I have a idea for TH-cam content creators. TH-cam can start a YT credit rewards system where content creators earn YT credit rewards simply by videos you created that get viewed liked and shared. You can then use these rewards to promote videos old or new up the algorithm ladder. This way if you have a hit video that aged and no longer getting pushed in people's feed all you have to do is use some of your rewards to put it back in circulation. Another use for the credit rewards can be used to discount for editor tools systems.

He actually fired me, was a mandatory layoff of everyone in the company (from early employees as me to all the incompetents and smart asses ) not in person but ,I got a email and within 24hrs I was out of Tesla , felt the fast lightning strike and was hopeless 😢 not really a good thing, but so far I'm doing good on my own!

I had a similar experience, but worse. I was told to take a 1 hour plane to another city where the hq is located. I worked my ass off till 2 a.m. after a very busy day, then went to bed and woke up at 4:30 a.m to catch the cheapest flight that the company selected, flew there, landed at 8, waited till 10 for the meeting to start, 14 more colleagues were there, at 10:13 the meeting started, and at 10:15 the new country manager said "you are all fired". At 11:45 a terrible headache started, at 12:00 my blood pressure increased and kept on increasing, my heart rate was 118 at rest, and I asked for a doctor and a manager took me to the nearest ER. Let that be the worst day in my life, I though I was gonna die and never see my son again... I was tired for 2 days already due to overtime, did not sleep to catch the plane, went there already extra tired, and was rewarded with a layoff. Never ever work hard for an American company. Ever...
Set aside the American companies, no one should work that hard for anything. Better to be alive.
Hold on, why would the company spend all that money flying you to places knowing full well they're going to fire you in the end? They coulda just sent you a text, and saved a boat load of money.
It's very common nowadays and some fake companies are doing this for a purpose, to keep them unemployed so they work for free by giving them false hope for being an entrepreneur or give them low standard jobs, they wait for failure so people work for them at low salaries... However they don't know whatever their intentions is it's not possible as people are aware now so I feel bad for these companies.

That’s 100hrs a week for no OT pay is an actual question Wal Mart asks in the application process. It you say you prefer to follow the federal law and get paid for working instead of being slave labor, you get a “you aren’t a fit for our company” message and the process ends.

I think people are interchanging "fired" and "laid off" which are two different events. To be fired is a pretty serious event meaning you did something wrong. Laid off simply means the company downsized and you no longer had a position. I suppose the end result is the same that you don't have a job but laid off generally has some incentives and on top of that lets you get unemployment benefits since some states don't give it to you if you're "fired" from your job.

We normally just fire people. If habe never laid off anyone because if they were doing great they would of made the company more money they they took out of the company. So we just fire them for not meet the sales goals. Or we fire them for not getting there work done fast enough. Uh, companies can say you're fired to block unemployment even when you've done nothing wrong. They do it ALL the time. Why? Because they have to pay into an unemployment tax and a lot of companies think that they only pay it IF they have someone with an active unemployment claim... which is utterly false.
In a lot of states (Employement at will states) companies can and do just let employees go with NO reason.
Moral of the story: If you get fired, laid off or "let go" from a company. ALWAYS file an unemployment claim. Make sure you get an interview with the person at the unemployment office working your case. There is a GOOD chance you'll end up unemployment benefits. If it's denied the first time, appeal it.
Unemployment people typically know how shady and horrible companies are to employees.
