FPS counter once the menu is gone. I don't like that it goes away entirely once the menu is either dismissed or times out. If they add this, I also definitely want the ability to drag the FPS counter it to a part of the screen that a want since content per game varies greatly.
Ok. I’m going to settle the ‘is the tv too big?’ debate once and for all….if you were going to get a projector/screen setup, from the exact same seating distance, the smallest anyone would ever do is 100” diagonal. So when people say a 75/77/83/85” TV is “too big”???…..they’re just letting societal expectations run their life. GO. BIGGER.
The TV is too big, said no guy, ever. I have a 130" projector setup now, I'm thinking of 'downgrading' to 97" OLED for the picture quality, but I'm worried it might be too small. I sit about 2.5m away from the 130". I tried to buy the 115" TCL tv, but no shipping agent will ship it overseas from China. Anyone who doesn't have the biggest size TV you can buy: "you blew it". I also have a Samsung The Frame TV, 85" mounted to the wall, to me the size of that now just looks embarrassing and silly.
As the owner of an older lg oled one thing i didnt like was pressing the home button fills the screen with the apps at the bottom as on my old one but the main screen filled with rubbish of no use. Id like the option to show mynapps only overlaid on what im watching
Can the tv be mounted and then left not as flush by not pushing it back all the way. I fear it is too tight a fit to connect to power outlet which sits right behind it.
I'm getting conflicting feedback on whether this TV has a detachable power cable or not, could you confirm please? We need a TV with a detachable power cable so that I can feed it down the wall recess without having to chop the wall out.
Can't seem to find an answer to a question about G3, so I'll ask it here... Can the LG G3 TV (65") be mounted to the wall with a standard TV mounting bracket (eg. for tilt), or does it only work with the included LG mounting brackets? I read that it supports VESA 300mm mount standard, so a little confused.
You can use your own wall mount. At 0:48 you can see two holes below the recessed mount. There are two more holes placed lower down. This allows you to mount a 300x300 VESA mount.
Quality TV, should have went 86" though, saw a glimpse of this size at a friends. Same setup - hole through to the main brick wall and its like having a cinema in your living room - literally 😮
This is an smazing tv. My ps5 would wet itself for one of these and my wall would look like a painting in an art gallery. 😊 But no way i can afford it. But if someone sent one to my house. I would def. Pay it forward one day.
You can buy a stand from LG, but they put in a lot of work for the television to be as flat ad possible for the wall. I think the C series is better for people that want it on their cabinet
The jump from the G2 to the G3 is actually so noticeable this year
Yah all thanks to Samsung Qd-oled's.😂
They just forced LG to level up there Oled's by giving MLA Technology.

Can you be more specific on why the quality is better than Sony? I’m on the fence about waiting for the A95L

Next video: rating workspace setups
How did you feed the plug through the wall? The power cable is completely attached to the tv

I’ve just seen some of your videos and I was really surprised about the quality, your channel is so aesthetic, love it

GO. BIGGER.

So how do I prevent the pixels from burning out?
Another Oliur W. Clean setup per usual! I'm using a C1, looking to upgrade that in the next year or so.
I went from Sony to Samsung to LG.. and that would be my last stop. Experience speaks volumes and lg knows their stuff when it comes to OLED.
Thanks for the video. Is it a waste to get G3 if you don’t game? Would the B2 be a bad choice?
How many cables would you need to run through the wall? internet, power, 1 HMDI to receiver? That makes 3 in total?
How did u get the power cable hidden? It can’t be detached from the Tv, so how did u get it behind ur wall?
I cut it, fed it through the wall, then connected it back up to the plug.
As the owner of an older lg oled one thing i didnt like was pressing the home button fills the screen with the apps at the bottom as on my old one but the main screen filled with rubbish of no use. Id like the option to show mynapps only overlaid on what im watching
Hi, a quick question please. Does the supplied wall mount allow the TV to be rotated / angled left and right or is a flat flush fit only?
Can the tv be mounted and then left not as flush by not pushing it back all the way. I fear it is too tight a fit to connect to power outlet which sits right behind it.
Which wall mount would you recommend for the 42” model?
Im wondering if its bright enough for me as im used to led. Also I heard there was a green push on full screen brightness scenes.
Can this be mounted over slat Panels?
I was just about to ask if the powe cable needed to go to the left but you got the smaller size where everything goes in the middle.
I'm getting conflicting feedback on whether this TV has a detachable power cable or not, could you confirm please? We need a TV with a detachable power cable so that I can feed it down the wall recess without having to chop the wall out.
no I don't think my G3 power cord is detachable (without inspecting)

Thanks so much! Now I know I can use the TV with my existing wall mount.@@Oliur
Hey I have that LG TV! I love how flush it is. Got the largest size too and it’s much easier to install with a couple of people helping.
Missed out on the biggest attraction then, MLA.
@@BerserkeR_031 you absolutely did. 😒
Ever since you said you were gonna get this tv I’ve waited for this video. And it was just as brilliant as I thought it would be. Keep it up Oliur 🙌🏻
Thank you so much for this wonderful review
That's fayah 🥰 modern and minimalist so clean 🍃
الان صار وقت اترقيه من lg cx الي lg g3 😍
If this TV had Ambilight, it would be perfect.
A question... there is a reason why dont you like or buy a samsung tv, o why a lg tv ?
samsung is being dubious to give old panels in newer models
No dolby vision meant I wouldn't consider samsung
Dude that is such a dope TV!!
The glasses most come back

No MLA though on the 86” :(
@bocusfocus9714 next best thing is the 77" MLA OLED or C2 83" for cinema like experience - it's crazy good at that size
Love it!
I always thought you would be a Sony person :P
Been checking my mail everyday for the giveaway result
I have the Lg G1 EVO 55inch
Nice
This is an smazing tv. My ps5 would wet itself for one of these and my wall would look like a painting in an art gallery. 😊
But no way i can afford it. But if someone sent one to my house. I would def. Pay it forward one day.
it seems like I might have to consider selling a kidney to afford it
Been with LG forever only because of the build quality. Samsung just puts out too many defective units.
Man, i love watching ur videos until i realise how poor i am xD
감사합니다 ❤ ❤
Wall mount only TV?
It’s a big nope from me.

I love how British people say Aluminum: Alu-Minium 🤔🤷♂️. Aluminum, no second I after the N of alumiNUM. 🤨

Do you rate LG to be better than Sony TVs?
Only for the last 10 years, do some research, don't believe random people on the internet, sheesh...
Whish someone buy me a 77 inch lg g3. Generosity will make your health and life happier. And I will def. Pau it foward.
