    Diet directly affects mental health.
Focus on eating mainly whole foods and restrict intake of packaged and fast foods. They are nutrient deficient and contain only empty calories.

Eating cooked garlic (or onion) is mainly for taste and it looses its effects as powerful remedy when boiled, on the other side eating garlic raw retain much more allicin which is responsible for many garlic's beneficial health effects.
Bottom line I think it's fine to eat it everyday if cooked and raw as a remedy when needed 😉

Don’t listen to this guy. There is a big stigma at the moment about the purity and origin of everything we consume. Let me tell you from countless hours of reviewing papers, as is my job, that the vast majority of papers saying that inorganic or processed or GMOs are carcinogenic, are fundamentally flawed, or the results are presented in a way that exaggerates the results. Usually for one reason, scientists want to be published and referenced. No meaningful credible results means no publication, aka big waste of time.
Consistently science has shown that the old saying “everything in moderation” holds true. Thank you for sharing that story.

Half knowledge is even more dangerous!
Garlic & Onion both are “RAJASIK” not “TAMASIK” as you said. They are stimulants, That is why they act as powerful medication as per Ayurveda, Siddha, Yogic science and or any Indian diets that include little of the little of the both Onion and Garlic in their daily consumption.
But, now a days everyone are increasing the dosage of both which is not at all good anyway. Which at finally drag the persons to a state of Hyper or complete lethargy.
That’s what Sadguru has been telling about. It’s true! And this is the reason there is a culture in Southern India, where you exclude the both completely for more than 2months or so, as they are consuming uncontrollably more anyway after that for “extra spicy or masala hypes by the businesses”.
Our Parents, Grand Parents generations are those who understands this and use any ingredients as needed while cooking for the current bodily required consumptions for us.
We’re at the point where we loose to hold firm rememberance and passing of that knowlege thinking it as minute or mineal things. But, actually our previous generations say that they are not just any mineal classifications or minute understandings.

I’ve met in person individuals who went on 30 day water fasts, they had high energy, even jogged every morning thru the fasts. This has got me starting small fasts, and they sure make me feel the best I have ever felt. Allows the body to digest all old stored food waste. A majority of Americans think eating 3 meals a day is healthy , what they don’t realize is , one nutritional organic fruit can be way better for you then 3 full meals of processed crap. You won’t understand til you cut the crap out. Fasting definitely makes you more mindful and aware of what your body needs verses what you are just indulging in.

I know that honey is really good and there's a lot of healthy properties with it, but it's also high in sugar. Even though it's not the kind of sugar that you add to things and it's natural, it still has been found to raise glucose levels in the body and higher glucose levels can lead to cancer, because research is showing that tumors feed on sugar. They are not selective about what kind of sugar, but any sugar, so while I don't see a problem with honey maybe every once in a while, telling people to eat it daily is definitely not a good idea considering the new research regarding cancer

GARLIC - here is an excerpt from Anthony William book, LIFE-CHANGING FOODS,
"Contrary to some mistakes theories, garlic does not kill productive bacteria in the intestinal tract. It only kills unproductive bacteria, which run on a positive frequency. Don't confuse this with the term GRAM-POSITIVE, which actually doesn't refer to electrical charge. Both GRAM-POSITIVE. and GRAM-NEGATIVE bacteria that are harmful to humans run on a positive frequency.
On the other hand, productive, beneficial bacteria (regardless of whether they are GRAM-NEGATIVE or GRAM-POSITIVE) run on negative frequency, the same frequency that humans run on.
NOT to be mistaken for negative, unfavourable energy, this negative charge is a good thing; it's our source of grounding. Unproductive bacteria, worms and other parasites, fungi and viruses all run on positive charge.
When they take hold in our system, they drain our batteries, and we lose our grounding. Then along comes garlic, which has anti-pathogenic properties that are positively charged. This like fight like and garlic rids us of the pathogens that were harming us. Because beneficial bacteria in our guts and other microorganisms that benefit us are negatively charged and grounded, garlic doesn't wipe them out.
REST ASSURED THAT GARLIC DOES NOT DISRUPT ANYTHING THAT SHOULDN'T BE DISRUPTED - IT DOES NOT HURT YOU."
There is more about garlic properties in this and other of Anthony books; they're life-changing. medicalmedium.com.

*All above are nervous stimulants. Eat once in a while, not daily.*
Nervous stimulants: *"Daily nervous stimulants in any form will slowly get you to a place where you become insensitive to life that you cannot experience." -Sathguru.*
You're lowering your possibility of experiencing life. If you do it by compulsion, then what you start you cannot stop; it's just that we should eat by choice. A choice should be according to the needs of your own body.
    *Positive pranic foods:*
    - Ash gourd/Winter melon - ones from India are the best.
    - Black pepper
    - Honey - its chemical composition is very close to human blood. Daily consumption benefits you. It promotes psychological stability, vitality, physical well being. Honey w/warm water breaks down fat in the body. But if you drink honey w/cold water, it'll cause you weight gain.

Basically don't let your body build up a tolerance, like take a break from things or your body gets too use to it and it won't wanna work for you. Like if you drink a beer everyday you may not be able to get drunk but if you just drink every once in awhile you body gets shocked into thinking you are drinking something new so you can feel the effects. That's why fasting from certain things is good for you

A lot of people get this video wrong and tbh I did a couple of months ago too.
He isn't saying not to eat garlic, onions, chilli, he isn't saying not to get good quality sleep and he isn't saying not to drink tea.
What he is saying is to not be compulsive, to not be addicted to anything and to be present. For example its much better to drink tea and eat garlic every day than to be addicted to drugs, cigars, alcohol, garbage food,etc..
But the general message of the video is be present and don't let anything control you, be aware and have control of yourself.

There are many layers of TRUTH.
What you hear in your ears is what you need for your state of conscious awareness at that point in your evolution and spiritual development.
Do not think that you hear what he hears or she hears or what they hear.
Be satisfied with the message for you and let others evolve at their own pace.
      So Be It

This dude works for the luciferian elite aka the parasitic hivemind. Anyone who propagates AGAINST garlic is a deceiver. Garlic is the most potent antifungal, antiparasitic, antibacterial and antiviral remedy in nature and they KNOW this. Garlic also completely annihilates cancer cells (cancer is mainly caused by Candida Albicans btw). There is a reason why "vampires" hate garlic.

@@5spec I agree. There are roughly 4,000 different religions and far more versions of God seeing that every believer carries a highly subjective rendition of this being in their own heads. There are endless arguments and discussions of what God is even within an individual religion. For that reason, it's always best to depend on yourself, science and common sense. I just find it strange that the poster below thinks your misinformed because you didn't follow his path to enlightenment. I find there is no middle ground with many in the religious community.

I love sleep, I enjoy going to bed, I enjoy waking up slowly and taking my time go get out of bed, most times going back to sleep and slowly waking up, my mind is usually alert before I open my eyes, just laying there almost comatose, just letting thoughts run through my head, before eventually getting out of bed about one..one and a half hours later, yes I love sleep, stroll on death
