Hello real cooking in my kitchen(^^ After watching the pork back ribs you made, I got really hungry! But I'm so disappointed that I couldn't eat it! Thank you for making such a wonderful video. I wish you happiness ( ^^
Looks delicious , can you tell me where you purchased your cooking sheet and rack from, or the brand name ? I noticed that you also used this pan and rack in your sirloin tip video and it looks to be a perfect size . Thank you.
While i really enjoy my ribs on an outdoor grill, we now live in a apartment complex which doesn’t allow them 😢. Your technique was truly amazing and your bbq sauce was pleasant. I personally kicked it up a bit more with cayenne powder. Thanks so much 😊
Weird, our Costco back ribs always come with 3 racks! They shorted you one! Looks pretty good, only thing missing is the smoky flavor a wood grill imparts! Otherwise, nearly the exact same rub I use! I grill mine until I get the color I like, then I finish them in the oven in 2 trays with a half a tall can of beer inside the foil package! 2-1/2 hours total cooking time, every time!
Plus, you wash and then pressure cook (Instant pot) 4 hours the rib bones afterwards, run through a blender and feed your roses or other flower/fruiting harves type vegetables in your garden. I wonder if the local BBQ place will give me free "used" rib bones.
Don't use mustard. Only forms a wet, paper like goo that doesn't let the smoke hit the meat. Oil is sufficient. Seasoning the backside of the ribs looks good, but you are wasting 30 percent more rub than you need as nothing seasoned at that area is really edible. Keep the rub on red meat only.
I have cooked hundreds of racks of ribs in my life and have determined that marinating dry rubbed ribs for any length of time is completely unnecessary. Once you have them seasoned they can go straight in the oven or smoker. You’re welcome.
I recognize the mustard but I think it would help to know the dry rub spices. Would it be difficult to narrate rather than just keeping silent? Just asking.
The main reason is the sugar is a natural tenderizer and also helps to balance the flavour. I always use sugar but I’m sure if you don’t add will still be good. Thanks for the comment
That temp is WAY too hot and the time is too short to really render and break it down right. Try 250 for 3-4 hours instead. Finish on the grill to carmalize or under a broiler
@@RealCookingInMyKitchen I go to both Costco and Sam’s. It is noticeably less expensive. In some cases more than 50%. I rarely see a meat sale at Costco.
Dear goodness that joint would cost me all my pension. Even when working would never have been able to afford it But hey! If you are rich... Good for you 😢🇬🇧
2.5 lbs stewing beef, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces salt and black pepper 2 tbsp olive oil for browning the meat 3 tbsp unsalted butter for sautéing the vegetable 2 cups diced onions 2 cups bell pepper, large dice (3/4 inch pieces) 4 large cloves of garlic , finely chopped 1 cup fresh tomatoes, seeds removed 1-1/2 tsp caraway seeds 3-1/2 tbsp sweet paprika 5 cups warm beef broth 2 bay leaves 1/4 tsp hot paper flakes ( optional) 3 cups diced potatoes, 1-1/2 inch pieces 1 cup diced carrots, 1 inch pieces 1 cup diced celery root , 1 inch pieces
Not sure where you live but here in Canada the meat gets cleaned at processing plant and then again at Costco so there is no need to wash meat here in Canada
Your channel related to Costco is a very good channel, because things in Costco have good quality at reasonable price. Thank you.

here in socal costco sells them in a three-rack pack running around $30-$38 a pack.
Costco is a great place to buy baby back ribs, I only buy theirs.
Best price! Have a great weekend🤗

These videos are so ASMR heavy. You should add ASMR to your video tags. I can see these videos being very popular with the ASMR community.
Thanks for the idea! I hope you have a great day 🤗
I cannot stand asmr anymore. It is so annoying!
What is the mustard for? Is it to stick the spice tub on to the meat?
Yes, to help the spices stick to the meat.
Good sharing.
Really appreciate your visit 🙏😊
Don't use mustard. Only forms a wet, paper like goo that doesn't let the smoke hit the meat. Oil is sufficient.

Great, but if you do the bottoms first, spices wouldn't come off top.
I part way pre cut between the bones prior to cooking to make it easier to part them after cooking
Thank you that sounds like a good idea will have to try 🙏🙂

is $30 bucks now :(
Costco Portland OR
Can you please upload.the spice.recipe, it.was hard.to catch on the video
6 lbs back pork ribs
4 tbsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp black pepper
3 tsp fine sea salt
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry thyme
Barbecue sauce:
2 tbsp oil
1 small onion finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1/2 cup Kentucky bourbon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1-1/4 cup ketchup
Salt, black pepper, hot paper flakes 🤗
Tks for the prompt reply we bought the ribs on Monday day of this week
Only thing i would change is cook time and temp. i like lpw and slow better then hot and fast. Especially with how meaty costcos ribs are
Why all that sugar ? What would it taste like with no sugar added ? Have you ever tried it without all that sugar ?
The main reason is the sugar is a natural tenderizer and also helps to balance the flavour. I always use sugar but I’m sure if you don’t add will still be good. Thanks for the comment
Is the mustard English or mild American ?
I used organic American yellow mustard
That temp is WAY too hot and the time is too short to really render and break it down right. Try 250 for 3-4 hours instead. Finish on the grill to carmalize or under a broiler
MUSTARD? YUK!
Costco meat is more expensive than Sam’s now.
We don’t have Sam’s here in Alberta so can’t compare.
@@RealCookingInMyKitchen I go to both Costco and Sam’s. It is noticeably less expensive. In some cases more than 50%.
I rarely see a meat sale at Costco.
Just sauce once, and cut ribs with a saturated large knife 🔪
You still need to Wash the meat before marinade.Peace
My Opinion. Were cattle country here. Can't go to the store anytime you want. Costco is the Best. Adios

This is the 2nd video where I see that you Do Not wash your meat. Wash the Meat with Vingar and Salt Water…Please
Not sure where you live but here in Canada the meat gets cleaned at processing plant and then again at Costco so there is no need to wash meat here in Canada
Look at that price of $22.77 for those two slab of ribs. In today’s world that cost would be $70 to $80 bucks.
I get baby back and St. Louis for $2.49/lb all the time. Whole spareribs for $1.99/lb. You're paying way too much
You should always rinse your meat first
No ketchup no sugar to much spice you won't taste meat sorry not for me
To each their own 😊
Lose the asmr. People are tired of it!
Costco pork meat is really smelly.
