Thanks for sharing how to let go all the spiders(hesitant) and butterflies that clinging on to you. Learn to acknowledge the problems that comes along and surrender the things that holds onto you by relaxing your body and mind. After all life is a dream each passing days of your life. Learn us learn to relax and enjoy more of our life each passing days, we are just a speck of dust in the whole universe. That's how big our problems are sometimes!

This video literally mentions exactly the mental trap I felt for the last 2 years. I have been learning these techniques for the last 2 years. Seeing it in a short well well-explained video made me realize how each one of us is in different stages in life were some may have the answer while others are learning these things. Great video.

Learning to let go and focus has been a game-changer for me. Small habits really make a big difference!

There's a world of difference between moving and moving forward. Busy people chase tasks. Focused people chase impact.
How often do we treat time like a resource to be filled?
Busy people fill their time with tasks-ticking off boxes. But, focused people understand that some actions drive progress exponentially. They treat time like an investment, placing it where it will have the most impact.
Instead of cramming your days with endless activities, ask: Where will my time yield the greatest return?
    This shift changes everything.
We stop measuring success by how much we get done and start measuring it by the difference we make.
Today, pause and ask yourself: "Is my time being spent, or is it being invested?"

So when a spider crawl on u, u just let it be. When a snake bite u, don't resist, just surrender. Death is just a new experience too.

Isn't worrying not part of nature ,I think if we don't want to suffer we must acknowledged when it's there for pain is part of the nature but suffering is optional😊

Answering the first question: To be honest... No... I could be worse. Like not having a house, not having food, or internet connection.
So to everybody who is watching this, each of you have the chance to change and make it for better.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ otherwise you will not have internet connection or time to watch these kind of videos

Thank you so much Elvin 😍. This was only the 3rd of your videos I had the chance to watch. Very glad to have stumbled on your channel.
Neat work, great presentation and a pleasant voice.
This content reminds me a lot of Stoicism (If I'm not mistaking), but I'll try to get the book and see.
      Thank you again 🤗👍.

You say things that are true but that remain general. Have you heard about political refugees? Do you know what it looks like when you published against the president in a social network and he openly said that he did not like it? You may not see cops come to you but people know what you did and they act according to what they feel or what they are told.
It is true that positivity helps. But who doesn't feel pain because of a positive mindset? Do you suffer less shame when I pour water on you before a crowd just because you do not hate me? To let it go and to surrender works for situations that are punctal and changing. Or with situation that are not produced intentionally. Let me say it again. If I strike you just like that because of a bad mood and you know that I'm moody just let it go. It is not targeting you and there is not need to fight me. I may do it again because we work together but you know the reason. So let it go. But if I strike you by envy or because I want you to be or do something and you surrender you are getting in my trap. You may suffer for long. Fight back when you get to know the intentions behind the actions. But remain ready to get back to a normal like when the assaulter is gone.
