Made ghee as per your instruction today, unbeatable aroma filled my house, never smelled it better, thanks and all the best
So glad to hear this. Thanks
My mother would make ghee like this. She used to churn the Malaai collected from boiled milk. Churning produces cream. To get good quantity of cream, add some cold water. Boil the cream at low flame to make ghee. I like to add a spoon of ghee with daal or Khichadi.
My mother also made butter out of cream collected from milk everyday. And she used cold water to churn and extract the butter. Thanks for sharing😊
What you are speaking of is really Ghee not the clarified butter so many TH-cam videos call Ghee. It's the process of transformation from curds and whole milk that has so many health benefits.
Dr Marianne Teitelbaum says ghee made with butter from grassfed cows is the best and contains the very important natural vitamine K4 (here we only know the artificial vit K2)
Thank You ❤️ You have my Subscription.
Thanks🙏🙇 for your🔬⚖ health👀 information ℹ
I PUT THE BUTTER ON THE POT ON THE LOWE'S HEAT TO MELT ❤ I TAKE THE WHITE PART IN THE SURFACE WITH A BIG SPOON AND AND WHEN ALL MELTED I TRANSFER THE CLEAR OIL IN A GLASS JAR AND DISCARD THE WHITE PART IN THE BOTTOM TOO ❤ VERY DELICIOUS ❤ AM I DOING IT RIGHT? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOURS ❤
Are the end results grainy or clear golden yellow? Thank you.🙏🏼
As you can see in the spoon at the end of the video, the ghee will have a grainy texture.
