Estate agents can be good actors having ten personalities. I met an estate agent once their sales pitch was spiffing; it was a con. I think they knew hypnosis. I was mesmerised. I went with it. All my than boxes were ticked. They metamorphosed into a werewolf, my god, a lunatic they soon got the boot; it took me time to recover from the experience.
