  • Psychologist explains How to build self-discipline and achieve your goals.
This is an old video, and here is why I am republishing it again.
I have been fasting for a long time, but recently, I noticed that once I open my fast, I can’t control myself - I keep eating even after I am full. I went back and checked this book again and realized that I had forgotten to follow some of the key principles. Reviewing it helped a lot to get back my self control again. That is why decided to republish it.
I apologize if you found it annoying.

Physical exercise is so not just about health; its shows and develops qualities that then translate into all areas of life - Thanks for the words of wisdom!

Its true. Right before i got in college i was very disciplined in weight training for sox months or so. When i started taking classes, i noticed how my work out totally made me feel in control about getting the work done

I never thought of willpower increasing because of excercise. During a deadline week, I stopped excercising to do more work, but I noticed I just ended up spending more time on social media

So true about physical exercise. When I don’t run regularly, I notice my discipline also suffers.

This is one of your best video. It is practical, diversified and images speak even stronger. I loved the tone you take by giving advises as from your own source and analysis of things. Knowledge is needed to get wise but wisdom is not a clear result of knowledge. You can know and miss the way to apply it. But one may know few and apply it so well that all learn from them. So books do not teach you all. Thank you. I loved it.

Basic survival is ignored in this video, and from my experience, if you manage to work, survive, and provide for your self, you're doing damn good.. I can't believe how tough basic survival is, and I think it's a huge miss for this video not to mention that if you're financially able to survive, you're doing damn good, regardless, almost..

First of all your brain is you. So to blame your brain is you blame you. Then always think of the good right. Bad things are bad, good things are good. Because the means will always justifies the ends. You don’t want to be the millionaire jerk or the man who promotes toxic positivity.

The brain can't process the word "no" or "dont" so if you think I won't think of an elephant. Your brain hears hmm.. elephant.
