Motion boom is better than the Extreme 3 at mid to high volumes, JBL bass regulates itself to not have distortion, Motion boom gives you all the bass and clarity loudness all in one, Soundcore is better in my opinion
i got my motion boom plus just a couple weeks ago since i was able to get it for under 120 bucks. In the meantime, throught both the soundcore app and a third party 12 band Eq i was able to get VERY clear highs and mids, which is something i was not expecting! overall, im very happy with it for the price :)
I think just the soundcore app is enough, equalizing the quality is better than my current home speakers LOL. Though I have a much better sounding ones KEF from the 80's, those really sound amazing but I don't use them, I mostly use 5.1 in my PC and some cheap 2.1 in the TV.
@@guily6669 I tried a Sonos (no idea which one) 5.1 setup at my aunt's house and ngl the experience was great! However, unfortunately, I will be returning my motion boom plus :') something within the speaker vibrates and makes a buzzing sound at certain frequencies and if I open the thing guarantee will be lost
I don’t even want to give soundcore a trial anymore, bought a soundcore motion boom plus that didn’t last 4 months, it’s got charging issues and they have no company in my country
I got the soundcore and is loud: recommended for outdoor parties. Just an issue: the Bluetooth receiver is not Aptx, so there's some latency when playing videos (offsync). This is quite annoying when watching movies
If you want the motion boom, then the soundcore select pro has pardycast if you want that and don’t care about the stereo pairing. It also has lights, but its battery life has been reduced to 16 hours.
Agreed, the second he said JBL has better build quality and design, I just thought to myself how much I didn't actually care about that. Just need the one that sounds better and so far, I think the value I'm getting for the price I'm paying is better with Soundcore
All the handle ones that soundcore have should have the ability to add a strap like that would be sweet dont wanna have to always carry the speaker by hand when u wanna do other things too
Many of us do care more about the nuances than about blasting the neighbors. But I agree we are in the minority especially considering some will buy just a mono speaker for a party as long as it's big and loud
Watch out to realize that you're paying for the name. JBL is a big name, the other one is not, and that's what you're paying for you're not paying for the quality. You pay for the name pay that you mind when you buy any product. You are paying for the name like Honda and others.
While it does produce a lot of bass, the mids sound really flat & dull. If you're looking for a bass heavy sound, it's a good speaker. If you prefer to hear more of the details in the music, SOUNDCORE is the better option. I guess it all comes down to the type or types of music that you listen to. I'm considering buying both the motionboom plus & the tribit soundstorm blast, for different genres of music.
Recent Anker soundcore owner , and i can agree. iv had expensive Bose bluetooth speakers and others costing $300+ the little gem wipes the floor with them.
You tripping bro, Anker Soundcore is great value for money....but it does not touch JBL when it comes to audio quality. I have had the Anker Soundcore 3, the Motion Boom, and Motion+ and I got rid of them all in favor of a JBL FLip6 for a portable speaker and the Xtreme3 for at home/party and events speaker.
Have all the Jbls & a Tribit Blast, total over 20 speakers as well as buds & headphones, they all sound good, have the Boom1 & not the Plus cause I got the Blast instead
JBL uses high quality components, which means they will last much longer, than cheaper units using cheap components. You get what you pay for. You will find JBL systems in expensive cars, you'd never find this company in any car.

I just picked up the motion boom plus and love it so far
The motion boom plus definitely sounds more forward, like closer to the stage .
Such an amazing review! Your comparison and details are very much appreciated. Thank you! 👍 Just subbed
Really good review. I have the motion boom and wanted to upgrade to a bigger sound. I have now gone for the motion boom plus

That thing costs 2x motion boom in Germany

The Sound Core is best low end speaker I have ever heard we have 5 of them between 4 siblings and another relative.
I don’t care what it looks like , i care how it sounds .

Motion if u good ass speaker or Extreme if you want a nice ass speaker lol basically, they both seem great honestly.
You could always add ur protectuon to the motion one like cut some stickable foam for added padding on bits that wont affect the sound
Soundcore much better
Can the souncore be charged and used at the same time without dying ?
Yes, you can use it and charge it at the same time !
Great video and subscribed👍 to my ears the Anker speakers are the one's 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🕺

The original motion boom is where the sweet spot is. Especially if you purchase two of them.
We have 4 and relatives friends keep buying them
Do not underestimate the ability to float.
I think i will give the clarity to the motion boom plus. You need to listen again. 🤨
I like the soundcore
Soundcore way better sounding

Even if the JBL is £200 cheaper, there is no brainer which is the better choice.
Tribit Stormbox blast is currently missing from this channel 👀👀Heavy but a beast for sure!

For the JBL money go for HK play and go
soundcore should drop the handle for portability and add a strap
They're both useful. Handle more so than strap. But both equally useful.
It has a strap 7:18
Cabinet size matters.
❤️❤️ superb
Motion boom 💥❤️
All anker speakers are better in every way than jbl . Soundcore embarrasses jbl
