    Do you mind me asking what macro split you’d recommend for both dieting and bulking?

      that is so heavily dependent on the person.........for example I do VERY well on low fat, where others that would not work at all.

      @@CrisEdmondsTV thanks Cris. i calculated your macros for the full days eating 7 weeks out video and broke each meal down. I was surprised at how low you fat intake was. I’ve always tracked with MyFitnessPal, but yesterday I created a spreadsheet to manage macros across a full days, with a workout day (pre/post/intra) meals and a rest day split.
      Just a thought, but it would make a great video explaining how you discover what macro split works best for each individual. I have found that once I hit 400g carbs a day it upsets my stomach.
      How do you track real progress?
      Over what period before you tweak your macros?
      How do you really know if you are building muscle on the split? (I’ve always believed that most people can only see what progress that have made when the compare competition weight to competition weight)

      @@davidhadley9412 just put this down in my notes to make the video.
      so for me I started bbing in the early 2000s so the trend was low fat, high protein and carbs.
      then I hired a nutritionist and he drastically increased my fat....did I grow, yes, but I my composition and digestion were not nearly as good.
      after 5 years of working with him, I chose a coach who hated fat and my body took off like a growing machine. Then I switch to John Meadows and we worked together as a team (even though he preferred more fat) we found my body just doesn't respond well to more than 50-60g in the off season, then precontest it has to be SUPER Low for me to get into shape.

    This is the kind of food I actually like to eat, even if it wasn't macro friendly. Bison is great just expensive usually. Costco is the cheapest I can find.

      I got that for the same price as grass fed beef, so that is a win to me. And half the price of filet

    Yummy, unfortunately we don't have Bisons in India...probably I would replace it with Mutton(goat meat) or even chicken breasts
