@@RealCookingInMyKitchen just made the Salisbury. Had to make a few subs: BBQ sauce instead of worch, and veg broth instead of beef, cassava flour instead of breadcrumbs, arrowroot starch instead of corn. Nonetheless this is absolutely 🤌🏻

1lb ground bison 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 large egg 2 tbsp finely diced onion, you can add more if you like 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs 1/4 tsp dry thyme 1/4 tsp dry oregano 1/2 tsp garlic powder, you can substitute it with fresh garlic if you like 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp sea salt
Hello... I am back today to see more of your meat cooking, I know when I am done with my water-only fast (I am on day 8), I will be making some of your recipes. I have never bought the Bison meat, but I hope to in the future. I love the way it comes in the vacuum-sealed packages that can be put right into a freezer. I spend a lot of time vacuum-sealing meats that I buy. Ground meat is a great alternative for us Carnivores as eating daily Ribeye steaks is just impossible to afford for most of us... (I am trying to live on the Canadian Senior's Pensions, but it is not enough to live on). I love to cook with mushrooms, as I see you do also. I bet those meatballs are to die for... I would guess the black beans with chocolate recipe is Mexican?
