Hi, I have a few question. When I log into Myetherwallet under the view wallet info section using the private key saved from myetherwallet, I did see your malware info, why is the private key under the view wallet info different that the one I used to log into myether yet when I print a paper copy the private key is again the same as the one I used to log in. Hope that wasn't too confusing. My next question does involve metamask. I've noticed when I log into Metamask that the private key is different from that of myether wallet. Is that the way its supposed to be?
How do you connect your MEW to MetaMask when you created a MEW walled from a 12 word phase?

I was able to connect MetaMask to MEW(test wallet) but not the reverse and only if the MEW was created by private key or JSON file. My issue is that I have an account that can only be accessed by my desktop and not my mobile, since mobile only allows restore of wallets using word phrases. Can you please create a new video that discusses these shuttle differences?
Quick question. I have tokens in MEW but my ETH balance still reads as zero. Is this normal? Since they are ERC20 tokens shouldn't it show kind of ETH balance for the value of the coins I sent to MEW? Thanks

Hi! When I created mew, I forgot to download my json file connected to my pw. So I only have my private key to access it (which is enough). Is there a way to download a json file after you have already created your mew and logged out?

Could you please show me how to synchronize a MEW wallet with a Metamask Chrome browser wallet in great detail? I see you have two videos on this topic although they are for the older versions of MEW and no longer relevant. I’ve already stepped through the MEW knowledge base without success. It appears that their instructions are lacking in accuracy.

Same from me, Zak. It would seem that connection to Metamask was much more obvious (and simple) in the older version of MEW!

I created MEW account using Private key. Please is it possible to change the account to MetaMask and transfer all my coins to the new account?

After I set up both MEW and metamask, and click the 'connect to metamask' button from MEW, metamask fails to pop up/open. MM is looged into the correct account too (Assuming the first couple of letters under the word Account in bold should be the first few letters of my wallet address yes?) I dont know if I'm set up correctly.
Did you create a new account for Metamask and were you logged in at the time when you tried to connect?

Yes same problem, MM is logged in and trying to connect MEW to MM does nothing, It just stays on the same page. I'm trying to move tokens from MM to a MEW wallet and this is so frustrating. What kind of system is MM that doesn't allow sending of tokens with ease?
I have been searchinh for Tokens address-
is it normal, that Eth, tokens, etc. have got the same address at MM/MEW?
I also had a look at ethplorer.io and this would confirm what I wrote, but I am not sure, if it is, as I now think it is?
