    This is brilliant timing, have been looking for a solution to have an easy access hinge/latch for my seat and this fits the bill perfectly! Awesome! Scrolling eBay for a latch now :) looking forward to the next part. Love these builds.

    Good thinking! About those rear lights. I had a Yamaha with really clever indicators. In front with running lights and at the rear with running lights/brake lights. But it was difficult to see one light from the other at the rear when running light was on. So I kept that function in the center light and indicator/brake light at the sides. Everybody knew when I used my brake! One thought about your films is that if you ask me, don't use that much time on finding music. Your films can "live" without it. :-)

    Wow for the size those ickle lights are really bright , good idea on the seat latch but that elongated hole wont work on the brat would a small tab facing down accessible from underneath be any use as can be done to both brat and cafe racer .liking the idea of the single seat conversion for the xv they do look a bit clumsy with the king an queen style rear seat ..great video as always Dan looking forwards to the next
    Also great to see the new grinder showing how versatile that bar adjustment is ..regards gaz..now for brekkie

      This is something you may want to ask an auto electrician but I believe you may want to look at the shorai brand of battery amzn.to/2Lzl7tC also a new regulator rectifier.

    Hey Dan seat mounting question for ya! I made a custom seat that uses a screw in the middle of the base to attach to the frame. I'm in the process of making an electronics tray and just realized I won't be able to get to that screw when the tray is installed. Don't have a welder, any suggestions on how to mount the seat?

      Jason Cho did you watch part 2 of this video or have you checked out the way I fitted the latch on the Scrambler build? I did a videoing it

    • @jasoncho5745
      @jasoncho5745 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CafeRacerGarage I did, but I don't have a welder, so I'm limited to the bare bones frame at the moment, but I might be able to attach some latch mechanic through the current bolt holes. I was wondering if you did anything similar to a snap into place seat, bad example a bucket lid.

      @@CafeRacerGaragethey are absolutely amazing, i wired them at first at a battery like you did and kind of blinded me :D
      Maybe you could hide them unter your seat somewhere (where the hump starts to rise up connected with a bracket at the inner side) so that they just are seen while flashing.
